Fantastic experience: Fantastic service every time no matter who you speak too, the dentists and hygienists are thorough and talk you through the best way to care for you teeth. I’m really glad I moved here from another dentist as they’ve helped me more in the last year than my last dentist did in 10 years!

Positive experience: Moved to this dentist from one in Long Buckby. Much better, I come as treatment is good, only thing that’s absolutely rubbish is that Nish I think it is has a bad habit of cancelling apportionments 24 hrs before, has done the several times to us as a family. But a very good dentist.

Fantastic experience: A quick visit to see the hygienist. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Jemma the hygienist was excellent as usual, explaining everything as she carried out her work, even the advice to floss more was said with a smile.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous, as I had been told by previous dentist I would definitely lose my teeth. Thankfully I went along to Brixworth dental practice...from the moment I arrived, receptionist were so kind and supportive. When I met Monica (periodontist) she was amazing...talked me through everything, was so understanding and put me at ease. She explained all the work she planned to do with me...scary, but necessary! I feel confident with Monica and nurse Melissa..I know I'm in safe, understanding hands. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I am not a member of the practice but I wanted a second opinion on my tooth as I had been in pain for months so I booked an emergency appointment, the receptionist was lovely and very helpful. I was booked in with Dr Moyà and she was very helpful and sorted my tooth out straight away, the dental nurse was also very kind as she could see I was a bit anxious. I left feeling relieved that the pain was gone and when I come back for my review in two weeks I will be 100% joining the dentist as a member x

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I (like many) have not liked going to the dentist my entire life. Long story short, my dental health has noticeably improved since starting with the practice. If I had moved over 20 years ago, I doubt I’d even needed half the work I’ve had. The team are always helpful, supportive and personable. My dentist, Monica, is simply fabulous. I’d recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Was able to see Dr Shah at short notice after suffering a broken tooth. Following a thorough examination he discussed options for treatment with me so that I was able to make an informed decision. Once this was confirmed I was able to book conveniently appointments for the treatment to be completed. I’ve since had a crown fitted. All the staff were friendly and helpful (as always) and great all round service.

Negative experience: Brixworth cancelled my wife’s appointment with only 24 hours notice. They said they couldn’t contact her earlier because of an electrical problem which is fair enough. The new appointment was booked weeks afterwards, which was very inconvenient. When my wife cancelled with 36 hours notice, they took her £25 deposit from her. She had her own reasons for not being able to contact before that, just like Brixworth had their reasons. So hypocritical. We have spent thousands of pounds here and they have taken our money for something they also did themselves. We won’t be going back. They make everyone deposit at least £25 for every appointment, so be careful with your money.

Fantastic experience: Hygienist Sarah and Charlotte were brilliant - I normally end up gagging, but not this time. And Hussein is a very gentle dentist too, and explained my options clearly, with no pressure to have the more expensive procedure. All in all a very pleasant experience considering it’s the dentists!

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice that is well Structured, fair prices and superb dentists who are careful, professional and highly skilled. Shahil is just fantastic and delicate in his approach but works fast and keeps you comfortable and does great work with no post procedure pain or discomfort. Didn’t even feel the injection go in. I’m not a nervous patient but if you are, this practice and its staff will help you get past that. I can only give them my strongest recommendation!!

Fantastic experience: My regular dentist said they couldn’t remove my broken, painful tooth and I was advised there would be a 10-12 month wait to have it done at the hospital. I was in agony and called brixworth. Despite not being a patient I was booked in within a few days. The dentist Prosper was so kind, thorough and explained everything clearly, removed my tooth painlessly during the appointment and explained all of the aftercare to me. I was so grateful and impressed by the professionalism and care, that myself and my husband have now registered with brixworth as clients. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Brixworth Dental Practice is amazing. From walking into a warm welcome at the reception, to treatments, and onto post treatment care. Always putting you at ease, everything is explained in a way anyone can understand, and no questions are moronic ones. Nilesh has been phenomenal with an ongoing childhood problematic tooth, that had split away from the filling, and he managed to save the tooth with a lot of work and a temporary crown fitted, his advise has been astounding going forward, and the best work I’ve had done in some time, X-rays where shown to me of the tooth damage, and the best options to save the tooth. On my last visit, and mid final Crown fitting by Nilesh. I’ve now spent some time with Hussain, he has done a remarkable job on the same tooth, completing a root canal, with such professionalism and care, again putting myself at ease, and everything was explained to me before we started, and all questions cleared up in a way I could understand the process perfectly, all X-rays were shown to me before and after the treatment, and explained fully on the screen. Also with fantastic advice post treatment to finish off the day. I have never felt any pain or discomfort whatsoever with any of my treatments, and I’ve always felt extremely comfortable and relaxed during the treatment. I am so glad I signed on to this dental practice, I really respect what these professionals do! Such a reliable, professional, caring, and friendly team. All the staff are absolutely amazing, super friendly, and attentive, they always call to confirm that I can still make the appointment a few days beforehand, with a gentle reminder, and have never changed the booking date or times so far, and itemised billing arrives super fast direct to email, or printed onsite if requested. Calls to confirm all is ok after treatment is also very considerate, all the staff are an asset to the team and company. Sorry for the long review. But I cannot recommend this practice enough! I’ve struggled over the years to find a dental practice which Don’t change my appointment a day before I’m due to visit, but now I’m always reminded of my appointments prior and I know that my appointment is going ahead. My treatments and care plan has been outstanding - I’ve had prior sub standard work rectified and the journey has been fantastic. Id happily give 100% trust in Brixworth Dental.

Fantastic experience: Welcomed nicely by Shaneese on arrival, completed the necessary documents and then straight in to see Sanil. After examination I was given four clear options and together we chose option 2. Lovely modern clean facility and great touch with TV on ceiling, I will return.

Negative experience: After paying a substantial amount of money I now have a denture that makes me gag on complaining I was informed I’d have to pay yet more money
