Fantastic experience: I and my family have been attending the Silicon Dental Centre for many years and have always been impressed by their professional yet friendly atmosphere. I am a very nervous patient but both Dr Reham Abbas the dentist and Mr Aayush Baidar the dental hygienist are incredibly understanding and do their best to make me feel at ease. All the reception staff are also efficient and welcoming. Would recommend unreservedly.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my forehead Botox done with the aesthetic practitioner Arezoo and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She took the time to explain everything clearly and really put me at ease. I was quite terrified before the appointment, but her calm and gentle approach made all the difference. The procedure was much less painful than I expected, and I’m very happy with the results! I’ll definitely be recommending Arezoo to my friends and family
Fantastic experience: A great and caring dentist, Dr Pryia! I have suffered with gum disease for many years, but Silicon Dental have done some wonderful work at restoring a good level for me to smile! Also I am always warmly welcomed by Nauneet on reception and the nurse, Maureen. I've just seen the hygenist Aayush, he used the new teeth and gum cleaner. It was so much better, less pain and discomfort. I was happy to book the next appointment!

Fantastic experience: Hawra the hygienist and Mareen were excellent ! I came in today for a hygiene session and they used the new GBT machine on me and it was game changing. I usually dread coming in for a clean because it can be sensitive but this new machine was painless. The warm water and special instrument made the whole experience actually enjoyable. Hawra explained everything well , was very gentle and thorough. Teeth feel so clean. Navneet on reception is always helpful too.

Fantastic experience: I visited Silicon Dental Centre on 16th September for Hygiene and filling. Both Ayush (Hygienist) and Priya(Associate Dentist) were professional and patient centered and extremely polite. Both of them explained the procedure very clearly ,step by step.Both made sure I was comfortable. I had the new Hygiene procedure GBT which was undertaken with minimal discomfort. The atmosphere and ambience was calm and relaxed. The Practice Manager (Arezoo) was very helpful and at the point of payment,she explained the price structure. Fantastic experience: Been to this practice a number of times And today I was looked after by Dr Abbas. She also saw me a few weeks ago for an initial consultation and made me feel at ease so I had no issue going back in for my filling today. Fantastic experience: I’ve always been uneasy about visiting the dentist, but this was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. Dr Nikitha was outstanding. She clearly explained what to expect before, during, and after the procedure, and talked through each step as she worked. While I believe this was partly for her nurse’s benefit, it really helped me feel informed and distracted from what was going on in my mouth. I felt no pain at all and the whole process was smooth. Rohina, her nurse, was equally excellent. Gentle, precise, and made the experience completely comfortable with no poking of the cleaning suction tube or any discomfort. Together they made a great team and I would highly recommend this practice, and especially Dr Nikitha to anyone in need of dental treatment. Negative experience: Whenever im there im not taken seriously came in with a tooth infection they send me off telling me my 8th tooth is supposed be like that just to brush thru the pain. Went to a different dentist they reassured me that it is well infected and that i need to go on antibiotics ASAP. Tomorrow calling in to discharge my self from this dentist. When anisha was there it was amazing but now its just a joke and waste of money .

I wanted to follow up on my Manager’s response after speaking with the dentist who treated you and reviewing your comments in more detail.
It appears that your last visit to us was in 2022, and your most recent visit was for an NHS emergency appointment in early 2024. During that appointment, the dentist identified a localised infection around your third molar (your 8th tooth) and provided the appropriate care, including advice on the importance of thorough cleaning around the affected tooth. At that time, the dentist determined that antibiotics were not necessary, as there were no signs of a systemic infection. However, it seems that the cleaning did not fully resolve the issue, and the dentist you saw subsequently felt that antibiotics were needed, as the condition may have worsened. I'm glad to hear you received them, and I hope your condition has since improved.
While we always strive to provide the best care possible, it’s important to note that the responsibility for ongoing self-care and adherence to treatment recommendations lies with the patient. I understand your frustration, but I believe it’s important to acknowledge that the initial treatment was in line with current guidelines, and the decision to prescribe antibiotics was made by the second dentist based on their assessment.
The fee you paid was for an NHS Band 4 emergency appointment, which is set by the government, and we have no control over that. I also want to confirm that, as per your request, I have discharged you from our care.
We take all feedback seriously, but I do feel it’s important to remind you that proper follow-up care and self-care are crucial in preventing further issues. I apologize if this was not made sufficiently clear during your visit.

Fantastic experience: I was in the place in Perivale the Silicon Dental Clinic in my appointment just 3hrs ago to took out my 4 teeth in 1 go. Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Silicon Dental more. I am someone who really doesn’t like going to the dentist and they where great. The were so patient with me and understanding of how much I dislike coming to the dentist. They were very soft and gentle, explained everything very clearly so I always know what was going on. All the staff were lovely, helpful and very knowledgeable. The place was spotlessly clean and you really get a red carpet treatment from the moment you arrive. They also have parking which was great. Fantastic experience: I rang Silicon Dental Centre for an emergency appointment as I was experiencing extreme tooth pain. The receptionist was very helpful and managed to book me in within a day or so. On arriving at the practice, the staff were polite and efficient. I saw Dr Priya Jadeja who diagnosed the problem (cracked tooth that required extensive treatment inc. root canal removal and a crown). Dr Priya and her assistant (sorry I didn't catch her name) were very caring, extremely professional and clearly and concisely explained every step of the process. This is the fourth time that I have had root canal treatment (too much rugby!) and without doubt, this is the best care I've received in any of the previous procedures. I would thoroughly recommend Dr Priya and the staff at Silicon Dental Centre.

Had a few treatments done and they make you feel very comfortable, always checking how your feeling and feel at ease.
