Fantastic experience: The service I received was fantastic from the first assessment, through to my operation and aftercare. They provided clear information and talked me through the options. The operation was painless as was the aftermath! I was astonished that I could have surgery and be absolutely fine, with no aches or swelling, just a day later! I would recommend all the staff, without exception.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by my regular dentist for an apicoectomy procedure with Luis to save a tooth where a root canal had failed, and the whole experience was excellent. I was sedated, so I didn’t feel a thing! Luis made me feel very comfortable throughout, and the surgery was successful. The reception staff and nurses were also really friendly and professional, they helped put me at ease from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Excellent Treatment. I have recently completed my dental implant treatment at Central England and I couldn't be happier with both the treatment I received and the results. My journey began in October 2022 when I was referred by my dentist to Dr Neil Wilson to advise on two teeth, one top left and one top right. My first consultation went really well and as nothing could be done to save them, I chose to have dental implants. The process took just over two and a half years but at every stage I was given the best comfort and care possible. Everything has to be done at the right time when your gums are healthy and you are at your optimum to heal. Throughout I was well informed about the treatment, options and costs. After surgery, and later when the implants are exposed, there are times when you have to eat soft food only, but you are given support and aftercare information so never feel as if you are on your own. You can get in touch if you have a problem but I never had to. The staff checked in on me too making sure my recovery was going smoothly. I was amazed at the end result in the way that the implants look and feel just like my own teeth! I can eat a range of foods again, without worry, and I know I made the right decision. Due to this, I highly recommend Dr Neil Wilson and his team. The professionalism, quality of care, attention to detail and kindness definitely made all the difference.

Fantastic experience: Had referral for gum disease...my dentist had done everything he could for me but I was still having problems. Decided to go to see a specialist at Central England and met Monica. If you are at all nervous Monica will make you feel completely relaxed. She is honest as to how much she can do and how much depends on you making sure you are following her advice and the hygienist at home. Well the results have been brilliant. The gum pockets have mostly disappeared or decreased in size. I can now start looking at other options to fill in gaps where I have lost teeth. My dentist wouldn't do anything until my gums were stable. It's not a cheap option but I wanted to keep the teeth I have. My thoughts were that I would spend more money paying for implants or other dental work. Thank you Monica and team. Another plus is easy parking and very friendly reception staff.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Central England Specialist Referral Centre led by Dr Neil Wilson by my dentist following major crown infection in my palate and upper jaw. This had resulted in the loss of a substantial amount of bone and required the removal of a number of damaged crowns. I was faced with the prospect of a permanent denture. At the initial assessment Neil explained that the team only got one or two cases like mine in an average year. Over the course of three years Neil, Luis and the team carried out successful bone grafting(Mr Luis Bruzal Consultant Oral Surgeon)and subsequent dental implant surgery(Neil) to replace my damaged crowns. The process had to be extremely measured and careful but the final outcome has been fantastic. This was not a quick fix but the result of dedicated professionalism. Though I was very anxious the treatment for my implant went smoothly, I was well informed at the beginning about what I could expect, the price of my treatment and the schedule. I got my implant from Dr Neil, which went above and beyond and took his time to explain everything and find solutions to all challenges. And Jenna the hygienist made me smile and feel comfortable every time I went to her. She explained everything in detail and guided me in my journey for achieving excellent dental health. Fantastic experience: I wish there is more than 5 star to give. Thank you so much for the great treatment from Dr. Luis, Summy, Dr. Monica and the reception staff. Want to say a long long story to conclude this experience but start with a short version. I am very anxious about the procedure, I spent months worrying about side effect and did research on doing dental procedures in different countries. I came across the Dr. Luis from Google search and contact him, I didn't know it was him but I was very surprised it's him answering queries late at night. At the first appointment, did a through analysis of the teeth that need to be removed from X ray and CT scan. Also explain to you how the teeth will be removed so you can have more knowledge and confidence of the procedure. Then I experienced some medical condition and Dr.Luis was super patient and helpful of helping me see if I can do sedation or not. The extraction went well, after a day I only remember one second of what happened. Then I have some really bad dental pain after that, but it's on weekend and Dr.Luis went out of the way to help me contact other's that may help in the area and advice on what to do next. It was like a life saver when the pain make you question about life.( Facepalm) Dr. Monica was super kind and professional, manage to see me on the same day I called in and gave me advices on dental care. I was super super super happy when I left the practice that day as I can eat again and the pain goes away. Also the side effect I was so worried about didn't happen so it shows how good Dr. Luis is and you can trust the centre. Made some cookies and want to bring to the centre but then I worried oriental savory cookie may not be sweet enough but thank you very much! Will definitely recommend to anyone who need wisdom teeth removal.

Fantastic experience: Just after 4 appointments with Sabrina my gum bleeding score went from 50% to 5%. I am now ready for my next tooth implant. So far my experiences have been perfectly positive: for the duration of an hour long appointment with Sabrina one is getting an undivided attention of a highly qualified professional working tirelessly to restore the health of your teeth and gums. I do not think I will ever want to see a different hygienist. A long term update: Dr. Wilson and the team have been taking care of my teeth for over three years. One implant is already in and feels completely natural, we are discussing the next one. Moreover, my wife has fully switched to Sabrina for her oral hygiene. I cannot praise Central England high enough for their professionalism, attention to detail and value. The latter is particularly important to us - while our post COVID salaries went down in relation to the price of a burger, they stayed steady with respect to the cost of an implant . Dr. Wilson is doing his utmost to keep his price increases to a minimum, for which we are grateful.

Fantastic experience: I had major issues with my gums and was referred here. The assessment, the treatment and the advice were outstanding. I have had three appointments and in that time my gum health has improved over 600%. Monica and Poppy together with my hygienist have done a tremendous job, I cannot recommend them too highly.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an impacted wisdom tooth extracted by Luis Bruzual. It was complicated - including roots embedded in the bone and a "communication" to the sinus (of which I was forewarned) due to proximity to nasal passage. I was unable to have sedation, so needed to have this procedure done with local injections. Having expected a rather horrid experience, it most definitely was not. Local injections were almost painless, Luis and nurse Summy (thanks for hand holding!) made me feel relaxed and confident. The own-blood gel also worked its magic in terms of healing. There was not a huge amount of swelling and I only needed paracetamol for a day and a half. I was fully signed off just two weeks later. Although Luis was recommended by my dentist, it still felt like a leap into the unknown. I need not have been at all concerned, Luis and his team made me feel welcome, cared-for and in good hands from the start. I am very grateful to Luis for his care and expertise in relation to a trying procedure. Thanks, also, for phoning me back in person when I had a query.

Fantastic experience: I had 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by Luis around a week ago. I had my sisters wedding upcoming in just a couple days later, so I was worried about swelling, pain etc. The procedure was really shockingly painless and I recovered very quickly and was not in considerable pain afterwards. The procedure was done so smoothly and Luis and his assistants gave me such a pleasant experience throughout. I have had many teeth removed before in the past where I had a really not nice time, so I was really happy following this as I was quite nervous coming in. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've been attending this centre for over 10 years and cannot recommend them highly enough! Everyone in the practice is really friendly and approachable. I had an implant originally by Dr Wilson around 10 years ago which I've had no issues with- plus it blends in beautifully with my natural teeth . I've continued attending the centre to see their hygienist Sabreena who I would highly recommend. She is very experienced in her field , always professional and so easy to talk to as she puts you at ease. She spends a lot of time going over your brushing technique, assessing your bleed and plaque score so you can track your progress and provides you with tailored advice on how you can improve your brushing techniques. She always does a thorough clean and has improved the condition of my teeth significantly over time, which has prevented me having any issues with my implant.

I needed 6 teeth extracted and implants inserted. Neil always had the time to explain every step and answer any questions. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Central England for 13 years.I have had implants, I have had fillings and this last time I had a root canal filling carried out by Ben Edwards and supervised by Nicky.I am a worrier BUT it was a lot of wasted concern, both Ben and Nicky were so calming and reassuring, explaining everything throughout the procedure.Ben had to drill through my gold crown to the root.I have problems with my jaw which locks.Ben took it very steady allowing time in between drilling for me to close my mouth each time, to give my jaw a rest.I cannot find the appropriate words to really express how great full and relaxed I feel now, should I ever have to have the same procedure carried out again.THANK YOU Ben & Nicky.

Fantastic experience: Neil and his team are highly professional and experienced, and that really showed through at every step of the treatment I received for composite build following referral from my dentist. Neil explained the process fully and put me at ease, the actual treatment was scheduled for 4 hours which was daunting by Neil and team worked quickly and thoroughly to get it done within 2 which I was grateful for. Really great place.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to CESRC by my dentist to have an implant and to assess an old crown to confirm whether it was restorable. Dr Neil Wilson explained each step of the procedure carefully, this was also confirmed by letter. The post-operation guidelines were explained clearly too. Dr Wilson and his team made me feel at ease throughout the whole procedure. The work was carried out to the highest standards. I am absolutely delighted with my new implant and the restored crown. Fantastic experience: WOW!!! what an excellent experience I have had at this dental practice. I was referred to to Central England via my dentist at Webheath Dental Practice following an emergency appointment for an abscess. I was in excruciating pain and was beside myself with worry and anxiety. I had previously had a root canal on the tooth some 20 + years ago and over time the root canal had become compromised and had developed into a raging abscess. I was quickly referred to Central England as I needed the root canal treatment repeating together with a new crown. I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist and was then met by Dr Ben and dental nurse Nicky. Dr Ben explained in detail the issues and the treatment plan to put things right. Every aspect of my treatment was met with pure professionalism, confidence and competence. During the appointments I was kept comfortable and, more importantly, pain free. I really cannot recommend Dr Ben and Vicky highly enough. I have received first class treatment and had a very pleasant dental experience dished with a side order of good humour and professional conduct. Thank you Dr Ben and Vicky. What a fantastic team.

Fantastic experience: Professional, friendly, immaculate. Do we really know how to brush our teeth? Well I do now and what an education, explained by Sabrina with ease and by example, hold a mirror and Sabrina having put a plaque dye on my teeth explains how I should use my brush to rid my teeth of plaque. I sit there and think, why haven’t I been shown this before instead of up and down and across. Anyway my teeth feel clean and fresh…. Until I sink my teeth into this doughnut. Positive experience: Excellent Care I have had a dental implant and have been really satisfied with the process and outcome. I had a "retained root" and the steps were carefully explained, including a formal letter. The support team were excellent, and appointments prompt. Follow up arrangements were clear as well. Fantastic experience: I attended on 20th April for an appointment with Jenna - hygienist. Overal it was great experience. Jenna was informative, caring and the experience was instructive. I have recently purchased the Oral B iO4 electric toothbrush as recomended by Jenna. I had previously used a manual brush and the Oral B Pro electric toothbrush and I can really see and feel the difference.
