Fantastic experience: All the staff were very nice. Rebecca extracted two molar teeth. I did not feel any pain. I have not needed to take many painkillers afterwards. The gums are healing well.

Fantastic experience: Needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted, commenced on antibiotics and when the pain was increasing Sophie and the team allocated me to an earlier appointment. I was seen by the most amazing oral surgeon who listened and took onboard my anxieties with needing the tooth extracted. She put me at ease immediately and reassured me. The procedure went so smoothly and the dental nurses were also so kind. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Queensway dental and orthodontist as well. Excellent service and kindness. From the ladies at the front line to the dental team they made a painful and horrible time smooth and faultless Thank you ☺️

I had to cancel an appointment and resedule and they were very understanding. The clinic is well equipped and modern with high standards of hygiene. They also followed up to make sure things were going OK several days after the last appointment. An all round exceptional service. Great staff too.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic care from Dr Rebecca Hieron. She was able to resolve what was a very painful and uncomfortable situation I was in following a failed tooth extraction at another practice, 2 months prior, that left me with broken and protruding roots in my gums. Dr Hieron had this resolved within 10 minutes. Effortless and effective. The surgery rooms are lovely and cool, with TVs on the ceilings to help distract you during the op. The staff are lovely too and very welcoming and pleasant.

Appointment timeliness- from referral to treatment 1 - 2 weeks. My tooth extraction could not have gone any better. It was, and continues totally painfree, a day after the procedure. Communication / aftercare : followup appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr.Keen and staff at the Bishop Auckland practice.

Fantastic experience: I visited this surgery recently to have a root extraction leftover from a broken tooth. Dr Rebecca Hierons was super friendly, instantly put me at ease. She completed the required surgery swiftly with little to no discomfort. Everyone else I met here, Dr Hierons assistant, the receptionist, were all very friendly and welcoming. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dentist's for anyone looking to visit.

Rebecca is professional, an expert in her field, whilst also being caring, kind, supportive and puts you totally at ease. Goes out of her way to make you feel safe. I was extremely anxious and scared having had a traumatic experience of a dentist when I was young, but I felt very safe and cared for, everything possible was done to ensure I felt no pain whatsoever and felt comfortable Rebecca took her time and didn’t rush, it was a difficult extraction and I felt very anxious at one point but the dental nurse was amazing and helped me to breathe through it (I was also having gas and air) and it was a huge help. Overall, they made a very unpleasant experience not only bearable but a very positive one and have helped enormously with my fear of dental treatment. Exceptional oral surgeon and team. I highly recommend this practise to anyone, but especially those who are fearful or anxious about surgery. You’re in safe hands and will be treated like royalty. Brilliant

Fantastic experience: I had two wisdom teeth removed by Dr Hierons recently and despite complications afterwards I was so impressed by her and the whole team! Dr Hierons was extremely quick removing the teeth and I barely felt/remember anything due to the sedation I had prior to the procedure. Unfortunately I developed an infection in one site afterwards but the reception team picked up on the problem straight away when I rang them and got me in for check-up within a matter of hours. A brilliant dental practice who I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending.
