Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with this dental clinic. Dr Prasanta Banerjee is an honest dentist who had my best interest at heart and really cared about me getting the best treatment. All the staff were so pleasant and friendly. Joanne and Fabian. I had my baby with me and Fabian did a great job at comforting my son whilst I got my treatment. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic. I have always been made to feel comfortable no matter who I see, the nurses are brilliant and like the dentists I've seen so far they are calm go slow if we need them to be and always do a thorough job. My hygienist is amazing and the wonderful dentist I saw today is amazing. They explain everything to you. The receptionist ladies are the forefront of the practice and I can tell you they are also amazing ladies not to mention that they know you by name now too. Love this practice, the best I've ever been to. Thank you to the whole team who looks after us all

Fantastic experience: Please know that I am petrified of the dentist. However, every visit has been less anxiety ridden than the last. Today I had 3 teeth extracted and it was the quickest and most painless I have ever experienced. Before I could work myself up into a panic attack, it was all finished. Both dentist and nurse have been pleasant, calm, patient and professional. Letting me know what to expect and what needs doing, going forward. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Just had my first ever dental hygienist appointment. I was a bit nervous and unsure but Ibrahim and Joanna were very reassuring, gentle and patient with me, professional and did an amazing job. Helpful recommendations for ongoing care and maintenance too.

Negative experience: I have been with this dentist for a while and always found them great. However my recent dental appointment left me with a bad taste (pardon the pun). The dentist was quite dismissive of my struggle when having dental procedures and made me feel embarrassed when discussing treatment. Some people do struggle at the dentist and a bit of compassion goes a long way.. but it was most definitely absent on this occasion.

Negative experience: Very rude receptionist, just kept saying ‘we don’t accept NHS patients’ when I didn’t even ask about that. Talked in circles about registering via NHS and giving me NHS pricing, after I was clearly asking about PRIVATE dental appointments. So unnecessary, I would have booked if it wasn’t for how rude and short this woman was.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to dentist around the world and can say that Queensway is very good. The dentists I’ve seen are Dr Tina, and most recently, Dr Sahar. Both have been brilliant in giving advice and procedures.

Fantastic experience: I had a rearranged appointment with the hygienist (Ibrahim) for this Monday, 30 December. Because of the date, only he and Joanna were in the practice, with Joanna gamely acting as both receptionist and Ibrahim's assistant. After checking that I could no longer be infectious (because I still have after effects from the RSV cold/cough that has been going around), he was happy to proceed. I have total confidence in Ibrahim's professionalism: he has treated me often since he joined the practice and, as always, he was friendly and approachable and provided good advice, with Joanna giving great support. I am really grateful to them both for taking the trouble to come in to work on a day when very few people do, especially since this was a routine non-urgent matter which could easily have been postponed if they had wanted to. Another example of the excellent service and care that the practice provides - I have been with them (including the previous practice with Mr Doherty) since 1987 and things have never been better.

Fantastic experience: For all my experience about Queensway Dental, the best thing about it was the fact that the first time Mr Ibrahim and Joanna, attended me I feel so happy. But the second time I was there they wasn’t there and I was attended by another dentist but I was wasn’t happy. But yesterday it was my lucky day to be attended by my best dentist Mr Inbrahim and Joanna, both were so helpful by advising me how to keep my teeth healthy also what teeth paste and mouth wash, I would like to know if is possible for any time I book my appointment to attend by them.

Negative experience: Absolute disgrace receptionists are rude. £70 for hygienist even when your a patient and you can pay extra £10 get booking anywhere else without the wait. Get new reception staff.

Fantastic experience: The service I received from Ibrahim and Camila was simply amazing. They were professionally but thorough. Ibrahim explained the importance of flossing daily and correctly and he demonstrated how to brush using the correct technique with an electrical toothbrush

Fantastic experience: I was advised, during a routine check-up, that a filling was degrading and would need replacing. I was talked through my options, advised of cost and amount of time each option would take. When it came to the treatment it was prompt, efficient and took exactly the time I'd been advised. Sameera took great care to advise what was happening at each stage - to be honest, she was so gentle that apart from the noise I could easily have fallen asleep! 10/10

Fantastic experience: I came in to see Dr Sameera after a friend highly recommended her. I chipped my front teeth when I was younger and had them fixed at the time, but part of the filling came away a few weeks ago. I booked to see Sameera and she went through all the treatment options with me. I ended up getting the front two teeth built up and then composite edge bonding for the other front teeth as they were slightly worn due to me grinding my teeth at night. Sameera was super friendly and kept me at ease throughout the entire process!

Negative experience: Horrible place, I took my daughter who’s 18months old to this dentist and the dentist was awful prolonged the experience which traumatised her and asked questions that had no relevance to her teeth here are some of her questions Does she go to nursery? Does she talk? She has a scar on her lip. You need to stop feeding her in between meals! Which means no snacks For a start not every child goes to nursery before age 2! Not every child says much at 18months old I’m sorry but every child needs to have a healthy snack in between meals its to long for them to go without eating! And yes my daughter has a scar on her lip she suffers from dermatitis which Is dry skin she hurt her lip after falling at soft play it’s even on their accident book and I was made to feel like a criminal! This all happened at this dentist I don’t recommend this practice and am looking for a new dentist for my toddler!

Fantastic experience: My son has been to this dentist twice in the last few weeks, after his previous dentist ceased to continue with NHS treatment for kids. I called Queensway dental practice, and a lovely receptionist, named Rachel, listened to my dilemma and registered him for me. My son was seen the following week and had two extractions the following week to prepare him for orthodontic treatment. The staff have been super friendly, approachable and helpful. Thank you, it's been a refreshing experience

Fantastic experience: I got my tooth removed on 30/1/2024 the doctor and his assistant were really love and they gave me anaesthetic to make sure i felt no pain and talked me through the procedure.

Fantastic experience: I waited weeks for my son to get in for a root canal for it to be cancelled due to the dentist being in a car accident. Although unfortunate and put of all hands, I couldn't let him go any longer with the pain. The spoke to another dentist and accommodated another slot with them. To find out the tooth was pointless saving so was pulled. My son is autistic and petrified of needles. The dentist was great and persevered, with great patience. I would like to thank the dentist and all the receptionist for squeezing us in. Peace of mind to know he won't be in pain anymore. I hope the dentist in the accident is safe and well. Thank you.

I’m always welcomed with smiles on face and Stella makes sure that I’m comfortable. Will definitely recommend and I’ll be back for my routine appointment t in 3 months

Negative experience: DON'T USE. I booked an emergency appointment for a broken and wobbly tooth because of the pain and because, obviously, I can't eat. Paid £25.70 to have them look at it, prod it and say it needs to be removed but they can't do it so will book me an appointment with a dentist. OUTRAGEOUS

Negative experience: I had a appointment at this dentist for a cap to be re fitted .whilst this work was being carried out he managed to break the tooth next to it ..I wasn't happy the repair it felt horrible but 2 hours later it fell away I went back and was seen by the same dentist dr banjee who then decided to use a cheaper material that was a different colour and shape to my teeth and it took him all of 2 mins to apply.when I looked at it and pulled him up on this he snapped and began getting very angry stating he was a professional and in he's opinion this was acceptable I was shocked by this then he began to open the door and asked me to leave .all because I spoke up and said I wasn't happy with he's poor work.i should have released sumthing was up with him as people in the waiting room didn't want to be seen by him too .to top it off he's the general practitioner of the practice. Please avoid him at all cost .the staff are lovely but big red flag for him .I'm in the process of making a formal complaint to the dental authority board for he's un professional and rude behaviour and very poor work he shouldn't be allowed to work on people or any living thing . And the point you're making there's no record of me says it all ..what a joke !!!! Be careful guys

Negative experience: My experience about the dentist I was seen was not great unfortunately! The doctor after looking at my semi broken tooth which my previous dentist advised for a crown, said all were fine and didnt even bother to scale or clean my rest of the teeth. It was a super quick appointment as I felt there was some kind of speed competition going on. I just stopped going there. We have only 32 teeth to keep for a life-time, cant risk them for anything. Positive experience: It’s great service, they are quick to see you etc. it’s just really impersonal which is the only reason I’ve not given it a 5. They are polite but dentist seems to want you in and out of the chair as quickly as possible without much comms. Registered my kids and both were seen and appointment over in minutes, like literally 3 mins. I’m happy that their teeth are healthy but it would’ve been great to see the dentist interact with them about caring for their teeth and the importance of it. Other than that, unless I move I’ll probably come here forever ☺️

Fantastic experience: Having visited the practice on a number of occasions over the past 6 years, I was most impressed with the quality of the dental work being delivered. The private dentistry is of a standard similar to Harley Street in London, but available locally in MK. The dentistry is pain free which is important to me. Dentistry is never cheap, but pricewise I felt the work was good value for money. Nice bunch of people to deal with.

Fantastic experience: There is an amazing atmosphere around the practice created by the welcoming and friendly staff. The dentist and dental nurse makes sure all patients are comfortable and well informed with their treatment by carefully explaining all procedures and treatment plans in a detailed, understandable manner. The practice also has new technological equipment which allows the dentist to diagnose the patient efficiently and accurately. All the staff were very helpful and caring and answered all the enquiries I had.
