I've been coming here for years (I began with Mr Wells) and would not go anywhere else - I travel from Wales to go to this dentist. Whether it is just a check-up, major work, or a scale and polish, Mr Gupta and Becky always explain what they are doing. Becky is by far the most gentle hygienist I've ever been to, and Mr Gupta is extremely thorough and holistic in his approach. But everyone there without fail makes you feel like you are special. Fantastic experience: I and my family have been registered with this dental practice since 2010. I won’t change the practice and the dentist because all staff is amazing and works hard for the satisfaction of the patients. Dr Gupta is an absolute genius. He is polite, well mannered and skilled professional whose confidence and professionalism make me feel very confident during every dental visit. He is an aspirational person for young people who want to study dentistry in the future. My daughter needed an orthodontic treatment and because of Dr Gupta’s excellent advice and support she decided to become a dentist. I highly recommend this practice for your dental health and care.

Fantastic experience: I have experienced excellent service throughout my treatment over the last 9 months. I reluctantly went after 24 years back to the dentist's chair; having been a nervous patient throughout my whole life. Expectedly, my oral health was not in good condition at all and I needed urgent gum treatment to ultimately save my teeth. Dr Gupta, Becky, Katie S and Kerry have been my absolute saviours. Fantastic experience: If you are thinking of getting an implant this is the place to go. I waited years to have one because I’m really scared of the dentist. Bhup did my implant and Steve fitted it for me and Becky did my hygienist appointment. I can honestly say you are safe in their hands and you couldn’t wish to meet nicer people. I used to have false teeth at the bottom and when I went for a meal I would have to hold my tissue over my nose and mouth to pretend I was wiping my nose, when really I was fetching my teeth out because I couldn’t eat with them in. If I was eating out with the in- laws who didn’t know I had false teeth, I would just eat part of my meal and then leave the rest, go to the loo and clean my teeth. But then I found Bhup and gang at Claregate and I haven’t looked back. It’s fantastic to eat normal like everybody else. I even had a bone graft done at the same time and I never had any pain from day one right up to the end. If your a scary cat like me and have a phobia then go straight to Claregate Dental Practice and I promise you that you will end up with the biggest smile on eart. Fantastic experience: 65 yrs since I last attended a dentist & had frightening experience. Claregate surgery was tremendous. From reception to admin and the Dentist himself had so much patience. I was given tips on items to bring with me to make me feel more comfortable. Not made to feel uncomfortable at all. The Dentist explained everything, stopped when I appeared anxious & re-assured me making sure I was okay to carry on. I had all my upper front teeth removed over 2 visits. They allowed my daughter in with me. They talked to her along with me. Great advice for after care. I must have been one of the most nervous patients they had ever seen but they were wonderful with me and if anyone is looking for dental work I cannot recommend this practise enough.

Fantastic experience: Claregate Dental Practice managed to get me an emergency appointment on the same day, where as my own dental practice weren’t able to do so. Arun was thorough and very professional in his work, I highly recommend Arun as he put my mind at ease and created a friendly and comfortable environment for me. For what I felt would be a daunting procedure, he made it relatively painless, and gave great aftercare advice.

Fantastic experience: Having been a patient at Claregate Dental for a few years now I already knew what a fabulous dentist Mr Gupta was. However, receiving the bad news that I needed a major extraction filled me with dread. However, when the day came, Mr Gupta could mot have been more calming or gentle. The extraction was accomplished very quickly and there were no ongoing pain or problems. I can’t recommend extractions , however I can thoroughly recommend Mr Gupta and Claregate Dental.

Fantastic experience: Claregate Dental Practice (CDP) looked after me really well when I was on their books - I must re-register with them. They are a small practice, but small = more personal. I always felt like I was visiting friends rather than the dreaded dentist. The staff were all supremely pleasant, friendly and professional and the Practice was always warm and clean, somewhat homely and cosey (it is an ex domestic premises). I never dreaded my visits and often nearly dozed off when in the dentist's chair. I was that relaxed and comfortable. If you're after a dentist, I can highly recommend CDP.

The reception area is always clean and relaxing with engaging videos showing the latest procedures available. Mr Gupta always engages in a light-hearted conversation and along with his other staff makes you relax irrespective of the procedure you are about to have. The appointment system is efficient with email and text message reminders. I have had to call for urgent appointments and got in the next day! Definitely 5*.

Fantastic experience: Can not recommend this Dental Practice enough. After been petrified of dentists for many years I found Bhup and his team and became a patient in 2020. They are the friendliest team, who put you at ease. I now don't dread the dentist at all which is a huge improvement.

So petrified that I lived with a hole in my tooth (very painful) for one and half years living on pain relief and numbing gels. I needed to get it sorted. I was recommended claregate dental practice. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this practice for over 30 years. Its service is very family-orientated. Puts the patient at the heart of its service. I recently had a very invasive procedure, for which Mr Gupta demonstrated the utmost skill and kindness in explaining and undertaking it. He even rang to check how I was after it, something that one no longer expects but appreciates. Becky the hygienist is pleasant, experienced, and gentle, so you leave without feeling sensitivity in your teeth and gums. Kerry, the receptionist has a lovely manner and is very efficient. She always goes the extra mile to try and accommodate people. All the Staff are so pleasant and accommodating that it is one place you don't mind going to when in pain or otherwise.

Fantastic experience: We have had a great experience here at Claregate dental practice, Dr Gupta and his dental assistant were amazing with our little one who was slightly nervous. The receptionist was also very polite and helpful.
