Negative experience: The way they treat you in this place is disgusting there rude and are always on there phones and I’ve had a bad experience with this place also they just cut you off not hearing your side of the story been here for over 5 years the dentist I was with was so rude and he didn’t listen to what I had to say even thow am scared of dentists and needles he was always right no matter the situation and they just cut me off just like that disgusting they way they treat people specially there own plus I’ve been waiting over a week for my own dental records from them and they don’t answer your call when your not a patient of there surgery

Fantastic experience: Currently sitting with my daughter who is being treated by the lovely Dimitra Ziori. This is my daughters first filling, and at 16, she is super nervous. Dimitra has been so attentive, Informing her or every step and helping her to understand whats going on and how things will feel. As a mum, im super grateful for her patience - I want my children not to fear the dentist and she has made the whole experience less stressful.

Fantastic experience: Today I went back to the dentist after three years of avoiding it due to a bad experience elsewhere. I saw Dr. Georgia Giavi, who works at West Granton Dental Care, and she was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I was very nervous because of my past experience, but Dr. Giavi was patient, reassuring, and highly professional. She carefully explained everything and constantly checked if I was okay throughout the procedure. She removed my tooth without any pain, and I could truly see how experienced and skilled she is. Negative experience: A waste of money. I went there for a consultation, only for them to tell me that I needed to provide more information about the problem I wanted to treat. I did provide it, but I never heard back from them. I still don’t know what the issue is or if it can be fixed. I paid for nothing.

Fantastic experience: Had a great feat of dentist for all my life and I was avoiding to have any work done for nearly 20 years. I had dentists refusing to help me because of my fear and gagging reflex. Dr Georgia Giavi made me feel very comfortable from the first appointment. She was very patient, calming and compassionate! She made me overcome my fear and undertake a complete dental restoration. After 1 year that this journey came to the end, I can say that she is the most brilliant dentist I have ever seen in my life! I was able to spend many hours on the chair , getting treated by her, without any fear! I was always looking forward for our next appointment! Now I cannot think to go to another dentist! Fantastic experience: Stefania is genuinely brilliant. I’ve been seeing Stefania for over two years now, and I honestly feel so lucky to have her as my dentist. Like most people, I can’t say dentist appointments have ever been a highlight—but Stefania has genuinely changed the way I feel about going. She’s calm, kind, and incredibly thorough. What really stands out is how clearly she explains everything—not just what she’s doing, but why it’s happening and what I can do to improve things. I always leave feeling that bit more informed and confident about looking after my teeth (and a little smug that I now know what things like enamel erosion actually mean). There’s something very reassuring about being in her care. I never feel rushed, and she somehow strikes the perfect balance between being professional and making you feel completely at ease. Honestly, I think the practice is missing a trick not getting her to do short videos for Instagram or TikTok—she’s brilliant at breaking things down in a way that actually makes sense. P.S. I did hesitate to write this because I selfishly don’t want her to get so booked up I can’t get an appointment… but she really deserves the praise. Thank you Stefania—for looking after me so well and for making each visit feel that bit better than the last.

Fantastic experience: Who knew going to the dentist could feel like a spa day—minus the cucumbers and plus a few sharp tools? Dr. Georgia is the only person I trust to poke around in my mouth with metal instruments and still make me laugh while doing it. She's incredibly kind, always checks in to make sure I'm comfortabl, and somehow manages to make “open wide” sound like an invitation to relax. Her caring nature and gentle touch almost make me forget she’s holding a tiny drill. Almost. If you're looking for a dentist who’s as warm-hearted as she is professional—and who somehow makes dental floss sound exciting—Georgia’s your girl. 10/10, would get my molars inspected again.

Fantastic experience: Having avoided the dentist for a few years I plucked up the courage to go after some seriously bad toothache I got Georgia and I never thought id say that but I actually enjoyed the dentist!! She is so patient and calming always checking I was okay Ive had 2 extractions a root canal and deep clean the extractions were quick and all I felt was a little tug even after the numb wore off I was painfree during the healing process of both teeth and the root canal I've never felt soo good and proud of my teeth. Wouldn't see anyone else apart from Georgia she is 100% the only dentist for me great work on my teeth and the best manners to keep you calm and well informed 10 * thank you Georgia reception staff are amazing too and so helpful would recommend to everyone
