Negative experience: My experience with them was horrible. Didn't care about my wellbeing or teeth condition. It was all about the money. They charge almost £900 for nothing. They come across like they know what they are doing but nothing but a scam in my case. Even when you make a complaint about this matter - I was dismissed in an unprofessional manner. What I don't understand if they are Nhs or Private? And if they provide both services the Nhs customers have a really bad deal.

I’ve just come away from a filling replacement which I’ve had for about 15 years as it began leaking and they did such a wonderful job! Arris is always very friendly and explains everything fully during check ups and treatment. The reception team there are always so helpful in providing clear future payment and appointment cards. Great team here. I will be with them for a while!

Negative experience: Money grabbers Was a registered patient all my life and because I didn’t have a checkup in a couple years automatically got removed. I tried to call to make an appointment but got told that they wasn’t taking on new patients. Had a phone call 10 minutes later saying that they can offer me a scheme that cost more than normal prices and customer service is absolutely terrible. I would advise that you do not go here and you find any other dentist because this will not be the one for you

Fantastic experience: I had a lifelong fear of dentist emanating from my childhood, with all my teeth falling out over recent years, I plucked up the courage and made an appointment with Dentalshine Practice. The reception staff were all so welcoming and put me at ease straight away. Dr Margarita was so caring and took good care of me, reassuring me that everything would be alright, a statement I wholeheartedly concur with. I now have a lovely new set of dentures, which I am very proud of and now I'm not afraid to smile with my mouth open showing them off. I would encourage anyone 100% to use Dentalshine Practice for their treatment, their care and attention to their patients is unsurpassable. I am now able to walk past dentists, without looking away or crossing the road with fear of what I might see. Positive experience: My kids come here as NHS treatment plans. Staff are friendly. Slow service, dentist was running 35 minutes late at 10am. Poor customers who have an afternoon treatment are in for a longer wait.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Aris followed me carefully in a several month journey. My teeth are now perfectly straightened and whiter, many people around me noticed the difference. I had a complicated case (due to a baby tooth that had been stuck for decades) with many options, but I had everything explained and I could make an informed decision at each stage. I now smile more confidently, and absolutely recommend to visit Dr Aris if you want to improve your smile!

Positive experience: Highly impressed by the lengthy care of the clinicians - dentist(s), nurses & hygenist, & intial check- up NHS, although subsequent treatment private. Receptionists went out of their way, but you might have to persist for telephone contact - often calls unanswered but messages are listened & responded to!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist i have ever been too, the receptionists are really friendly, and my dentist and the dental nurse were caring and looked after me.

Negative experience: Uncourteous. The manager promised they would contact me back regarding my cancelled appointment but they did not. They did not contact me to say that my new appointment was blocked. I only found out when I arrived on the day of my appointment. This was very inconvenient as it was a waste of my time and money!

Fantastic experience: All staff are really friendly and helpful. Occasionally late starting appointments, but better that than be at a place where the patients are hustled out with concerns not addressed. The dentists are very good with nervous patients and the quality of work is excellent. I was recommended them on these bases 10 years ago and have recommended them to others many times in the intervening decade.

Fantastic experience: Dental Shine are simply amazing! Very experienced and knowledgeable dentists. Very effective and friendly - they really consider the patient’s perspective. Apart from dental appointments I go to their hygienist and also had cosmetic procedures. They offer a range of services and are cost-efficient. The receptionists are also very nice and helpful.

Negative experience: Definite money grab, better of looking to Bupa for this price and service. I booked a hygiene appointment and was asked to pay a 30£ deposit for an extra service (included in Bupa appointments). Unfortunately was running late and they informed me their appointments are actually only 20-30 minutes long so I would only have 15 minutes left and it would cost me 70£ - Bupa hygiene appointments are 45 minutes and include this additional service I was upsold. Worth the money to go to Bupa (some great ones in the city) and receive a quality of service, cleanliness and hospitality I would expect in a dentist office given this place isn't cheap. Disappointed, won't be back.

All the staff and service I received is without a doubt the best I've received here in London and abroad. I have had extensive dental work done previously at other practice. high standard professionals you can trust will go above and beyond to do what they promise while being honest and transparent about the limits of outcome beyond their control. Im someone who has severe anxiety and after having a bad experience and blow to my confidence at another local dentist I was apprehensive. Dentalshine gave me my confidence back and I no longer have fear going to the dentist, I had root canal, extraction and hygiene appointment and they made me comfortable each time and gave me suitable recommendations. If you fear the dentist i highly recommend you try dentalshine.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service. I went with a toothache to get an appointment, they squeezed me in just an hour later and everything was smoothly sorted in 45 minutes. All the staff is kind and friendly, couldn't recommend it more after so many bad experiences in other dentists.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to dental shine for several years and have registered all my kids here. I recently finished having Invisalign treatment with Aris. I am really happy with the results and the whole process has been really positive. It is expensive but Aris has helped to make it affordable where he can without cutting corners and while listening to what I want. I would really recommend having Invisalign at dental shine, and the practice in general.

Fantastic experience: Dental Shine are amazing dentists. Had a few different treatments and they are always professional and helpful. They don’t ever recommend any unnecessary treatments also. Margarita has just taken my wisdom tooth out within a minute. Lovely staff all round and the receptionists are always great for a chat too. Would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Great experience from the moment you are welcomed at reception. Staff are very welcoming and chatty and I have to say, very good at dealing with distracting young children/todddlers while in the waiting room! The quality of treatments I received, were faultless. The dentist also explains treatments clearly prior to doing any work and gives the opportunity to ask questions, as a patient. The dental nurses are also there to put you at ease and do a fantastic job at making you feel relaxed and looked after. Dental staff are also great at settling young children who may be anxious! Highly recommend this practice for both dental treatments and cosmetic dental treatments, both of which I have had there.

Negative experience: My experience with one of the dentists was sub-standard. A poor service and the appointment for my son was rushed. The dentist, Ioannis Gonianakis, was impatient and appeared not to want to answer questions.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful that I chose this Dentist. Before starting my treatment with Aris I hadn’t been to the Dentist in around 7 years because of a previous horrible experience. When I first met Aris I let him know about my fears and how I would need full sedation to get through any treatment because I was terrified. He and the whole dental team were really understanding and supportive in helping me get the full sedation and I got through my first treatment. Aris then encouraged me to try without sedation because of the costs and I was able to get through the next 2 treatments using medication to help with anxiety. Fast forward to present day and and I am now able to have treatments without any sedation or medication and I owe this to Aris. I really trust him and my fear of the dentist has gone which I honestly never thought was possible. I whole heartedly recommend this practice and Aris. Thank you to the whole team. Abbie

Fantastic experience: Dental Shine practise is amazing! From the welcoming and friendly reception staff to the brilliant Dr Aris. I travel 2 hours from Salisbury because the service and treatments I receive at Dental Shine are fantastic and I’d never leave the practise. Positive experience: I’ve just have just recently returned from having a root canal procedure at DentalShine.. Very helpful staff and Dr Aris was very efficient in not only running the procedure but also explaining post and pre steps. Only issue I had was getting a booking slot as I had to wait almost a month and a bit as a private patient (which to be fair was understandable as I needed an hour slot) but apart from that effortless and pain free treatment which is the main thing
