Fantastic experience: I am someone who gets nervous at every dental visit, but Reema Modasia always manages to make me feel comfortable. My latest appointment was no exception. She was gentle, took her time, and checked in often to make sure I was okay. It really makes a huge difference for someone like me.

Fantastic experience: Really can't speak more highly of this dental practice. From dentists to receptionists they are all lovely and so accommodating - have consistently gone out of their way to fit my family in when needed. Always give fantastic advice and clear explanations.

Fantastic experience: Always welcomed and looked after by the lovely Elena and Plamena. They go above and beyond. Last two visits I have seen Dr. Dhulaxy, who is clearly very skilled and has showed care and understanding each time.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Reema was absolutely lovely - calm, kind, and easy to talk to. She took the time to explain my dental plan clearly and in detail, making sure I understood everything. She also gave me helpful advice on how to care for my gums and what precautions I need to take moving forward. I really appreciated how thorough and reassuring she was throughout the entire visit.

I particularly feel compelled to put a review today because I had an emergency and Elena along with the Dr Simra really tried to accommodate me and find me a little slot to have a check. Even if they had a full day, they managed to squeeze me in thankfully!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Perfect Smile Chiswick and had a fantastic experience. Dr. Simran Dogra performed s tooth filling for my 6 years old kid, and I couldn’t be happier with the results; my daughter has dental anxiety but Dr Dogra put her at ease and the procedure was efficient and pain-free, thanks to her skill and the supportive nurse The receptionist Elena was welcoming and made the check-in process smooth, contributing to a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic for its excellent care and friendly staff, making dental visits a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't have asked for a better experience, Dr. Marcos did a filling there and then when I had my check-up and I didn't feel a thing. As a nervous patient this is by far the best dentist I have ever been to, I would recommend it to anybody.

Negative experience: In April I had a consultation and the dentist suggested work for a tooth that wasn’t hurting. Granted the tooth needs work but I didn’t want to pay for that work at the time, so I cancelled the appointment, my choice surely... Called back today to make an appointment and Helena the receptionist is now telling me they cannot see me because I cancelled my last appointment... Shocking! I asked why and all she can say is ‘sorry we cannot see you’ - this is a joke. I was reluctant anyway because the dentist I saw in April was late, unprofessional and smug. Since Helena doesn’t know why I’ll contact head office to see if they can explain.

Plamena (I hope I spelled her name right) has greeted me every time I stepped into the room with a bright smile and a supper friendly acknowledgement of my present. She informed me clearly what to do and directed me with patience. The whole team share this same energy and its a pleasure to be there.

I visited today for a check up and am delighted to say that all of the staff that I interacted with were impeccable and a real credit to Perfect Smile! I had my first appointment ever with Dr Rehan who was absolutely lovely, made me feel at ease and explained everything so clearly. It can be tricky getting a new dentist but after my visit today I have absolute trust in him! His nurse assistant Joanna was also incredibly lovely and warm. Thank you both! However, Dr Julie was amazing and I cannot recommend her and her team enough! I've recently changed from another dentist locally and there is a distinct different between my experience there and at Perfect Smile - from initial check in at reception, the environment in general, to the care and attention of the dentist, Dr Julie. Dr Julie was so kind, patient and careful and I felt a lot of trust that she was doing her absolute best for me as a patient. She was very calming and explained exactly what she was doing, even without me having to ask her to. Also, the Receptionist is a gem!! Fantastic experience: After a bad experience last year with a dentist who is no longer at this practice I have only had good experiences since. I have been so well cared for by Dr Jilnar, Dr Israa and Dr Rehan. As a very nervous patient they have always made me feel safe and cared for. Fantastic experience: I was always nervous about going to the dentist, to the detriment of my dental health. After trying other dentists, I was taken on as a patient by Perfect Smile Chiswick. Since my first consultation I’ve never looked back. I’m always welcomed warmly by the reception staff, especially Perrin, and am seen by a brilliant dentist called Dr. Israa. I first walked in there with no front teeth to my embarrassment, but she put me at ease with her kind, friendly manner and professionalism. She always makes me feel relaxed, and takes care of my needs in an excellent way. I now have a full set of teeth and can smile with confidence, which I have not done in a long time. I highly recommend this dental practice, who I feel has given me my life back. Thank you so much!

They were very accommodating and acted fast for my case, Dr. Israa especially was very professional and understood my situation, she provided me a much needed antibiotic prescription as well as advice on what to do after. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Perfect Smile for over a decade and am always happy with the service (to the extent that's possible at a dentist!). Today I met a new dentist, Rehan, and I must say he was absolutely brilliant - perfect combination of professional, clear, reassuring and not just trying to sell you things you don't really want or need for your teeth. A breath of fresh air (although not sure he felt the same way looking in my mouth).

Fantastic experience: My dentist didn't have any appointments so they referred me here. I am so glad they did. A nice dental practice. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Most importantly my hygienist Sonal did an excellent job. My teeth feel so clean. She gave some helpful tips and was very warm in her approach so I felt comfortable which is very important to me. Fantastic experience: Honestly cannot recommend this place enough, Dr Julie went above and beyond for me! I had awful wisdom tooth pain that she fixed instantly and saw me the same day for. For my next appointment she even took a special course in her own time that taught her how to remove a white mark on my tooth that I had been insecure about for a while. Negative experience: One of the receptionists talks too much, and if you have a special request or allergy that's a problem for the staff, it seemed.... I waited half an hour to be seen by a dentist who said that she apparently doesn't do cosmetic treatment(what a waste of time)... and is not enough experienced (3 years) to do crowns... so she sent me to Dr Julie, who seemed to be a very busy doctor... I found the whole experience unprofessional and there is a lack of right approach and care towards patients in need of support, instead some of the staff seemed stressed and looking after each other, not the patient. Disappointing.
