Fantastic experience: I am in my 60’s and have always hated my teeth. I booked an appointment with Dr Dash and despite my friends misgivings I decided to go ahead with invisalign. I hadn’t smiled for years because my teeth were like Nanny McPhees it looked like I only had one tooth and that I had smoked 40 cigarettes a day. Today when I went for my check up, I could of cried with happiness, my teeth are white, they are all straight they look amazing. I am so happy, this is the the best thing I have ever spent money on. Would I recommend them yes I would and you are never too young of to change your smile !!!

Fantastic experience: After beginning my journey in May for Invisalign due to getting married in 2027 I have continued to be supported and guided through my journey with all the support needed! Dr Francesca is amazing and the results I am seeing from my Invisalign is insane! I never thought my teeth would look straight as it has always been an insecurity of mine and I put it off for years due to being nervous of the dentist but I wish I found Stella dental sooner! I can’t wait for the final results and even after that Dr Francesca still discusses how she can further help and support my Invisalign journey! Cannot recommend enough and if you’re a nervous dental visitor like me who put it off for years due to being scared then honestly visit here, it’s so calm and reassuring here! Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient and putting off the dentist I was completely shocked at how kind and caring the staff are at Stella dental. From walking in to the receptionist greeting you, to the staff being calm and wanting to know everything you are not happy with to help you in the best way they can. I have had thorough checks before beginning my Invisalign journey due to impacted teeth and I am very grateful for this as they wanted the best outcome for myself, to which now is positive as I can go ahead with my Invisalign journey which I am truly excited for - ready in time for my wedding. Positive experience: Staff really friendly and my consultation was really thorough and informative. The reason I marked down was because when I initially did the video call for composite bonding I was told that Stafford would be the best clinic for composite bonding however when I attended Stafford for my consultation I was told Halesowen would be best. I live about 40 mins away from both locations so it was just a bit annoying also I haven’t been contacted to make another appt for Halesowen. Apart from this the service was good.

Positive experience: I went for my first appointment today for an implant consultation. I found all the staff to be very kind and helpful and felt very comfortable. The only thing which I was not happy with was that I was told by another receptionist that my appointment was with a Mr Dash for an implant consultation.This didn’t happen because Mr Dash didn’t work on the day of my appointment, which necessitates me returning on another day, which is inconvenient for me.

Fantastic experience: I’ve received excellent care over the last few years. Particularly for unexpected work for implants and repair after a fall. Good consultation and appraisal, options clearly explained. Costs were clearly given so I could budget for them. The staff are always positive and welcoming. The check ups and hygienist work are affordable and I pay by a monthly plan. I can confidently and honestly recommend Stella Dental.

Fantastic experience: My appointment today was on time ,polite welcome. The consultant took time to explain all my options showing me scans taken at the same time of my teeth and jawbone and discussed the cost and time frame of my treatment. I felt under no pressure at all on trying to sell any treatments. I then had treatment with the hygienist that was productive and instructive, although at higher cost than I was anticipated compared to my previous dentist I was attending. Fantastic experience: This is a lovely dental practice that can specialise in all sorts of areas but also a lovely dentist that I will be using from now on. I came for specialist treatment but will remain with this practice if they are willing. All the staff are friendly especialle Evie are efficient and organised. Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient I did not feel rushed and there was plenty of time given to making me feel at ease and comfortable. All aspects of the treatment were explained thoroughly and I was told I can get in touch beforehand if I have any more questions. It was Cheryl who dealt with us and she was very reassuring, easy to talk to and professional and she put me at ease which I needed. Edit: I have now had the operation and was very nervous but was immediately put at ease. With the sedation I didn't feel a thing. The aftercare was amazing - they even called me the day after to check up. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Staff were really lovely and professional from the moment you walk in til the moment you leave. From the receptionists, dental nurses, hygienists, dentists and everyone in between - everyone was really friendly and made you feel at ease. The place was clean and nicely decorated. Fantastic experience: The staff here are so lovely. I went for my Invisalign consultation yesterday and the lady that did this for me was so invested in everything I said about my desired outcome and even my personal life, honestly she couldn’t have been any kinder. I was didn’t feel any pressure at all to select a higher priced package, they are letting me decide which one I want to go with myself after seeing the video results. Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth extraction here 2 weeks ago, and it's safe to say I was very nervous beforehand. But as soon as I walked in I was put at ease by Cheryl who calmed my nerves and held my hand the whole time, she was honestly amazing I've never had care like it anywhere else. Fantastic experience: Fantastic throughout. Great communication. I was there for sedation removal due to previous trauma and I cannot recommend them enough. Very happy to pay and be treated like a human rather than previously from NHS. I forgot the ladies name that looked after me but she looked after me like a mum and I am so grateful to her for that. Negative experience: I had an Invisalign appointment with them a while ago, I booked with Stella because they were a “Diamond Provider” the person I had my appointment with Olivia? Said she was quite new to dentistry so surely would not be diamond provider certified? I didn’t particularly feel the advice given was the best advice, so I tried an alternative dentist. They informed me that they couldn’t understand why Stella wanted me to have teeth removed? As they didn’t think this was necessary.

At Stella Dental, our Invisalign cases are led by Dr Francesca Dash, Europe’s Top Invisalign Provider, who has personally helped over 3,000 people transform their smiles. Every treatment plan is created with expert care and is either delivered or overseen by Dr Francesca to ensure the best possible outcome.
You mentioned seeing Dr Olivia- a fully qualified and experienced dentist who works closely with Dr Francesca as part of our Invisalign team. If she mentioned being "new," she may have been referring to recently joining the Stella Dental family, not to her professional experience. Rest assured, all of our clinicians are fully trained and committed to delivering the highest standard of care.
As with any treatment, opinions can vary across providers, particularly with complex cases. Our approach is always conservative, considered, and in the patient’s best interest, but we completely understand that second opinions can be helpful when making a decision.

Fantastic experience: Couple of small things, the hygienist didn’t give any feedback on cleanliness so I’m not sure if I’m doing enough or how much was done, also the dentist told me to keep in the temporary filing I had put in about a month previously, he really is an excellent dentist and I’m sure it will be fine for now but I think would of preferred to just get it done while there and not have to book another day off work in the future to get fixed if it comes out randomly. Other than that this is a great practice with very experienced and professional dentists and am very happy with the work they have done for me previously. Would easily recommend to all.

Fantastic experience: Well this morning I attended Stella Dental feeling rather nervous as I had to have two extractions. On entering the practice I was greeted by a lovely and friendly receptionist who put me at ease. When I was called into see the dentist, Henry he explained what he was going to do step by step. I was worried about the injections as I've had a bad experience in the past. I was pleasantly surprised as it was no way near as bad as I had thought. When Henry come to removing my teeth up went my anxiety again, he put me at ease as he was just checking that the area was numb....next thing I know my teeth were out! I didn't feel a thing, I was that chuffed I high fived Henry!! Cheryl the dental nurse was by my side all the way, what a great team. I came out smiling all be a numb one!! Highly recommend Stella Dental, brilliant, thank you.
