Fantastic experience: I was impressed with the service offered. Even more so with the quality of advice given and the caring and compassionate nature of Dentist Dan and his Dental nurse. They also provide a price list of all the surgical interventions provided which is very transparent and above board. I would not hesitate in recommending the Ferring Dental Clinic unequivocally.

Fantastic experience: My Wife and I have attended the Ferring Dental Clinic for a few years now and are more than pleased with the whole team. We have regular check ups as well as Hygienist appointments and more recently I have had a ceramic crown fitted, which went very well. I like others do not like going to the dentist but the team here make it a less stressful experience. Great team thanks Cracked a tooth this morning, got an afternoon appointment with Mo who fitted a new filling in 30 minutes. All done in a compassionate and friendly manner. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist. We didn’t have too long to wait. Mo as always put me at my ease and was very thorough in inspecting my mouth. Well worth the visit.

Negative experience: Unfortunately some staff have left this business and the replacement (in my case) was no where near as good as Dan was, and I am actually quite disappointed in the work I had done. I shall be looking to move elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I need a lot of work doing and have a long standing phobia of dentists but liked the advert for this team so thought I would give it a shot - so please I did, Mo was lovely, calming, informative and reassuring - think I have actually found a dentist who I can trust to treat me and put an end to something that has blighted my life. Very happy

I saw Mo for a routine check up and he seemed really nice, was happy to explain treatments in detail and his nurse was lovely too. And the receptionists that I've dealt with are very pleasant and friendly. So far, I would happily recommend Ferring Dental Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I've been to dentists for 60 years this is the best experience and treatment and help ive ever had nice relaxed approach plenty of advice and after care and I was waiting 5 years to have treatment this clinic helped and sorted problem with in 2 weeks I don't need to say more go and find out for yourself oh and complete attention and help from reception great place .

Fantastic experience: I needed some work done on my teeth and Mo was great in explaining what needed to be done and the costs involved and he was able to fit me in later that morning to carry out the work. I can highly recommend Ferring Dental Clinic. The staff were very friendly too in reception. I can’t fault the service.

Fantastic experience: Hygienist first - did a thorough job cleaning and polishing and advice re flossing/dental brushes. Dentist second - 6 monthly checkup with Mo including yearly x-rays. All good.

Fantastic experience: Due to a very wobbly tooth that needed removing, I phoned for an appointment and was seen the following day. From Reception to the final removal of my very uncomfortable tooth, by Daniel, I can't speak highly enough of the excellent treatment I received. Thank you to all 3 members of staff involved, I am a very happy bunny to be able to sleep again without the aggravation.

Fantastic experience: All of our family visit Dan and he is excellent, we love having them as our dentists.

Positive experience: No complaints clinically, good consultation and communication about teeth/gum health. However was called into 0900 appointment 25 minutes late with no apology and no explanation…not the best customer service experience from that perspective.

Fantastic experience: Ferring Dental Clinic always keep you fully informed about appointments, examinations and treatment. Excellent dentists, hygeinists and support staff. Treatment is only recommended if you actually need it. No hype here. Always polite, helpful and friendly with integrity.

Not being a fan of the dentist, I have no problems visiting this one. The hygienist is also very good and tries her best to make me feel relaxed.

Negative experience: Efficient and on time Very friendly Hygienist I was commended about the state of my teeth, and to keep up the good work. I was attended to for 15 minutes and charged £89 A little quick in my opinion Will probably find a new Dental Practice

Fantastic experience: I have received excellent dental care from Ferring Dental Clinic. Mo is my dentist and he is very skilled and gentle. He did a crown for me and it was painless and some months further on, I wouldn’t know it had ever been done I have also seen 3 different hygienists there. Again the care has been excellent. Another nice touch is the ceiling, it is a blue sky with clouds, so no glaring lights and relaxing to look at!!

He has always provided excellent care in a way that takes away any anxiety that I might have. I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: They are a caring dental Practice and I was able to book my routine review appointment for the following day. Also, it turned out that I had developed a small dental abscess and needed an extraction which they performed at the same visit. The dentist listened to my concerns and was gentle, kind and understanding. I received excellent care.

Fantastic experience: Archie is the absolute best dentist I have ever had. She is exceptionally skilled, professional and CARING. She instills this in her staff too which makes the whole experience the best one (at a dentist) that anyone could ask for.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient with the need for an emergency extraction and a fear of the dentist I was really nervous about my first visit. I needn't have been as everyone was so kind and put me at my ease. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly and the environment was very relaxed. The extraction was nowhere near as frightening as I expect and Dr Kamar and the dental nurse (sorry don't know your name) were attentive, very professional and thorough. The information Dr Kamar provided me with to care for myself at home was spot on and two days after the extraction I am healing nicely. As someone with a history of dentophobia I am so glad I came to Ferring Dental Clinic and have no concerns about returning for more work and check ups. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Having moved to Ferring, a long way from where I had been living, and in the midst of the Covid Pandemic, I kept myself isolated as per the guidelines. I was pleased when we could finally see a dentist. I registered with Ferring Dental Clinic because a checkup was long overdue for which I was becoming very anxious. I really didn't need to be. The Staff were very warm, friendly and welcoming and I was soon feeling more relaxed. My Dentist is Archie and I couldn't ask for a more considerate, professional and lovely person to take care of my dental needs, fully understanding the (to my mind) complexity of my required treatment, she was very expert and competent. I have faith in her workmanship and trust in her diagnosis. I couldn't ask for a better dentist. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Friendly, welcoming staff when I was grumpy at filling in a form I had already completed at East Preston but I go to East Preston for my lovely dentist and Ferring for my lovely hygienist whom we shall call E. She was recommended to me by G (my dentist) and has been absolutely fabulous in getting my teeth hygiene where they need to be after years of not going to a hygienist or dentist as G has been looking after my teeth. E is amazing as is G and all the support staff in BOTH places are great! I would highly recommend E and G. They have taken good care of me.

Fantastic experience: The lady I had for my hygienist apt was very thorough and very helpful! Gave me lots of information I had never been given before. I will certainly be back - thank you. The only negative I found was that rebooking my next apt was very complicated, as there was no clear understanding on what days the lady worked and in what location, so still haven’t re booked.

Fantastic experience: Myself, my husband James and our daughter Ffion went for our family check up with Mo and Sammy and they made my daughter feel soo comfortable! She is only 2 and this was her 2nd ever dentist app but I think this was the first one where she actually knew what was going on! Mo took control and told us what not to say or what to say in order to get the little ones teeth actually checked (rather then scare her). I couldn't fault the pair of them as a team and my little one can't wait to see them again in 6 months time :) Thank You!

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed that Archie carried on my treatment for almost 3 hours to do the work needed, despite having to break for 15 minutes to see another patient.

Fantastic experience: Due to a bad incident as a youngster, I've had an acute phobia of dentists and not seen one for many years. A recent problem meant I had no choice, I explained my nervousness beforehand and so Mo and the team took extra care, in fact they couldnt have been kinder and more patient, so much so that whilst I still dread going back for the follow up, I'm confident I'll be able to do it.

Fantastic experience: Both the ferrying and east present clinics are fantastic, the staff are very knowledgeable and take the time to consider how you feel. I ended up having to have 5 extractions and multiple trips to the hygienist due to my own stupidity over the years due to fears of dentists, but they made me feel very at ease, explained everything I asked about and made the whole experience one that has changed how I view dentist. If you need a dentist I would highly recommend getting booked in here. Also the costs are very reasonable considering it is a private practice and not NHS.

Fantastic experience: I was in chronic pain with a back tooth. Have no dentist and called Ferring dental Clinic hoping to get an emergency appointment. Within a day I was contacted and an appointment set for 4pm that day. On entrance to reception, all was calm and comfortable. Filling out the new patient form, my comments at the bottom, (what would you like us to do for you today) all I put was, stop the pain and remove the tooth. And that’s exactly what was done. All completed with ease and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Excellent environment and very people person staff. very professional.

Positive experience: Visit to Jane, the hygienist. Great service as ever, Reception very polite and efficient. However I came away a little disappointed really. They have introduced a system of paying £30 deposit as an advance payment for the next appointment. This is as a result of a minority of people not turning up for their appointment ( I personally have never missed one in 10 years of going there! ) so I can kind of understand why they have done this, but I think they are going about it the wrong way. I feel like I am being punished now for the failure of others and effectively, if I stay with this practice, they will be holding £30 of my money infinitum effectively. I know it is only £30 but I am not sure I am comfortable with this being applied to my account when I am a reliable and loyal patient who turns up on time everytime! I think they should review this and make more of an effort to target the patients who do ruin in for everyone else. Surely it cannot be difficult to put a marker against the offenders and simply insist they pay a deposit in advance rather than a blanket policy of tarring everyone with the same brush. I could definitely sense that the lovely receptionist is very uncomfortable asking for this additonal payment! I know I should have pushed back at the time when they took this payment but you don't always process it fully at the time. However two days later I am still thinking about it! Perhaps time to look elsewhere if this is how I am valued by them? Shame really as it is a nice Practice overall but they haven't thought this one through properly in my opinion and are in danger of alienating their core client base, due to what must be a problem with only a minority of patients?

Fantastic experience: I was in need of a new dentist after mine left their practice and wasn’t happy with the replacement, then covid hit and during which I broke two teeth. After some review searching I decided to try Ferring dental and I am glad I did, as a nervous patient I have found them friendly, patient and accommodating. Good information and choices were given and effort during work to make sure it was pain free. Appointment reminders are excellent as are efforts if changes required. I am very pleased with my choice and can highly recommend them.
