Fantastic experience: Excellent service as always at Prestatyn Dental, so pleased I transferred to them. Recently returned for a couple of fillings. Felt quite nervous but Ben soon put me at ease. Explained all that was about to happen clearly and concisely. 90 mins later I was good to go. Advised may have sensitivity and or discomfort for a few days, but no all good. Fantastic experience: I’m really pleased with the care I received at this clinic. I had an emergency and even though I wasn’t registered with them at the time, the team went out of their way to help me. Katie on reception was absolutely lovely and amazing, she did everything possible to get me seen quickly and managed to fit me in for an emergency appointment the same day. I was seen by Ben, one of the dentists, who was fantastic. He was very gentle, knowledgeable, and resolved my issue in no time at all. I felt completely at ease throughout. Of course, being a private clinic the costs are not the same as the NHS, but I can honestly say it was worth every penny for the speed, professionalism, and level of care I received. I’m now registered here and very grateful to Katie, Ben, and the whole team for turning things around so quickly and looking after me at such short notice.

Fantastic experience: After being on the NHS waiting list to have a difficult tooth extraction for over 2 years I booked in with Primo dental. I was so anxious about having the procedure but I shouldn't have been. The moment I came in I was made very welcome, the staff are all lovely. Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional service. All options discussed without any pressure for a particular treatment. Having used other local dentists prior to moving here, it is clear that the equipment used is also state-of-the-art.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Jack, he was very explanatory of everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I had a tooth extraction, later developed dry socket, I called up to get some help with it, they got me in same day. In and out in 15 minutes and no charge. Top dentist.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always hated going to the dentist, but this is the first practice I enjoy attending. The receptionists are welcoming and very helpful, as are the dental nurses. My dentist, Jerome, is also brilliant at treatment, explaining how things work as well as tooth care (no rollicking; lovely to be treated like an adult). He’s also a genius at making a patient less nervous. Really happy we found Primo Prestatyn. Money well spent. Kudos.

Negative experience: Went there to get paper work signed, could not do it ,as they said they had not saw me regularly, but they know me ,when they charge a arm and leg , for their treatment very poor performance on their behalf!

Fantastic experience: Book en emergency appointment to deal with an abscess - called at 12.30, in at 3.30. Friendly team, lovely surgery building and relaxed atmosphere. Prices made clear from the outset and reasonable. Dentist Jerome was brilliant - put me at ease despite quite a significant amount of anxiety; quick x-ray and before I knew it, the tooth was out. I’ve had so many bad experiences with dentists in the past but this was truly excellent.

Fantastic experience: I don't normally leave reviews but on this occasion I just had to, I've never had nice teeth and was always ashamed to open my mouth, but after having an invisalign fitted and then having my teeth bonded by an amazing dentist Hannah thank you, I now consider myself as having nice teeth and I haven't stopped smiling yet, it really has given me much more confidence, I wish I had had it done years ago, once again thank you Hannah and your team.

Fantastic experience: They were friendly and talked you through the procedures needed step-by-step, no rushing you, making you feel pressured to make decisions. With nhs dentists being all but non existent here right now, they were a lifesaver and helped cure a tooth infection with 10/10 pain instantly.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff giving the best treatment and very understanding and will talk you through whatever treatment you require. Being autistic I'd recommend this place to others who are also autistic as the waiting room is very small so alot of people cannot visit the practice at once which is brilliant for autistic people. The rooms are bright and cheerful too , the staff also go above and beyond for patients, best dentist I have ever been to!

To phoning for an appointment re getting some new Dentures....helpful receptionist quoted me a very Reasonable fee for that appointment in comparison with other dental practices in my area .. given a prompt first appointment...on arrival at first appointment the. receptionist took my personal details .. medical home address ect ....Then was seen by Ben Cawthorn re making me a full set of new Dentures. The cost .the appointments needed ..I found from the start Ben was very informative on procedures re making of dentures....and most pleasant to discuss with and most pleasant young lady assistant .. I am now on my third appointment to come next week... ... appointment to date have gone very well.again information from Ben excellent and charming assistant..your receptionist on leaving most pleasant.... All a credit to your company .. ..I recommend anyone seeking a Dentist appointment .. Phone Up .

Fantastic experience: This dental practice is excellent I registered recently and I can honestly say it's the nicest dental practice I have ever been registered to they are so professional and helpful and explain things really well I'm so pleased I found them . My dentist is Benjamin who is really professional and knowledgeable in his field and a genuine nice guy and I can say that about all the staff that work there the reception staff are really helpful and welcoming if you are looking for a dental practice I would highly recommend primo dental prestatyn. Five stars.

Rachel made me feel so at ease whilst waiting in reception and abs was so considerate, and patient and explained any issues and any treatment I might need, but in no way pushy, the choice was mine. I had a tooth out today and a deep clean with Geroime the most wonderful dentist in the world! Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant team. Rachel the receptionist makes you feel very welcome and is very friendly and helpful. She always tries her best to find appointments to suit round my work schedule which is brilliant for me, nothing is too much effort for her. Abs is amazing he makes me feel at ease when I'm having any work done. He will always explain everything he is going to do step by step and any questions I may have, have always been heard and answered clearly. They are very professional but they are so easy to talk to and they make me feel at ease. Fantastic experience: Well.... Ben, Will, Rachel and Ben's new dental nurse (training), I can't speak highly enough of. Will when we first joined a year ago, was so pleasant and accommodating, Rachel on reception, extremely pleasant, chatty, organised and professional and Ben the dentist, wow, so good at his job. Explains everything, is caring, empathetic, just generally a lovely person. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I booked a consultation with Prestatyn Dental after I was told by an NHS dentist that my broken back tooth was dead and I would need an extraction or a root canal which they couldn’t do till January at a cost of £750 My daughter recommended Prestatyn Dental, as she has used them for the last 2 years and has nothing but praise for them. I was greeted by the lovely Rachel on reception who made me feel at ease straight away and I had photos done of my teeth and an xray. I went in to see the dentist who was honestly the nicest dentist I have ever met. He tested my tooth and told me it was definitely not dead, as I could feel the cold test he performed. He explained everything to me very clearly and said he could fill my tooth temporarily till January to get me through Christmas and this will give time to see if there are any other underlying problems with the tooth. If all goes well, I will have a permanent filling and a crown put on in January. I couldnt be happier with the treatment I received and the genuine kindness and care of the dentist, the assistant and the receptionist. The practice itself looks so lovely and feels very warm and welcoming and I cannot thank you all enough

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at prestatyn dental for a while now and I can not fault them! The practice is lovely and modern, the receptionists always welcome you with a smile and I've seen two dentists whilst being at the practice who are Ben and Jerome and they have both made me feel at ease and every time is has been pain free and relaxed. I'd like to give a special mention to Rachel the receptionist who was very chatty which made the short wait go very fast, she's a great member of the team to have at the front desk! Very friendly overall I'd recommend prestatyn dental 100%!!!

Fantastic experience: I needed emergency treatment for toothache they were able to fit me in and the dentist was so nice and was aware I was nervous and did everything to put me at ease and removed my tooth.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentist, whilst having a check up my dentist Ben was not happy about something on my tongue so took pictures and referred me to hospital that day. Within for weeks I had appointments scans and biopsy. I was told I had tongue cancer. He saved my life as it was picked up early by him. Following treatment I was told 3 weeks ago my cancer has gone. Thank you so much Ben you are simply the best.
