Fantastic experience: I've been with Vitality dentist for the past three years and have always found the service to be of the highest quality in all aspects.

Fantastic experience: A very good dental practice. Being able to book back to back appointments with Dentist and dental Hygienist is particularly useful. Personalised service, highly recommended. I feel I have been educated to look after my own teeth better since attending this practice.

Fantastic experience: September 2020: Back to the dentist where stringent Covid procedures have been implemented that instil confidence and are delivered as always with efficiency and a smile. Preparation and subsequent fitting of a new crown to replace ageing one and a repair to a chipped front tooth. Carried out by Arvin and his dental nurse with sensitivity to my fused spine and excellent results. No pain during or afterwards. Next up, back to the hygienist in October. March 2021: Broken tooth filling repaired by Arvin. Had a fight with some sour-dough toast at breakfast on Monday and lost. Rang Vitality and got an appointment the next day. Usual warm welcome (Virginia lovely as ever) despite efficient Covid procedures. Arvin repaired the tooth very swiftly mindful of the awkward position for my fused spine. No pain and breakfast battles resumed as normal. December 2021: End of course of treatment to repair a molar that had virtually crumbled away. Initial stabilisation by Arvin followed by root canal work by the excellent Dr John. Then Arvin inserted a supporting metal pin and prepared for the crown which has now been fitted - in good time for Christmas munching. No pain-killers required at any stage - all went smoothly with excellent attention to my fused spine. All the dental nurses and receptionists make you feel relaxed and well cared for. Thanks team. March 2023: Crown fitted to molar with accompanying repair to adjacent wisdom tooth. Always tricky because of my fused spine and difficulty of getting into a position that works for both patient and dentist. As always, Arvin takes great care and despite these challenges has achieved an excellent outcome. All the staff remain friendly, welcoming, caring and highly professional. Thoroughly recommend. May 2024: Visit to Francesca for hose down and scrape - otherwise known as oral hygiene. Always some fun involved - what lovely and caring people they all are. March 2025: Arvin repaired a tooth at short notice with all his customary skill and charm. The dentist doesn't have to be a scary place - it can be friendly and productive. Keep up the good work!! October 25: Another chipped tooth but got seen the next day. Arvin x-rayed and then explained the situation and options. Undertook some remedial work to smooth the tooth: but will have to bite the bullet and have the wisdom tooth out before too long! But I know they will do a good job when the time comes.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, helpful and considerate. Took a full history before suggesting any treatment and no pressure to have procedures. Hygienist just as thorough and offered helpful tips to maintain best possible oral health between visits.

Fantastic experience: I have been looked after by Arvin and the Vitality team for at least 15 years, and probably more. Great practice, great atmosphere and best dental treatment I have ever had. That's why I'm still going back there after 15....or is it more years?!

Fantastic experience: I have been with Vitality for many years now, despite moving house a few times too. Arvin and his team have helped me through many dental issues, with gum health and lost teeth. Arvin always thinks outside the box and has worked with my fears. Good dental health is expensive, there's no doubt about it, but I trust the Vitality team to help me make the right decisions. Despite being older, I still want a good smile, and Vitality help me keep that going!

Fantastic experience: After a very bad experience with my long term dentist I went to Vitality for a second opinion. It was such a positive experience in spite of it resulting in me having to have an extraction. They were kind, professional, thoughtful, human and very understanding. I've now switched to them and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Being a very nervous patient, and after some very bad dental experiences I was recommended Vitality by in -laws. I had not seen a dentist for well over 15 years and was pretty ashamed by the condition of my teeth. Straight away Arvin put me at ease, no judgments. He explained clearly what my treatment would consist of, gave me a firm quote and literally calmed my nerves completely. Fantastic experience: Although this private dental practice is beyond what I can afford as my go-to dental practice, I have had nothing but a positive experience with them. My initial consultation was with Hannah and it was very informative and thorough compared to what I’ve experienced before, after I received a dental treatment plan from them that was out of my budget, they were very understanding and kind to progress with just specific treatments I required. I decided to go ahead to get both my lower impacted wisdom teeth removed under sedation and I am so thankful I did! I’m a very anxious person but felt in extremely safe hands getting them removed by Dr Vijay under sedation provided by Sedation Solutions. The dental nurses, other dentists and receptionists were all extremely supportive and kind answering any questions I had afterwards and also calling the day after the procedure to check in on me. Although it is more on the expensive side it is highly worth it to have a very stress free experience. And although I cannot afford to visit them regularly if I ever need a specific or more complex treatment in future I would definitely come back to Vitality and highly recommend to others. You are paying for what you receive, which is high quality dental care.

She also provided solutions that included a number of options for. me to consider. Arvin is our dentist and he's kind caring and talks to you before any treatment starts, see how your days going so you feel far more relaxed, than sitting in dentist chair and start work without much conversation.. Arvin will tell you what's happening throughout your visit. The staff at vitality are all very polite,kind,caring. The reception area is light with comfy seating and feeling of calm. I would highly recommend this private dentist you wont regret it. Myself and especially my husband who has had a real fear of dentist for years after having a bad experiences will happily go to his regular check ups, hygienist appointments, we both give vitality five stars more if we were able.

Fantastic experience: Was looking for somewhere for nervous patients (at the age of 76). Vitality Pulborough seemed to fit the bill. Posted an initial enquiry online and received a prompt and very pleasant response from the receptionist. She promised to book me up with the most appropriate dentist. So I met Hannah and she was indeed very reassuring and patient. Some follow-up treatment has been arranged. Overall very helpful, and costs in line with expectations.

Fantastic experience: I self referred to this dental practice as my own dentist does not carry out the work needed. Despite not being a patient Vitality offered excellent service, including the necessary expertise to carry out the work needed. Each contact with them has been professional, courteous and very friendly. After my treatment they called in the coming days to check on progress. I'm suitably impressed.

Fantastic experience: After many many years of avoiding dentists after a hideous treatment experience elsewhere, I am so happy to have found Arvin and Vitality. For nervous and highly anxious patients he and the whole team are amazing..I cried in reception on my first appointment I was so terrified of the thought of dentistry, I continued to cry for the next several appointments either in reception, or once I sat in the chair, before treatment, mid treatment, after treatment...poor team! I never once experienced any pain or discomfort during treatment, it was just a sheer panic reaction. Arvin and the team were so calm, so friendly, so human, that I have just completed a long journey of teeth out, fillings, hygienist, whitening and now have a smile that I am very happy with rather than embarrassed of. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Vitality more highly especially to anyone nervous of going to the dentist. From simply the best hygienist Fran to Arvin and his whole team, they have carefully looked after me and turned around my dental journey. Putting together a combined treatment plan working closely with the orthodontic team at Pallant in Chichester, I have been in excellent hands throughout and couldn’t be more pleased!

Fantastic experience: Called for an emergency appointment after I chipped one of my front teeth, they got me in early the next day, despite never having been there before. Appointment was on time, and my tooth was repaired good as new in around half an hour. Dentists are good and friendly, overall very good.

Positive experience: I requested a new tooth whitening syringe and was given one 60% more expensive than previously without any discussion. My account is being debited £75 and I am still awaiting a refund for the difference

I've been a customer there for many years now and to be honest have grown accustomed to their exemplary care (although always welcome and enjoyable you might say looking back I'd come to take it for granted!) And yet now in this crazy year my most recent visit was just amazing - clear and very well organised covid safety protocols delivered and administered with no less care and warmth than I'm used to from the team there - Arvin's care of my teeth was as skilled as always (no! I really didn't feel a thing!) and somehow from behind the covid PPE the same engagement and personal care that sets Vitality apart - it's nothing less than outstanding! I really cannot recommend them highly enough - it seems to me quite simple - if you live in West Sussex and need a dentist's practice of the highest calibre then look no further! Fantastic experience: Gave Vitality a call as I had raging toothache and was not currently on any dentist's books. They managed to get me in for an emergency appointment the next morning. I saw Hannah and she was very good. Even though the tooth proved troublesome, she managed to remove it painlessly. The staff were very welcoming and certainly made me feel at ease. Fantastic experience: I came to vitality because I hadn’t been to the dentist in twenty years and I was absolutely terrified. Arvin took over an hour talking with me and reassuring me and making sure the anaesthetic had taken effect. His ethos is that dentistry should be pain free and fear free, and for the first time in my life I feel safe in a dentists chair. The team at vitality are very kind and welcoming, and I would urge anyone too afraid to visit a dentist to give them a try. It might change your life!

Fantastic experience: The best dental service I have ever used. I had a bit of PTSD from a childhood experience and these guys have made amazing progress in helping me. They are so good that I near fell asleep during fillings and root cannel work. All the staff are friendly and supportive and even went the extra mile during COVID to personally drop-off some antibiotics for an infection I had. If you have any doubts, don’t. They are amazing.

Fantastic experience: One of the best investments for my family and I - Arvin, Gayle, Virginia and Sally (who are my points of contact) I believe are the best in the business. Every single part from consultation to treatment and regular upkeep have run like clockwork, all dental issues previously had at previous practises have been resolved and fixed as predicted and promised. We all feel in very safe hands and trust the experts here. It's also a joy to visit, if you are looking for an A* dental practice with friendly, vibey staff who are full of zest come here.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit with vitality after a long break of visiting the dentist. From the moment I walked through the door I was put at ease. My consultation with Hannah was one of the most relaxed yet professional visits to a dentist I’ve ever experienced. I really needn’t have worried. Everything was explained clearly and we discussed a long term plan to get me back to where I should be highlighting the areas that need doing first. Yes they are more pricey than some other local dentists but worth every penny in my opinion. I would highly recommend to anyone .

Fantastic experience: Vitality were able to fit me in for an emergency appointment when I was suffering with tooth ache. I was seen the same day by Hannah who was gentle, caring and patient while examining my teeth to establish exactly where the pain was coming from. I was sent home with antibiotics and a schedule of proposed treatment plan emailed to me that day. I then had a follow up appointment with Arvin two days later. Arvin was then able to explain the proposed treatment plan with reassurance and professionalism. Arvin began first stage of treatment ensuring throughout that I was comfortable and pain free. Sally rang the following day to check how I was feeling. Excellent care from Vitality as usual.

Fantastic experience: I was a nervous patient, hated injections. Would highly recommend Vitality, they take the time to listen and put you at ease. I had a root canal and crown fitted over four appointments and am very happy with the outcome. Still not a fan of injection but I'm alot better at coping with them and my anxieties around going to the dentist are much better.

I have had a few treatments, and Arvin always has a quick chat before explaining what he is going to do, and what I should expect during the process. Once this is complete, he advises what I may experience after the treatment, I have, however, never had any pain or other problems. The hygienists are also very thorough and my teeth feel great afterwards. I would highly recommend Vitality.

I used to have a fear of having dental work being done after a lot of traumatic bad practise from NHS dentists. Got to the point where I needed IV sedation before I had any treatment done. After going to Vitality for the last 4 years my fear has completely gone because they are so professional, caring and reassuring. No longer need to go through the ordeal of having sedation. I've had a fair amount of treatment taken care of with vitality and every time it's gone so smoothly. Saved my butt from absolute agony many times. Can't thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: Since childhood I have had a chronic phobia of dentists . The team at vitality have changed this , I still am a little nervous but they are caring, considerate and professional. I was kept informed and reassured at every step they took. Although I’d rather not be at the dentist at all , I have now put my trust in the team. Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I had to attend for an extraction. Not a pleasant experience however Vijay explained the procedure at every step and although I was nervous about all the things that could go wrong, he was able to put me at my ease (relatively speaking). The experience was not as bad as feared. The premises and surgery are spotlessly clean and everyone I accounted was friendly and supportive.

Fantastic experience: It’s always daunting when you move to a new area and need to register with another dental practice but I am delighted to say that my first visit to Vitality eased my anxieties as soon as I walked in. Fantastic experience: My experience at Vitality has been nothing but exceptional. The team is wonderful and very welcoming. Virginia and Sally have always made me feel welcome when I arrive for my appointment and always make an effort to catch up with me. I've had treatment carried out by Dr Lee, who was very patient and understanding that I was nervous about having the procedure done and always made sure to check in with me during the treatment. Most of my experience has been with Dr Arvin and he's truly helped me overcome my fear of dental treatment. With his help, I have managed to have treatment without sedation. He has been truly fantastic and I can finally say I have a dentist whom I can trust. Harriett and Julie have also been amazing during my appointments. Julie even held my hand when I needed it!
