Fantastic experience: Dr. Adi and Jem are fantastic, I had some staining on my top front teeth, Dr Adi did amazing work and made sure I was comfortable. I can now smile confidently again, I highly recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Visiting your dental practice is a good experience each time for me. The practice itself is easily accessible and close to reasonable parking and other amenities, which is a big plus. There is clearly effort given to maintaining tidiness and an organised environment. And there are plenty of well placed informative notices. The absolutely lovely staff are always pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and polite. There is no question as to how welcome and comfortable the staff make us feel as visitors. In particular, I have had the greatest pleasure of being treated by Dr Aditya Ramdhian and his lovely assistant, Jem. Each treatment session has given me confidence. A special thanks to them both. Clearly this team have technique and skills which make them a real credit to your practice. Finally, I’d like to say that choosing your practice for a place for our treatment was a very good choice.

Fantastic experience: After not seeing a dentist for a few years and developing severe tooth ache, I was recommended Kirkby Dental Practice. They managed to get me in for an emergency appointment on the same day. I felt extremely comfortable with all the staff there. They informed me that I needed a wisdom tooth out. They got me in within a few days and it went very well. I was very nervous about the procedure but it was done extremely professionally and i felt at ease. Fantastic experience: Ive just had some cosmetic dental work done at Kirkby Dental Practice . The receptionists are always friendly and helpful . My dentist was Dr Adi and Jem they really put me at ease ,Jem wished me happy birthday and Dr Adi explained the procedure to me with a smile ,they were so kind and gentle . The whole procedure took about 1hr and I never felt any pain at all . The end result was amazing ,the tooth DrAdi had built up was just the same as my other teeth . I had finally got my smile back . After calling 111, I managed to get an appointment at Kirkby Dental Practice — and I couldn’t be more grateful! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was incredibly kind and polite, making me feel instantly at ease. Dr. Adi and Jen were absolutely amazing – so caring, professional, and understanding. They explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and treated me with genuine warmth and compassion. I came in agony and left with a big smile. Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Adi and Jem, with an ulser that my previous dentist could not resolve. Dr Adi , exrayed the tooth twice ,to make sure of the problem, offered me an option of treatments. Fantastic experience: I had a white filling and couldn’t believe just how much it is coloured and moulded like my own tooth. I have paid for white fillings at other dental practices before but always look like a filing. This just looks like a perfect tooth. Thank you well recommended

Negative experience: Waiting 30+ minutes for the dentist every appointment while she sees people that was booked in after me. Just for her to rush and do a bad job on my teeth which another dentist is now sorting. I know others who have had the same problem but I thought that was maybe a one off but clearly not. Money well spent

Fantastic experience: I am embarrassed to say due to being really scared of dentists in the past. For that reason my last visit to the dentist was 2017! Not surprisingly I had a tooth that broke leaving me with filling and a lot of pain. I rang to see if I could have an appointment . I was seen within 3 days. The receptionists were lovely and very reassuring. Dr Adi and Jem were very welcoming and both put me at ease. Dr Adi explained what he was going to do, how long it would take. I went in shaking but came out feeling but less scared. Having gone back for the completion of my treatment. I would be lying if I said I love going to the dentist (sorry!) But I didn't bat an eyelid when told to book another appointment for 4 mths! Previously I would have waited until I was in pain before going again. Thank you to you all.

Fantastic experience: Been today to see Dr shiekh and nurse katrina after being in pain for days I braved it unfortunately I had to have the tooth removed dr shiekh made me so relaxed and got my tooth out with care and was very sensitive to my needs nurse katrina kept a eye on me asking if I was ok these two was absolutely brilliant and my anxiety wasn't triggered at all highly recommend if you need an appointment and have anxiety or are worried book with these thank you for all you have done today

Negative experience: I lost a front tooth and was told that a plate could be made in 5 weeks at £1000 cost After a total of 5 visits including an extraction my teeth was finished. Couldn’t close my mouth! My jaws no longer met making eating impossible The teeth did not fit in any area, I had to buy a mini grinder filled off over 40 % of the rear to enable me to close my mouth £1000 wasted ! What was made is not an acceptable standard

Fantastic experience: My dental treatment started in February and from my first appointment with DR MIRZA I felt comfortable and relaxed he explained all my treatment options. My treatment plan wasn't straight forward has he had to adapt my inplants DR MIRZA has done a fantastic job of restoring my smile and is highly skilled at what he does I would highly recommend if you are considering dental treatments

Fantastic experience: I've been attending this Kirkby Dental Practice since it opened and before that when it was near Morrisons. I like the friendly welcome, the receptionists are very pleasant and helpful. It's always very clean. My dentist Azeem Mirza is a brilliant dentist, he's friendly ans will willing to listen and explain things. I used to be terrified of going to the dentist as a child but consistent positive experiences at this dental practice has driven out all fear... apart from the painful extraction of paying the bill that is!

Positive experience: Dilshan, my dentist was as kind and patient as ever. Unfortunately I am not impressed with the private denture. It's the first private one I've had, previously I've had NHS and been very happy. Dilshan did his absolute best to adjust them, then sent off another impression. The teeth are lovely, but they feel as though they'd fit someone else's mouth . He adjusted. them again yesterday and they're better than they were but I'm not at all impressed with the technicians who made them. I must emphasise the Dilshan tried very hard and was very kind and patient.

Fantastic experience: Staff very helpful as always have been. Dentist Dilsh is a fab dentist and really looks after you no problems at all to be fair all the staff do a great job.

Positive experience: I would highly recommend using Kirkby Dental Practice. I was seen by Dr Adi on Monday as an emergency appointment and he made sure he could fit me in for treatment before my holidays on Saturday. I’ve been back today Wednesday for treatment and he and his assistant (sorry didn’t get her name) was absolutely brilliant. Took photos at every stage and shown me the outcome of almost a full rebuild of my tooth. I use the dentist private as per most areas there are no NHS places not exactly cheap but been worth every penny today. Excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Took my mum in for an appointment, Dr Adi explained all her options clearly and answered mums questions. She was happy with the procedure he completed and didn’t think it was half as bad as she thought it would be.

Fantastic experience: I was having a lot of teeth issues and Caitlin got me in right away and she was very supportive and helpful along the way and she made sure i was calm and alright which i much appreciated as i am not a fan of the dentist but she made it the best it could be. Dr Adi and Jem were absolutely brilliant. I don’t usually use private dental care however for the service I received it was worth every penny. I was seen straight away and Dr Adi was extremely clear and thorough regarding what the problem was and what needs to be done. Outstanding service and my extraction is healing nicely.

Fantastic experience: As a Private Patient, I recently had to have extensive Emergency Dental Treatment at Kirkby Dental Practice with Dr. Adi and Jemelia his dental assistant. Dr. Adi and Jemelia quickly put me at ease. I was allowed time to ask questions about my treatment, and everything was clearly explained to me prior to any procedure carried out. There was no extra hidden cost, as I was given a copy of my agreed “Treatment Plan” right from the very beginning. Each procedure carried out was done in a clean environment with great care and in a professional manner. Thank You Dr. Adi and Jemelia the dental assistant for making the process and recent procedures so straight forward.

Negative experience: Very poor service. I have been a patient at this dentists (not currently company) for many years, infact as long as their records go back. I cancelled 2 appointments as I was unwell and didn't want to spread my germs/ coldsores to the dentist. Unfortunately, this has resulted in being taken off the NHS list and I can only now register as a private patient. I am appalled by the service and would not recommend anyone. Lots of private dentists available so chose wisely.

Fantastic experience: Since the switch over, both myself and my children have had Adi as our dentist and we are thrilled at how fabulous he is! Not only is he professional, he explains things in a kind and caring way, always making us feel at ease. We came today to book an appointment as my daughter had seen the Orthodontist and I wanted to make sure it’s something he was able to do - the receptionist went out her way to speak with Adi to explain and he said he could see us today. Both himself & Jem saw my daughter pretty much straight away delivering fantastic service - my daughter commented how at ease she felt too. Would highly recommend Adi & Jem!

Negative experience: After 4 ,texts in the week before my appointment and a phone call the day before, I arrived 5 minutes before my time and sat in the waiting room. After half an hour waiting, I went to reception to ask if there was an issue. I was told that I had been forgotten and it wouldn't be long now. I sat back down for 15 minutes, I then went back into reception and she was on the phone. I had waited long enough and so I left the premises. I haven't received a call to apologise, explain what happened or to rearrange. The fact is that I had started work early and had to go back. Totally wasted my time

Fantastic experience: Me, my husband n my son use this place and have for years, both the old and new location, my son n I have gum disease n the place does a great job of cleaning our teeth relatively pain free

Fantastic experience: I have visited today and been in the chair for over 45 mins during my procedure, at no time was I alarmed, I was always advised before what was going to happen next, and if I wanted to stop for a moment to regain my composure all I had to do was raise my hand. I said to the dentist after they had finished, its not always the most pleasant to come to see the dentist but you have totally made any fears I had disappear, thank you
