Fantastic experience: Excellent and Highly Recommended! I urgently needed to see the dentist, and they immediately accommodated me with the earliest appointment—the location was also very easy to find. The entire staff and surgeons were amazing, supporting me from appointment setting to treatment completion. They did a great, professional job.

Fantastic experience: Impressed with the heigh standard of work from all the staff. Dipesh is a excellent dentist, so professional and he really took the time to explain the work needed taking me through photos to ensure I was happy with it. Big shout out to the dental nurse who ensured I was comfortable throughout the appointments as a I was a little nervous to start with - excellent care which cannot be underestimated. Charlotte the hygienist was also outstanding in her work and mannerism. A big thank you to the receptionist too who coordinates everything seamlessly and with a smile. I would highly reccomend Carlton Dental!

Fantastic experience: 17th August 2023 Had replacement filling on 16th August, brilliant treatment from Mr Kirwan Patel, did not feel injection or treatment. I'm so lucky to have such a good dentist. Reception and nurse are also very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a local dentist in Carshalton cannot think of a better one. 4th April 2024. Dental and hygienist check on 3rd April. Excellent treatment, Mr Patel very helpful and friendly, very good at his job, explains all up coming procedures so you can understand! Highly recommended local dentist,Carlton dentist in Carshalton Surrey. 17th January 2025 Treatment today at Carlton dental surgery. Mr Kirwan Patel carried out procedure, 3 fillings replaced as they were cracked, and needed replacing. They were very old! Again, all staff from receptionists to nurses were great. Mr Patel had to remove and then refill my teeth, took an hour. I can honestly say I had no discomfort. He really is very professional and confident at his job. From injections to fillings, no discomfort at all. As before, I highly recommended Carlton, a good local dentist in Carshalton Surrey. 5th March 2025 Check up at Carlton dental. Mr Kirwan Patel very professional and very helpful. All staff are friendly and welcoming. Further treatment in a few months. Cannot praise and recommend Carlton dental enough, if looking for a local dentist this should be the one! 22nd September 2025 Visited Carlton dental today . Emergency visit . Mr Kirwan Patel was great as always, explained treatment needed, and will have that done with ongoing treatment in November and January. I really can't praise this practice enough, so friendly, professional and listen to the patient, which always helps. If local dentist surgery needed, Carlton dental is the one to go to. All staff are friendly, from reception staff especially Laura and Sarah , and the hygienists. Highly recommended. 23rd October 2025 Visited Carlton dental today to see Hygenist Charlotte. Very professional, and teeth cleaning was great. Highly recommended.

From booking to appointments to seeing my regular dentist, I am kept fully informed and updated, even if they need to move my appointment to a later date. There have been a number of occasions when they have contacted me prior to me scheduled appointment, offering me an earlier one due to a cancellation. Great service from a great team and would highly recommend this practice to everyone !

I don’t want to do that again … phew I have returned a few times and the whole staff are very sweet kind and caring. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them x The usual dental nurse who is very kind and empathetic always puts me at ease and is perfect in her roll. Fantastic experience: I can’t say I was looking forward to this visit. Due to not attending a dentist for over 15 years and being a heavy smoker until recently. However I was pleasantly surprised by how considerate and careful the hygienist was during my appointment. I knew it was going to be a tough experience but I was talked through and considered throughout the treatment. I also had to revisit the next day due to a concern and once again the service was spot on. I never thought I’d say this, but I will more than likely return!

Fantastic experience: Really good Dental practice. Good transparency with regards pricing. The Reception staff are really helpful. The Dentist/dental nurse, and hygienist, are really good at what they do. Great team, highly recommended. Update - I had to go back as the tooth was sensitive. I thought it maybe route canal time. I have been brushing too hard and the gum had receded a bit. He X-rayed it and compared it to the previous X-Ray, everything was okay. I was prescribed a fluoride toothpaste. This has really helped and cost me a prescription at the chemist. I think this is a benefit of the plan I am on, this also includes check-ups and visits to the tooth hygienist. The plan I am on is the lowest I believe, it does have a lot of benefits well worth a look. Ps - The team got me in really quickly to as it was painful - Thank you . 25-01-24 - Check up and hygienist appointment as part of the dental plan I am subscribed to which saves . Good team, nice relaxed atmosphere, Transparency with cost. Parking is a bit of a problem but they do have 2 bays within the barrier. The best place if unable to park here is on the road with melyvn Clarke and Mark Fisher shops on opposite sides. - building/plumbing shops. 151 and 157 bus stop just outside of the barrier and carshalton station within 5 minutes walk. 30/01/25 Hygienist and dental check up, as always and as above in more detail. A friendly organised reception team, A thorough, friendly hygienist and a dentist who I trust and has a good way of relaying his findings to you, nice fella! When finances allow I need additional work and would not have it done anywhere else as they provide a friendly and professional service. The practice kindly fitted me between appointments to treat an absys. The follow up has revealed further work will be needed, he has referred me to another practice for my problem as they are better suited for the treatment required. Honest and transparent. I have also discovered they have limited parking onsite that can be arranged if needed. Still 5 - thank you for fitting me in last week!

Fantastic experience: For anyone THINKING of getting work done at Carlton Dental. I HIGHLY recommend them for numerous reasons. Personally I have had to get extensive work done as some of my adult teeth never grew out and on top of that I was an alcoholic for most of my life. I looked at a few practices, but ultimately decided on Carlton Dental for the mere fact that they were the closest. I can now recommend them for other reasons than the fore mentioned. They have the latest equipment, the staff is friendly and always accommodating. Now over the many sessions it took to get me smiling again for the first time in a long time I had the privilege to witness how they interact with myself and with each other and would like to thank them indieividually as well. Dipesh was my main consultant. He laid out a plan for me on request which was around 8-10 sessions. He explained what needed to be done in detail, used the latest equipment and I knew I was in trusted hands. Maryam (Nurse) really impressed me while I was staring for hours at the ceiling, but very much aware of every move going on how she anticipated what was going to happen next and having the necessary tools ready and just impressed me with her help she was providing Dipesh. Nurse Katy has an amazing energy about her when she is in a room and always made me feel comfortable... thank you so much. Keval (consultant) also did some sessions with myself and once again I just had this feeling that he knew what he was doing, took pride in his work and made the whole process seamless. Charlotte (Hygienist), wow where do I start with Charlotte. Hygienist extraordinaire. Very knowledgeable, explains the why's, what and how to like no other. Thank you for being you and my only niggle was with how far in advance she is booked up. Kate and Laura (receptionists). The receptionists are often overlooked for the role they play in a business, but right from the start they displayed friendliness, gave me the necessary information I needed and they are HIGHLY organised also thinking ahead in any possible way they can accommodate me in which ever way. The whole practice is very driven to create a professional, friendly and accommodating environment. Thank you once again and see you soon for any future needs. Charles

Positive experience: My crown fell out in the evening and I was fitted in to see a dentist the next day. Excellent. However, although this has been done in the past FOC this time, with a filling no drilling or injection, I faced a hefty bill. Not so excellent.

Positive experience: We visited the new dentist and new hygienist yesterday and was very pleased with them. The only thing that lets them down is the parking, you cannot park outside between 11am - 1 pm and although we were told there are 2 spaces allocated inside the barrier it seemed full up when we arrived. This is no way their fault but Sutton Council changing the parking restrictions.
