Negative experience: My father went here, had some dentures made and commented on them not fitting well. He was then given the ultimatum of accepting them or finding a new dentist. He was given a refund and left. Rude doesn’t quite cover it.

Fantastic experience: This survey! ALL the staff I encountered yesterday were amazing. The building is clean and airy, the reception staff friendly and welcoming. I had an emergency appointment and needed to go upstairs for my treatment. Staff noticed my difficulty with the stairs and immediately came to assist. The dentist was kind and listened to me. Knowing I am a nervous patient he soon put me at ease. The treatment could be called pain free.

Fantastic experience: My dental experience at this clinic was a good one. The Dental Practice was outstanding in its communications with me, sending SMS as well as voice phone reminder messages. The staff and Dental Surgeon were all outstanding as far as I am concerned.

Fantastic experience: Had to get an emergency appointment…didn’t hold out much hope after a bank holiday but phoned up and was seen within 20 mins!! Dentist I saw took X-rays and clearly explained everything, sorted me out temporarily, and I have been booked in to start getting it sorted properly in a couple of weeks with my usual dentist. £28. (Bless the NHS!) Really couldn’t ask for a better service!

Fantastic experience: I have just come back from a Hygenist appointment at Totton Dental Clinic. I do normally fear the hygenist as I have receding gums and sensitive teeth. However, Arshiya and Anku have made this a much better experience for me with their caring attitude and with a numbing spray beforehand. Regular checks that I was ok made all the difference. Totally understanding desk staff, Kiera and Emma and the dentist himself, was a breath of fresh air. None judgemental and so reassuring. You so made it less frightening, than I was expecting. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for several years and have had excellent treatment from Justyna. I contacted the surgery because I was in pain and the receptionist gave me an emergency appointment for only an hour later. Justyna told me that a molar needed to be extracted. Throughout the procedure, which was not the easiest, she kept on asking if I was in pain. I did not feel a thing! One very pleased patient.
