Fantastic experience: My first visit to Copper Beech and was very impressed. I had advised I’m a nervous patient and Ella was very kind, gentle and patient with me. Left feeling confident about returning for treatment in a few weeks time.

The staff are very professional and courteous, particularly Ela and Cihan, who are both friendly and experienced. I believe I am treated with great care, and I have also registered my family there as a result.

Fantastic experience: I went for the 1st time today . My tooth snapped over the weekend and my regular dentist had shut down for good, so I managed to get an NHS appointment. From when I first walked in from the receptionist to the two dental techs that fixed me up, the experience was really warm and nice, put me completely at ease, I was really happy with the work done and cannot thank you ladies enough. A huge 5 stars for the service and work. Would I come here again......absolutely. thank you

Fantastic experience: Greeted by a very friendly receptionist. There was a very short wait in the bright and airy waiting room which was full of informative leaflets. The friendly and reassuring dentist arrived and personally collected me from the waiting room. He was professional and took his time explaining what treatment would help me with a problem I was having. At no time did I feel forced into proceeding with his recommended course of treatment.

The lady doctor (I think her name is Dr. Ella, not sure of the full name) was excellent—very professional, kind, and gave great care. Fantastic experience: The absolute best dentist!! I don’t think I’ve ever been to a dentist where every person who works there is so kind and actually cares about their patients well-being, such a great receptionist here too I went through 111 as I’m still on a waiting list for a dentist, so I would not expect them to be looking at any other tooth then the reason I’m there. However the lady did a composite white filling when she could have used black and it would show when I smile, she then checked all my other teeth, booked me in for another filling and tooth extraction! I went back today for the filling with a different dentist and him and his dental assistant could not have made me feel more welcome. I have been to plenty of dentists through 111 and I find the receptionists and dentists to be bitchy, rude and not very interested, I never feel welcome, but this is by far the best dentist and I will definitely pay to use copper beech for my teeth straightening and whitening in the near future. Thank you so much to everyone who works here, you’re all so lovely and I felt like I was in the best hands

Fantastic experience: Firstly, Dr Ella kindly went above and beyond to help my elderly stepfather when in hospital and care homes during Covid times. Since moving to Christchurch myself she was the obvious choice for me to register with, and it is always a pleasure to see her and I always feel in very safe and experienced hands. The whole team are friendly and professional, with a shout-out to Evelyn the hygienist for doing what always feels like a very thorough job. I have also been seen by Dr's Deivis and Eduardo and had great help and advise from both. Highly recommend Copper Beech.

Fantastic experience: I have always struggled with going to the dentist since I was a teenager. Since joining the clinic (previously Stephens House), I have found I truly trust my dentist. Dr. Eduardo is about reasurring you and going at your own pace and talks you through everything. I experienced my first hygienist appointment here also, with Dr Sheelam Chaudhary. She could see how anxious I was and made sure I understood everything, stopped if I wanted a break. I could not recommend this team enough, the nurses are brilliant and talk you through your anxiety just as much as the dentist ans hygienists themselves.

Fantastic experience: Oh my gosh! This dentist clinic is definitely a well operated business. The simple reason? They put the patients first coupled with extremely high sense of customer service and professionalism. I’ve had some poor experiences with dentists in the past and everything from the reception service, waiting area, dental clinic and the dentist themself are second to none! Special mention for: Daisy (who was the lady on reception the day I visited) who is the nicest, most approachable person! Ella (the dentist I saw, whom I was told after the appt was finished and was back at the desk paying, is the owner and I can see why the business is so successful.) Very thorough, respectful, gentle, knowledgeable, professional and friendly! Honestly, we are always so fast to leave negative reviews for bad service but outstanding service also needs to be recognised. I hope this puts a smile on the staff that work there as they work very hard making sure their customers are smiling confidently! (Yes I know, cringe! But still valid!) Thanks team! See you again! Was phobic about dentists after a bad experience as a teenager, but Eduardo and the lady dental nurse couldn’t have been more understanding and caring. Did a wisdom tooth extraction and I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever. 12 months later went back for a chipped tooth and again seen promptly and great service

Fantastic experience: I have had problems with my teeth and gums for the past 15 years, and have tried many things to get relief from it. I have dreaded going to the hygienist for sure. It has been torture. Fast forward to today. The combination of Sheelam and Eduardo's great work and advice, coupled to some home grown ideas of my own has meant that for the first time in those 15 years I have actually gone and come home feeling happy that things have moved substantially forward. I have been coming to Copper Beech for the last 4 years after not going to a dentist for the previous 15 and coming to them has been a very good choice. Eduardo, Ella and the rest of the team are always smiling, they make you feel at ease, they are happy to talk through any concerns you have and are always up front with any work that needs doing and they remember you which is always nice. Their appointments are prompt l, the rooms clean and their service is outstanding. Highly recommend choosing them as your local family dentist.

Fantastic experience: My wife Jenny and I have been dental patients of Ella Aslani for more than 20 years and her practice has just recently moved premises to this extremely spacious and well decorated former detached house, which is kitted out with all the latest equipment and technology. We can only speak from our own personal experience of the dental treatment we have received from Ella and her associates over the years. Ella & Co are exceptionally professional in explaining as to what treatment might be required and to its delivery . They provide a high class service to anyone requiring any aspect of dental treatment and would recommend them to anyone who is considering registering with a dentist in the Christchurch area.

Fantastic experience: Went there yesterday 3/2/2025 they were amazing, put me at ease straight away, didn't try to get more money out off me for treatment I don't need, in fact the opposite happened and was less than I expected, the staff were all amazing, the owner is honestly the best most experienced dentist I've been too, highly recommend these to anyone now, thank you again.

I wish I could say the same for the receptionist who was giving me incorrect informmation regarding my Practiice Plan and it was only when I asked her if she had got the right name that she checked and discovered she had pulled up the details of a ocmpletely different patient. Then I had to give personal information, not once but twice, in front of other patients who were waiting.

Unlike other practices I’ve been to, where they either canceled appointments or tried to squeeze multiple visits out of me, this team helped me on my first visit.
