Fantastic experience: First visit to a dentist for 20 years so was feeling anxious. The manager Naomi was so lovely & professional so there was no need for my anxiety. My dentist, Harry was also absolutely lovely, very professional and he put me at ease. Looking forward to my next visit and anyone who knows me will be amazed at my reaction. 10/10 ⭐️

Fantastic experience: I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Martina Rosa and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. She was incredibly kind and put me at ease from the moment I walked in. Her professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the procedure and she did an amazing job. Everything was painless and efficient. Her assistant Sana Rahman was great too! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Don't let Nora Mahdi go! Best dentist ever. Made you feel very welcome and spent time explaining how to look after your teeth. Also gave some very good points on what you should do or shouldn't do. Felt very much at ease.

She is the best dentist I’ve been to, she listened to all my concerns and did an amazing job with my teeth. Fantastic experience: 10 Stars for this dentist, LlI've been twice and in an emergency appointment they were polite and professional. The receptionist lady lovely and lovely smile. ( no pun intended). The lady dentist I saw was kind as I'm a bit scared of being hurt but she was easy and de - stressed my thoughts of scarey dentists. They don't exist. Perfect Smile Ashburnham are the best.

Fantastic experience: Pav is a considerate, attentive and reassuring dentist. His calm presence increases confidence in his skills as a dentist. More than happy to recommend especially to any nervous patients.

Negative experience: Reception frequently cancel my appointments. It’s bizarre and has happened several times. No real issues with the service - I haven’t had anything done except check ups and scale and polish - but staff turnover seems high as each time it’s a different dentist and a different hygienist.

Fantastic experience: First class service from Pav Mahal at Perfect Smile Ham today. Pav had a crown made for me and fitted it. I've had a number of crowns fitted in the past, but this was by far the best fitting crown I have ever had. An excellent dentist.

Fantastic experience: NHS patient - Dr Janhavi Narula and Nurse Arletta These lovely women have been nothing but amazing towards me. I am an extremely nervous patient and do not do well with dentists. They have always taken time to support me and do whatever they can. I honestly fear I would be lost without them!

Negative experience: I wouldn't even give one star but there's no other option. I read the reviews and I thought the service was honest and accurate. Constant change of dentist they always put the ones that are training or newly qualified for people on low income, really disappointed. Don't look for my name on your list as for social media people don't use their real name. It is very expensive and not good quality. I got a filling done, I told the dentist it feels high, and he said it's done despite I keep telling him it is high, now I have pain on that same tooth, because it is high and evey time I bite when eating is impossible to chew on that side. Really angry, it was so expensive and wasn't done correctly, now just the thought of getting it done again it is so upsetting

Negative experience: Was ok, untill they keep changes dentist and completely not understand around changes appointments due to medical and time in and out of hospital. Understand you need to have cut off however there is no sympathy, understanding or consistency with this dental practice, now changes to alternative service with better availability and NHS service

Negative experience: My husband had a large filling to replace and they advised can’t be done as they follow Canadian methods and quoted £2k for crowns. Booked a flight to Poland and had a new filling without any issues for £50. Dentists in UK are a disaster ! Perfect smile has not done anything to help and still charged £50 for the appointment.

I’ve also gone to her for some PRP treatment for hair loss and it’s been life changing. My hair has never looked so thick and healthy. A huge thank you to her and the team!

Fantastic experience: Today I called the practice for emergency appointment . My filling came out so needed to be seen. With in 2 hours of my call I was seen by a dentist called Razan Mahgoub . She tended to my problem tooth with great care and a professionalism that I expected. She was very good at her job , kind , well mannered and listened to me . Treated me with respect and kindness . From receptionist to dental nurse and the dentist they were all highly professional and kind. I don’t know why I was surprised? May be is because it was the first time as a NHS patient I was treated well?!! Fantastic experience: Very friendly and helpful staff all around. Dr Razan did a great scale and polish for me and was super professional and helpful so I know how to maintain my teeth, I usually don't like the dentist but the service was ideal and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone close enough to it, you will get great advice specific to your teeth and how to prevent any upcoming problems
