Fantastic experience: I had dentist appointment with Dr Ruth, very kind welcoming and wonderful dentist very polite and really caring highly recommend her, next day I had hygenist appointment with Roshni Goel, Excellent service i received, I was really worried and scared because of past bad experience of deep cleaning, but Roshni did an excellent job at bluebell, she welcomed me with a big smile, positive attitude and she was so gentle on my teeth and gums that I hardly felt any pain although I had gum disease. She advised me with good oral hygiene afterwards to heal my gums properly, overall 5 star service for such talented gem that bluebell got ✨️

Fantastic experience: My adult son has learning difficulties and finds the dentist a stressful experience but since coming to Bluebell his experience has changed. Dr. Priyanka Patel along with nurse Rusheanna have a prefect understanding of how to make my son relax and Dr Priyanka explains what she is about to do in short clear sentences over each small part of the treatment required.

Fantastic experience: Dr Suki has helped me tremendously over these past few years. We all know what is like to start getting old and our faces start to drop in certain areas but then I found Botox, Fillers and used recommended products that have built up my confidence and made me feel so much better about myself. Dr Suki is absolutely amazing and professional but also very kind and caring and what I think is of utmost importance is when I say “please put more Botox or Fillers in” Dr Suki will tell me that she’s happy with the amount used and that I will be happy with the results, which of course I am. I’m slowly making my way through the list of Aesthetics on offer and I cannot recommend Dr Suki enough for her help, time and chats we have before we go ahead with any top ups or I try any new products. I also use Bluebell for my dental and hygienist care and I’ve also had Invisalign which I would also highly recommend. I get a first class service whenever I visit, the staff are great and I never thought I’d say that I actually look forward to going to the Dentist - I would give 10 stars if I could. I was a bit worried about discomfort going in, but she made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. She was very thorough with the cleaning while also being gentle. Fantastic experience: I booked in to see the hygienist Roshni Goel, and had a great experience. She did a thorough clean yet still managed to remain gentle and continued to check up on how I was feeling throughout. Afterwards she took time to explain to me how to maintain the results of the clean for as long as possible via interdental brushing. After not having visited a dentist in several years, due to previous bad experiences, Dr Roshni has restored my faith. I would definitely recommend Bluebell Dentistry!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely restored my faith in genuinely nice and caring human beings! My 8 year old lost his adult tooth playing and was in a lot of pain. Even though it was close to the surgery closing time , the staff were nothing short of amazing. The genuine care they all showed was incredible and goes over and above being a ‘dentist’. The tooth was put back and hopefully all will be fine. Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be happier with my Invisalign treatment at Bluebell – Dr Suki has been amazing from day one. She explained everything so clearly, from how my teeth would move to what the final result would look like. The surgery itself is beautiful and absolutely spotless, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming the moment you walk through the door. I also really appreciated how flexible the appointments were – being able to book later in the day meant I never had to take time off work, which is such a rarity compared to other practices. I can’t recommend Bluebell highly enough.

Negative experience: I wanted Invisalign so i came to bluebell, i had my wisdom tooth grown out and in pain but bluebell still continued with invisalign even though i had to do extraction which they said they will refer me to. They referred me after 3months of me wearing these invisaligns and in all fairness i was travelling so im not able to attend fast appointments which i let them know clearly. I called a few times from another country to speak with my doctor but dr suki NEVER came on the phone to advise. All they wanted was my remaining payment, when i havent even cleared my stages. A year later after they held their egos higher than anything iv seen before they said to pay for invisaligns and take it. Not checking up my progress, not even asking how im feeling. Not even a smile. This was all for the sake of £800 outstanding with 15 stages of my invisaligns still with bluebell. I am now having op after op for damaged tooth next to Wisdom which i have to figure out myself with another dental practice. TLC dental - amazing place. Amazing service. Bluebell are all there for MONEY only. Very disappointed. and still no help or advise was given. Still hVent spoke with suki.

I’ve had many different dentists over the years and if I added them all up they are not 1% as good as Alister, he is a true master of his craft! I’ve been seeing Alister for some years now for a different array of things and treatments and every time he’s been class! He is so knowledgeable, genuine and a real friendly lovely guy, who is super fair and only after what is best for the customer.. I honestly couldn’t recommend him higher. Fantastic experience: I was very nervous an emotional this morning , I Have put off the dentist for far too long … but speaking on the phone to Jasmin totally put me at ease and encouraged me to tackle my anxiousness then and there. Annie at the front desk was so kind and welcoming Dentist Amit and assistant Tia were so understanding and patient with me and totally understood my fears and emotions . Best decision I made to give them a call this morning 2 years later and I am editing my review to say I still stand by it I’m so grateful for this place ! I am coming close to the last part of my Invisalign journey I will come back to this review when it comes to an end, but so far, I’m so impressed and happy with the results Today I had another hygenist appt with kereja who really is just so considerate gentle and caring , she really put me at ease always does ❤️

Negative experience: I started at this clinic for my periodontal health I saw a dentist a hygeinist then robin ratcliffe a periodontal specialist who offered no treatment I asked the company why he would not do anything for me if it is so bad I got three rude emails from the office manager they asked me not to come back but gave no good reason no resolution to my complaint very unprofessional it is more about sales than ethics since leaving this place I have spoken to the police they are not interested they said to take it to civil and I was on a treatment plan you are threatening me without any good reason there was no reason to be so unkind I did nothing to any of you and fact you got the emails I sent wrong he kind do not contact me in future please refund my money you said you was going to do that

Fantastic experience: Overall good but unfortunately bad experiences twice. Maybe just unlucky but it may be worth writing it down here. Update: considering the overall good experience, will still give it a other chance and go back to see if this can be remediated. Will update here afterwards. Further Update: Remediation worked after revisit. During the process, the dentist was helpful and polite, so were other staff as always. I am glad the pain is almost settled now. I am also glad that now I can say this is a very good dental practice. I am happy to update the review and give 5 star.

Fantastic experience: I have quite a severe phobia of the dentist after many bad experiences over the years but I have to give my utmost praise to the amazing Kaz. He is the loveliest guy with the warmest smile and he is so good at making me feel calm when in the chair. So much so that I felt comfortable enough to have my smile totally transformed by having composite bonding on 5 teeth. Wow - what a job! Kaz has made me feel so happy and confident - my new smile has totally transformed how I feel and he has done the most amazing job - thank you Kaz :) Please don’t hesitate to go to Kaz for your next appointment. Fantastic experience: I went in to see Dr Farrell for wisdom tooth pain and he gave me the option to remove it and I’m really glad I did. He was really nice and talked me through the process and it was really quick, I didn’t feel anything and everything went so smoothly. Fantastic experience: I have rarely had a positive experience with a visit to the dentist- until now! I made an appointment, which was easy and without delay. Had an examination and was able to book an appointment with the hygienist on the same day. Additionally I was offered an appointment for treatment for the following day which was successfully completed within 20mins without any pain or discomfort and with excellent explanations throughout (thank you Dr Ijaz). All staff were super nice and professional along with an amazing premises. Need a dentist? Bluebell is the way forward

Fantastic experience: I really want to thank Dr. Alistair for the amazing job he did. When my veneer fell off, I was pretty worried. But Dr. Alistair fixed it fast and now my smile looks great again. When all other dentist in the borough and central London had turned me away due to how complicated and unique my case was. Dr.Alistair went above and beyond to help me. Also, Dr. Robin was just amazing during my gum grafting, he kept me informed all along the process and made the surgery as transparent as possible. Fantastic experience: WOW WOW WOW Annie & Jaz both an absolute credit to the the business. I was in absolute agony and was in immense pain. The level of attention support and kindness shown to me absolutely blew my mind away! I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and high level of customer service skills they presented. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with the Hygienist today, Roshni, and she was great. Very gentle & gave great oral health advice.

Negative experience: Unprofessional, treating unfairly, main intention is the greed, d’not care. Absolutely unacceptable in anyway. Once, made complaint to the manager, instead to go through, she burst upon me, very rude, then she making false accusations, blaming bla bla etc. Totally useless, just wasted my time while being there. I’ll do some checks by reading, studying, how they can be countable through regulator.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth done by Sukhi for my wedding almost 10 years ago and I still get compliments on my smile today. The teeth whitening I had done has lasted all these years, people actually ask me often, if I have had my teeth whitened. A team of highly skilled professionals leading in dentistry & aesthetics!

Fantastic experience: Where do I start. Due to covid my own dental visits became non existent and then one day thought I better make an appointment for a routine examination to find out I had be taken off the NHS list. The lovely receptionists Hannah and Louise advise me to keep checking regularly so I could be added as an NHS patient again. I then booked an appointment for my father who was treated by dentist Ruth and nurse Tia, these 2 ladies have been TRUELY amazing, The treatment which my father has had, has in total taken about 3 moths and every single visit they have been exceptional and gone above and beyond making us feel at ease, so calming, really friendly and caring. On one of the appointments Hannah and Louise had remember me awaiting to rejoin as NHS patient and spoke with me regarding this as place had become available . They then 're added me to their patient list which enabled me to be an nhs patient again.these two girls have also gone above and beyond and are so helpful. Would just like to say a huge Thank you to all of the staff who have helped me and my family with our routine examinations and treatments.

Fantastic experience: I've had a brilliant experience with Bluebell dental surgery. I had a large filling carried out by Farrell, which I had previously been advised needed root canal treatment - there was no pressure to visit a hygienist, he just got on with the filling and did a fantastic job. I then noticed that the girls on reception had signed up for the Invisalign treatment and I was hooked. I told Suki that I would like an improvement to my teeth, if possible, prior to my daughter's wedding in June. She was great! 3 months later my teeth were a lot straighter and whiter. I then followed up with composites which were carried out by Ruth. This lady is a perfectionist! She has done a fantastic job and thanks to Suki and Ruth my smile is straighter, whiter and I cannot stop smiling. The wedding photos showed me smiling properly for the first time in a very long time. My thanks go out to Suki, Ruth and all of the girls on reception, lower and upper who made the process so easy.

Fantastic experience: The best dental surgery ever! As soon as you walk through the door the girls on reception are just so pleasant always smiling. I was lucky enough to use Nayera for my treatment.
