Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say a big thank you to Lee Dental for providing an excellent service. My elderly disabled mother had a wobbly tooth and it had been causing her discomfort. I spoke to the lovely lady receptionist, and she managed to find an appointment for her on the same day. Everything was sorted and the dentist was so very helpful and amazing. I can’t recommend them enough. What a fantastic team.

Fantastic experience: As soon as I entered Lee Dental and Implant Practice, I knew it would be the best place for me. I had not had any dental treatment for a long time and I felt embarrassed by the state of my teeth and gums. I was immediately made to feel very welcome and relaxed by the friendly receptionist and my dentist, Dr George Charalambous. Today I had a tooth extraction. Everything was explained to me beforehand and I didn’t have any cause for concern. It was pain free and the aftercare was very thorough too. Dr George ensures that you see the X-rays and photos so that everything is clear as he explains which treatments are needed. I am so happy I have found a dentist I can trust, where I feel comfortable and I know that I will receive the best treatment. I thoroughly recommend Lee Dental and Implant Practice.

Fantastic experience: Having procrastinated on having an implant until I found a ‘good’ dentist…I found Adriana and her team. She is not just a good dentist, she is ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT !!! Adi recently administered laser treatment to my lower lip which was completely successful and I am 'over the moon' with the results. Dr Adriana and the team are incredible both with how accommodating they are around timings, and with their care and attention. I no longer dread going to the dentist! :) Dr Adriana is an artist what she’s done to my smile. And the entire team are incredibly caring, attentive and even just lovely to talk to whilst you’re waiting to be seen. An all round 10/10

I had a lovely call from the Practice Manager Pauline the evening before the appointment to go over some information about my tooth issue so the dentist was prepped for the appointment. Dr Rahul was very friendly and professional and hugely reassuring as I was nervous about seeing dentists. He explained everything step by step and used terminology that I could easily understand. I was so nervous before about my wisdom tooth removal, but Adriana made me feel completely at ease, and was so brilliant. She even called me in the evening to see how I was feeling post extraction. I have had regular cleanings there but recently had a complicated procedure done and I was very nervous but staff were warm, empathetic and friendly and actually made it pleasant experience. The dentist and hygienist were very knowledgable and they had very advanced equipment. I was really impressed with the clear explanations that the dentist provided and the different options that were offered to ensure I received a tailored approach I was comfortable with. It is the best dental practice I have found in London.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic dental hygiene visit with Dariel Vicente. He has what I call a "dentist's touch" and made the whole procedure as comfortable as possible and with great results!

Fantastic experience: It is impossible to express my gratitude for the periodontal treatment received from Vam. Before treatment I ran away from the recommendation of my dentist George to see Vam but it came to a head and I and no choice but to try. Vam explained the whole procedure, was reassuring and sympathetic to my fears. The treatment itself was challenging due to the extreme gum disease but worth it. Thankfully, the treatment was a successful, and I have followed his instructions to keep my gums healthy. There was however, some gum shrinkage but Vam suggested a gum veneer that covers the gaps, this has now enabled me to smile again without cover my mouth with my hands or smiling fully without feeling embarrassed. I wish I knew about this year's ago but so blessed to have healthy gums and teeth. Thanks to the whole team but especially Vam for this part of my dental journey.

I underwent Invisalign treatment and I’m so happy with the end results - the process was smooth throughout and everything was clearly communicated which put me at ease. They follow-up after appointments, send reminders and look for the best way to make you feel welcome to their practice. Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough of Lee Dental Practice. I went to them towards the end of some lengthy orthodontic treatment feeling quite disheartened, and they changed my entire experience. They are fully transparent in terms of treatment length and cost, appointments were easy to make, and they followed up on everything they said they would. I felt comfortable throughout every treatment, they always explained everything thoroughly so there were never any doubts or questions. The clinic is always clean, everyone is always super friendly, and I always quite enjoyed going there which is not often said about a dentist! Fantastic experience: Rahul was excellent. He talked me through everything I needed to know in detail during my emergency appointment. He was very reassuring and attentive throughout. He performed a root canal excavation procedure (first stage) and referred me to the endodontist for further treatment. He put together a plan for general oral hygiene and future care. Positive experience: I have been a patient at this practice for a couple of years, and the service has consistently met my expectations. Notably, my appointment today with Rahul Kalia was great, he did a fantastic job and I gained valuable knowledge during the visit. However, I must point out a issue regarding communication between the receptionist who scheduled my appointment and myself. I had requested an emergency appointment and inquired about addressing two additional dental concerns during the same visit. The receptionist informed me of a £60 deposit, which I promptly paid. When I asked about the total cost of the appointment, I was quoted £95, which I found entirely acceptable. I interpreted this as the total cost, inclusive of my £60 deposit as I asked for the total cost. After I left and paid the remainder of the appointment, I realised thatI was charged an additional £60 meaning the total was £120, whereas I had been initially told it would be £95 over the phone. When I sought an explanation for the price discrepancy, I was informed that the emergency appointment carried an extra £40 fee, in addition to the £95, theoretically making the total cost £135 even though I paid £120. What puzzled me was that it was the same receptionist who had initially quoted me £95. While I was willing to pay the adjusted price if that had been communicated clearly, I expected the receptionist to take some responsibility for the misinformation, particularly regarding the unmentioned £40 fee for the emergency appointment. From a customer service perspective, a simple apology would have been the minimum expected response, but instead, I received a perplexing explanation from the receptionist that didn't acknowledge the fact she failed to mention the £40 fee for the emergency appointment. Nevertheless, I would have been willing of £120 / £135 if I was initially quoted this amount as money is not the issue, but the absence of accountability bothered me. Moving forward I now know there is a £40 fee for emergency appointments :)

Negative experience: I am afraid I didn't feel the hygienist visit was worth £80 in this private clinic. It was quite a light touch with the tools ( I didn't think it was given enough time or strong pressure to be able to clean every tooth thoroughly ) - would compare it to a gentle aromatherapy massage ! The person did floss as well ( but that's something I can do myself at home...) so I really felt it wasn't as good as I had done previously in private clinics where i could really feel the work being done - as well was told it would be 45 min app but was much shorter too... **** Very impressed by how the practice dealt with the feedback having given me a call to discuss in more detail trying to put right measures in place to ensure even better service next time. Fantastic experience: I visited Lee Dental because my son has enamel hypoplasia and has been concerned about the discolouring on his teeth. The practice is very clean and the service was excellent. We saw Dr Rahul and Dr Adriana for whitening followed by bonding. The results are fantastic and much better than we had expected. They are all very friendly and are highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: The practise is conveniently located in Lee and it can be reached by bus and car. It was my first time there and I have to say that the team was really welcoming. The surgery was very clean and tidy. I booked the hygiene with Tanya and she did a great job, making me feeling comfortable since the very beginning. I can only highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Rahul and the team since booking an emergency appointment in October 2022 for a severe toothache. I was able to get an appointment on the same day and was provided with immediate relief and was supported throughout my recovery. I then booked an initial consultation and following that I was given a detailed treatment plan to fix all underlying issues. Every appointment I’ve had since then has been easy going with clear explanations on what we’re doing and what the next steps will be. The team have been very accommodating and I never have an issue with finding a suitable appointment time. I also had a wisdom tooth extraction and that was a comfortable experience despite being such a nervous patient. I received a detailed after care plan and was contacted a few days following the procedure to check that everything was healing well. I thank Rahul and the team for their amazing work, efficiency, excellent care and great communication.

The dentist came out and took us into the surgery and after examination explained everything that could be done including how much it would cost.
