Fantastic experience: I stumbled across this Dentist three years ago for my then wife who had serious life-long issues with regard to her teeth. I will start by saying they sorted them out. In fact so much so that I decided to switch from my own NHS dentist which simply treated acute pain and issues rather than adopting a preventative strategy. To cut a long story short, at that time my teeth just started crumbling, falling out, wisdom tooth problems and decay issues. It was a very difficult decision to make given my financial circumstances but here we are three years down the road they have faultlessly dealt with immediate problems but have definitely put a smile worth having back on my face for the long term; fixing as they have my bite to relieve pressure points and prevent further problems in the future. All done, professionally, and well with a friendly and pleasant style. What a find. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Dora did a root filing on my top front tooth the initial injection to numb the area was only very mildly painful. Dora and her assistant were very reassuring the procedure was absolutely painless and took less then 30 minutes.

I’ve just had my second appointment with Giorgio, assisted by Lisa, and both times I felt completely relaxed, especially with my favorite music playing throughout. The Isoblock? made a huge difference—it kept my mouth comfortably open and rinsed, without any strain on my jaw, and I had no aching afterward. For the first time, I can honestly say I’m looking forward to my next visit!

So far so good as far as the dental work goes and I really appreciate the fact that my dentist Giorgio is thorough and keeps me informed about what he's doing while he's working. He and the two different dental nurses that assisted him on both my visits, Lisa and April, constantly check that I'm okay. As I said in my previous 2 reviews, the staff here are so warm, friendly and caring. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional dentist.

Fantastic experience: Firstly this is a great dentist practice. I went here today due to my dentist not being able to take a tooth out! I phoned a few dentists before this one and they also couldn’t help me, my sister also goes to this dentist so I asked her to ring for me on the off chance they could fit me in once she rung I had a appointment within the hour. They were so good made me feel so comfortable ( I’m not a lover of the dentist) took a xray gave me the choice of root canal or take it out I opted to take it out they helped me feel at ease it was a very good process rather than a stressful one. They talked me through everything and even sung some random songs I can’t fault this dentist I’ve even changed my dentist and I’m now a patient at this one. Highly recommend

I was nervous at first but after meeting with tanya for the initial mouth scan I was fully relaxed and felt well accommodated for. Negative experience: I needed an emergency dental appointment recently and called a couple of clinics in Chippenham before making a decision. Although the overall review score is usually the deciding factor in my decision making process and this place was rated 5/5 on 180 reviews, I ultimately decided to go with someone else due to receiving poor service from whoever spoke to me. They seemed friendly at first but once they found out I wasn't a member of the clinic their tone changed and they became snappy, short and hang up on me just after telling me to not talk on the phone whilst driving. Hands-free exists, is not illegal and thanks for the unsolicited advice.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Dora this morning, Monday November 18th 2024, and I must say she's a first class professional. Dr Dora has all the qualities a good dentist needs and certainly goes the extra mile in looking after her patients. Dr Dora is honest and trustworthy and I would 100% recommend the St Mary's Street Practice. Dr Dora is aided by her outstanding staff, Emma, Lisa and Tanya, and they are all welcoming and friendly. If you haven't yet chosen a a dental practice then I cannot recommend this one high enough. The team at St Mary's Street are truly amazing..... Yesterday, Monday 13th January 2025, I had a consultation meeting with Tanya for a potential treatment plan and would like to say that she's excellent at her job. Tanya explained everything with clarity and made me feel very welcome and comfortable, and she even talks more than I do ! Tanya is a shining example of professionalism which runs throughout this Dental Practice. The staff, led by Doctor Dora are, in the words of the late, great Tina Turner, Simply The Best ❤️

Fantastic experience: I've had a really positive experience with Dental Health for Life. I find all staff to be extremely friendly and help to foster a calm and relaxed environment. My dentist Georgio has been incredible. His knowledge and way of explaining everything to me has been the best I've ever experienced. I feel totally safe in his care and have found his recommendations to be sound. The specialist equipment they use is fascinating, I loved seeing a 3d scan of my teeth. This was really useful when I was fitted for a specialist night guard to help prevent damage to my teeth from night grinding. They just whizzed off my scans to a specialist lab and a week later returned with an incredible guard that fitted like a glove. I was amazed how quickly I adjusted to wearing the guard at night, and in less than a week felt and saw the results. No more pain in my jaw, neck or tension headaches, and my mouth feels more smooth and not serrated from the stress grinding. I'm now 2 months in and the benefits have continued, I've not experienced a single tension headache since. The process was simple, fees were explained really clearly and I never felt pushed into making any decisions. They are definitely a practice that is about prevention first.

Fantastic experience: After 20 years of neglect time has come to sort out my teeth. Dr Trump was recommended to me by my wife who had her teeth sorted there. Last two years I've been through x-rays, fillings, wisdom teeth removal, bracelets, anti biotics ect. If I come back with my memory before all that I always had one tooth bad, had to choose which side of mouth to eat and my gums bleed whe brushing. After two years of treatment I can say wow I can't believe they are my teeth. The eating is pleasure, no more blood when brushing and it draws people attention when you smile. Treatment itself is pretty much painless . On last visit I fell asleep in a chair. Don't be put by prices. You get what you pay for. I can easily say this was the best money ever spent. I would recommend this practice to anyone without any guild and if you looking on some pictures of Dr Trump jobs chances are you are looking on my mouth.
