Fantastic experience: I have been with Smile Sensations for as long as I can remember and I cannot fault the team in any way. They have always gone above and beyond, whether it’s been an emergency appointment, cosmetic service or routine check up. Not only are they a knowledgeable bunch, but also super friendly and compassionate. This made it really easy to commit to their Six Month Smiles straightening service, which gave brilliant results thanks to Punam! Honestly, I could not recommend this practice more.

All of them are so welcoming and help me out with any problems, I generally enjoy the visits here and even if i get nervous, the girls know to distract me with holidays or talk of Christmas. Fantastic experience: *Stop searching for Dentists, as Smile Sensations is without doubt the best there is! You wouldn't even get a better service in Harley street. I know as I've been there. I've been a nervous patient all my life when it comes to the dentist, so much so that I've always been sedated. A friend recommend me to see the amazing Punam. From the moment I walked in Lindsey (who is Punams receptionist) was so friendly, kind and reassuring as I told her how nervous I was. Then I met Punam. What an incredible lady. She put me to ease and understood some people have dental fears. I needed a root canal treatment. I went back to have the work done and on that day she was AMAZING. Root canal is a big deal for most people, but she numbed the area so much I didn't feel hardly anything ! Now I book appts in every 6 months without any fear. Today I went to have the Airflow hygentist treatment, and Bushra was so lovely and did a fantastic job. So ... if you want to feel your in safe hands, see a team of people who all make you feel reassured and always deliver a 5 star service... then Smile Sensations is the place you need to go.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely lucky to get an emergency appointment at Smile Sensations after my existing dentist couldn’t fit me in. I had toothache for 4 days and was given antibiotics straight away and felt better in no time at all. I have had to have a root canal which was diagnosed at the first appointment. Punam was lovely. She was kind and very understanding. She explained what had to be done and really put me at ease. Her dental nurse Lindsey worked well with her to ensure I was comfortable at all times. I would definitely recommend this surgery. I will definitely be going back!

The staff remember every patient and their services are so personal that it continues to be a pleasant experience to visit even for a dental phobic patient like myself. 5⭐ service as always - 2022 I have been coming to this dentist for over ten years and the service has always been very good. The new owner has made some excellent changes to the services they offer and I continue to be very happy with the dental service here. As a dental phobic the dentists and nurses are extremely patient and help me to get treatment without being distressed. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Smile Sensation for quiet a while now and even though it's not local and I come quiet a way it is worth it, unfortunately I wasn't blessed with great teeth and have had so many problems. But with the help of Smile sensation i hope to still have my teeth for a good few years.

Everybody is friendly and helpful and we always feel our teeth are in great hands. Even when we’ve had emergencies, they do all they can to accommodate us, sometimes at extremely short notice. Negative experience: Rang them to ask if they were accepting new NHS patients from the number listed on their website. I was told "we are not on the NHS". Despite saying on the front page in massive font of their website "NHS + Private Patients Welcome", they are also listed on the offical NHS.UK website.

Fantastic experience: I am always 10/10 happy with the care I receive at Smile Sensations. I would thoroughly recommend them. The pay monthly plan for dentistry and hygienist works really well and it means that checkups remain up to date. My son had a bad accident resulting in dental trauma and the dentists were absolutely amazing, despite his traumatic experience my son has no lasting phobia of the dentist and he continues to enjoy the experience of visiting Smile Sensations.

I managed to get into Smile sensations, knowing the pain I was in Ithey got me 1st thing the next morning and the problems were dealt with expertly. The thing that struck me was how at ease they put me, for some one who hasnt been to the dentist in many years I was a tad nervous knowing I am going to need some procedures! Fantastic experience: This is the my first visit to this surgery and I am extremely impressed. The receptionist is smiley and friendly and very welcoming. I chose this hygienist as this was the only local dentist i could find that does the air flow treatment. The hygienist was thorough and there was no discomfort or pain at all and I am so happy with the results of the treatment, my teeth feel amazing.

Fantastic experience: I had been in a lot of pain with a wisdom tooth, and so contacted my usual dentist. They told me it would be a 6 week wait, so I called Smile Sensations and they were brilliant. They got me in to see someone straight away, and I was given medication, all before my usual dentist would of seen me. Would definitely recommend.
