Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Antimos at Richmond Dental Suite for 12 years now. He is such an expert in his field, incredibly knowledgeable, extremely kind and we trust him wholeheartedly on every visit. My daughters love going to see him, and even now they declare there is no other dentist they will ever go to (at 10 and 13 years old!). He has helped me with various dental issues, and I know I am always getting the very best advice and treatment. The rest of the team at the practice are so very welcoming, it really makes your visit such a lovely experience.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely outstanding experience. I chipped my tooth on Saturday evening and reached out via WhatsApp using the mobile number listed on Google. By 10 a.m. the next morning, I received a message from reception offering me the next available appointment at 1 p.m. that same day. I was seen by Dr. Patel, who immediately put me at ease and demonstrated exceptional attention to detail. He ensured the treatment was carried out to the highest standard. I’m thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: I had to make an emergency appointment for severe pain in my tooth. I found Dr Naveed after my usual dentist had retired and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Naveed came in an hour or so earlier then the practices opens that same day to see me as soon as possible. He did the examination and gave me medication which cleared the pain. We had a follow up a few weeks later and he gave me the diagnosis and suggested remedies without being pushy or trying to add additional services that were not required. Dr Naveed is professional, understanding and takes the time to get to the root of the problem (no pun intended), compared to other dentist the prices anre anlso very competitive do i can not recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: It was an emergency appointment as I had broken a piece off my front tooth. I have had Dr Antimos as my Dentist almost since he started Richmond Dental Suite and I have NEVER been disappointed in my treatment. The repair was perfect and I will continue to be a patient. In addition, the staff are always friendly and courteous which, I believe, comes from the very top ie Dr Antimos' own attitude and kindness.

I've been going for around 4 years now and the level of care and detail is unparalleled. The whole team care passionately about overall oral health and my habits and dental hygiene have been revolutionised. Fantastic experience: A great, friendly experience at competitive prices and attention to detail. I first visited Richmond Dental Suite for a "second opinion" after being presented a fairly expensive treatment plan elsewhere - appreciate all surely relevant but especially when paying out of your own pocket and without any payment options it felt a bit "full on." Dr. Antimos took great care and demonstrated attention to detail in my "second opinion" check, and focusing on the same issues the first dentist had highlighted gave me the confidence to become his patient. Their pricing was also competitive and offering flexible payment options for larger bills is another proof of their customer focus. All in all my initial treatment plan was a very nice experience and I'm happy to continue as a patient of Dr. Antimos.

Fantastic experience: Out of sheer frustration with my previous dental practice, I turned to Google and came across Richmond Dental Suite. On a whim, I gave them a call and spoke to Cheryl. I explained that while I’d been seeing another dentist regularly, I didn’t feel my concerns were being properly addressed. Cheryl was incredibly patient, took the time to listen, and answered all of my questions without rushing. She managed to book me in with Dr Nataliya Bilichenko and I’m so glad she did. To cut a long story short, after just a few sessions with Dr Nataliya, the dental issue I’d been struggling with for quite some time was resolved. She was thorough, took her time with each appointment, and was incredibly clear when explaining the treatment process. What impressed me most was her focus on prevention, she didn’t just treat the problem, but explained and demonstrated how to avoid similar issues in future. The entire experience has been fantastic. The practice itself is immaculate and modern, with a warm, cosy atmosphere that feels more like a lounge than a dental clinic. Cheryl, Olga, and the rest of the front-of-house team are always welcoming and professional. I’ve now moved over to Richmond Dental Suite permanently and have already recommended my partner to see Dr Nataliya, he’s now also being treated there and we’re both absolutely delighted with the care we’ve received. Fantastic experience: Marleen Hassoo is very good at cleaning teeth. Had very bad bleeding gums but after 3 visits my teeth are back to normal. They do a thorough job. My teeth are in the best condition they have ever been in.

Negative experience: I visited the practice on a Sunday this month for a routine check-up with the dentist, which was supposed to be followed by a hygienist cleaning. The staff were generally polite, and the environment was impeccably clean and tidy. However, the approach to my diagnosis was inconsistent and raised questions to me. The dentist initially described my issues as somehow alarming, with a total estimated cost of £1,500 for the necessary treatments. The way the information was presented made it seem as though immediate action was required. However, when I hesitated and ultimately decided not to proceed with the cleaning, the urgency noticeably diminished. By the time I was about to leave, the same issues were suddenly described as “optional.” This shift made it difficult not to question whether the alarming diagnosis had been intended to pressure me into agreeing to treatments. The cleaning itself was originally scheduled as a single session, yet during my appointment, I was informed that I actually needed three sessions to “clean the pockets.” Alternatively, the dentist, not the hygienist, could do it in just one session for £300 instead of the £108 the hygienist would have charged. Regardless of the option, the total always seemed to come to £300, making it unclear whether this was based on medical necessity or simply a set pricing structure. Additionally, there was an unexpected charge for a tufted brush. During my appointment, the dentist took the time to demonstrate how to use it, then handed it to me without asking if I wanted one or mentioning a cost. At no point was it suggested that this was a paid item and I naively thought it’s a courtesy. However, when I reached the till, I was charged for it. Since I had not requested the brush, nor had I been informed of a price beforehand, it was clear that the demonstration’s primary purpose was to justify an additional charge. Ultimately, I had the cleaning done at another practice for significantly less. Given this, along with the questionable pricing structure and the attempt to alarm me into unnecessary treatments, I left feeling that the focus at this practice was more on revenue than patient care.

Fantastic experience: For the first time a dentist wasn't advising a costly and potentially pointless root canal. Having successfully detected the cause of discolouration, their expert opinion to not do unnecessary work was appreciated, as opposed to other dentists suggesting £££ for a fix, or claiming that the tooth may get darker and fall out if not dealt with immediately. Not only is this beautiful dental suite staffed with experts in their field, they are also nice people who seem to like their day job, and who make a dentist visit a fun experience, rather than something to be feared.

Fantastic experience: When we moved to Twickenham, I asked friends if they can recommend a dentist. Two unrelated friends recommended Dr Antimos. One used to see him when he worked in the City and the other when he worked as a dentist at British Petroleum (and he still is her dentist after all those years). I’ve been going to Dr Antimos for the last 5+ year and would highly recommend him. He puts you at ease straight away, is highly qualified and is a perfectionist . The practice is beautiful, super clean and easy to get to for me. I had a couple of emergency situations and could always get a same day appointment. Very much recommended.

Fantastic experience: Had to fix my bite as I had generalised pain which I thought stemmed from an inflamed tooth. After one session my bite was corrected and I have been pain free since. Can not recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Antimos today under the recommendation of the specialist who performed a recent root canal, and I am so glad I trusted his advice. Antimos met me in one of the most traumatic times for me, where almost all my teeth are worn out as a consequence of years of bruxism, tension, gum recession, infection. Before seeing him, I had spent a good week without being able to eat properly, talk without fear or feeling self-conscious and most importantly sleep! I went to him with an issue of bruxism and MALOCCLUSION which meant that every time I tried to sleep or speak the top teeth ended up touching the bottom ones (sensitive and painful after the root canal treatment), causing me A LOT of pain. Antimos spent the first 20 minutes of the EMERGENCY same-day appointment (that he had squeezed me in) simply listening to me, gathering data around the history and background of my conditions - Then, he moved to analyse every part of my mouth so thouroughly that I don't remember such a meticulous and professional approach from my childhood. He then ALLEVIATED MY PAIN by shaving and polishing the malocclusion to allow me to go back to a normal life in the short term. This lasted around 45-60 minutes, as it was a matter of trials and involved my cooperation opening/closing my mouth to confirm the sensation and leavins marks on the technical tissue he was using to keep track. As a result of his dedication, humour, emphaty and gentle touch, I finally feel like back to be a human being and not a survivor. It is a plus that he has a very interesting cultural backgrund and brings so many stories, experiences, and types of approaches into his practice, giving you a sense of familiarity and confidence, and easing away the typical fear that many have for the figure of the dentist. I look forward to my next session with him to discuss a mouth guard and other improvements to my dental health. Thank you to Antimos and his awesome and friendly team, and to Nicolai (the Endodontist who suggested them to me). The Dental Suite studio is also BEAUTIFUL (feels like having traveled to sunny Greece and intead you have been to the dentist in Twickenham ;)

Fantastic experience: I can strongly recommend Antimos and his team. We have been with him for more than 15 years and have complete confidence in his way of working. Apart from that, he and his team are all really friendly and we value the clean and modern surroundings. He has extended the life of many of my teeth, "buying time" to avoid implants (which were the last resort) which is what I wanted. Even when there was hardly any tooth left to work with, he managed to salvage it. He is a perfectionist which in my book is exactly what you want from your dentist. He has gone "above and beyond" when there was problem. We have referred several friends and they too are very happy with the treatment they receive. We live an hour away but have decided it's worth our time for peace of mind!

Fantastic experience: As someone who was incredibly nervous about going to the dentist I very quickly felt comfortable and in safe hands. I hadn’t seen a dentist for 10 years and suffered with painful wisdom teeth for a long time because of my fear of going to the dentist. I had 3 wisdom teeth out in August and haven’t experienced any problems since. The procedure was smooth and quick. I was extremely nervous and Dr Antimos and his staff were so kind, and patient, and really made me feel like everything was going to be okay (which it was), and I didn’t even experience any pain! I addition to the above, I’ve had regular hygienist appts and am currently undergoing teeth whitening. All of which I’ve been incredibly pleased with. Fantastic experience: Today i went to the clinic for a wisdom tooth extraction. From the receptionist to the staff to Dr. Anthimos had been amazing sweet and welcoming. Fantastic experience: I have been with Antimos and the team since shortly after they opened nearly 7 years ago. Fantastic experience: Antimos is the best! I was referred to him for an emergency when my usual dentist couldn't see me. He painstakingly fixed my issue, and stayed really late to do so. He's the best dentist I've seen in London. He's got brilliant people working for him from his assistants, hygenist, and recpetionists. I now take my 2 kids there as well and they love him too! I'd give this practice more than 5 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Antimos and his wonderful team were the only dental practice in London who were happy to take on my restorative treatment, a particularly complicated case. I could not be happier with the amazing results of my bridge treatment which Dr. Antimos diligently completed within a tight timeframe ahead of my wedding. Fantastic experience: Having had a very bad experience with a local dentist in Strawberry Hill I visited Richmond Dental Suite for a consultation with Dr Antimos. The practice is immaculate including the bathroom which is a big plus for me as it is an indication of the overall care and attention to detail. I came away with the benefit of great advice and guidance from Dr Antimos who appears to be not only knowledgable but empathic with his patients and an understanding not usually seen in dentistry. Fantastic experience: We are very happy with the service we have received from Dr Antimos and the team at RDS. One point I would like to mention is that Antimos immediately recognized issues with my bite that other dentists had missed or ignored. This has lead to my teeth being less worn and less pains in general in my head and around my mouth. Fantastic experience: I booked my partner in for some ‘remedial’ work. He had two worn down front teeth and quite frankly hadn’t seen a dentist in 15 years. He was very well taken care of here. Overall dental health is key here, any cosmetic work is secondary. This is how it should be. It took me a couple of days of research to find this place and I am extremely happy with the result. My boyfriend looks now like he has naturally good teeth. The cost was extremely reasonable for the quality of work. We were treated well by staff. The practice itself is very clean and well kitted out. I would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful practice. Been their patient for over 2 years now and gone through a lengthy treatment which has all turned out great. Antimos fixed my “bite” whilst he was at it. I never knew it was such a life changer. I used to have terrible neck and upper body’s aches and stiffness.
