Fantastic experience: I moved to Titley Derby as an NHS patient from another local dentist that I was not entirely happy with a few years ago. I have had a bit of work done in that time. Currently I see Faisal assisted by Kelly, both very professional without being impersonal. I like the way they chat to each other whilst working, about for example, what's on the radio. Not sure if this is a deliberate distraction or just their easy way but it helps me to switch off. Faisal talks you through every step which I appreciate. There is nothing worse than being kept in the dark when someone is digging around in your mouth. I feel that the latest methods are used to create the best, lasting results. I have also had private work done here, (a dental implant) and have been very happy with treatment and results. On the occasions of seeing the hygienist, I found him also to be reassuring and respectful. Last but not least, shout out to the receptionists; very professional, smart, authoritative yet friendly. They clearly know what they are doing and they do it well. As front of house they definitely instill confidence when you walk in.

Fantastic experience: This is my Dental clinic and today I went in for a permanent refill, wonderful and professional service rendered by Dr Sandesh and Tracy. A big thumbs up to the team from reception to the end.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, part of my filling broke off from a tooth two days ago. I have not managed to look for a dentist since I moved to the Midlands a while ago and I called the practice. They were very courteous and organised an appointment. Dr Rashid and Tracy saw me today, he did the x-ray, establishing what was wrong and was able to fix my broken tooth immediately. Much to my relief. I also got an overview of pricing to have other teeth seen to in time, which has already been sent by email to me. It was an excellent service, both very friendly, very professional and prompt. I have already made my follow up appointment and very grateful for being taken on as a patient today. Fantastic experience: I highly rate Dr Samrai and Tracy. They have looked after my teeth, and me, very well for a while now.

Negative experience: I went for a routine filling, which was then drilled too far by the dentist. This exposed the pulp and meant I had to have a root canal - which cost me quite a lot of money! A few years later the root canal failed and I returned to seek help. Instead of offering me the option of having the tooth re-filled and sealed the dentist said virtually nothing - extracted the tooth, and then handed me another large bill. Thanks to her poor communication, and a general lack of care, I now have a large gap in my teeth, and am several hundred pounds worse off.

I am a very nervous client but the staff on reception are very supportive but I must mention Kelly who assist the dentists. She always makes me feel comfortable and not stupid regardless of how stupid I come across with nerves. Love to have her in the room with us. Great support for all the family. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by Jessica at reception, whose warm smile and polite, friendly manner instantly put me at ease. It’s rare to feel so genuinely cared for the second you walk through the door, but Jessica made sure of it and set a wonderful tone for my entire visit. I was then looked after by Dr. Munpreet Nandhra (Shelley) and Dental Nurse, Selina — and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team. As someone who has always been a very nervous patient and has avoided numerous appointments in the past, I didn’t know how I would cope. Shelley was incredible from start to finish. She reassured me throughout, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Selina was equally amazing — she was so kind, caring, and attentive, always checking I was okay and offering comforting words and support throughout the appointment. Their teamwork and calm, professional manner helped me relax more than I ever thought possible in a dentist’s chair. For the first time in years, I left the practice feeling genuinely happy with my teeth and so relieved to have finally faced my fear of the dentist. I can’t thank Shelley, Selina, and Jessica enough for their professionalism, kindness, and the genuine care they showed me. I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful team to anyone — especially those who feel anxious about dental visits. They are a true credit to the practice, and I’m so grateful to have been in such good hands!

Fantastic experience: Dr Sandesh Samrai recently removed my old filling and replaced it with a new white one. He was very friendly and explained everything to me at my initial consultation, making me feel much less nervous. The actual procedure itself was really straightforward and even the injections didn't really hurt. Dr Sandesh and his assistant were both excellent, and I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience here and you don't have to wait a long time to get an appointment, unlike with my previous dentist. Dr Samrai and Tracy are brilliant. They are very professional, helpful and kind. Dr. Samrai is a genius! He has done brilliant fillings and crowns for me. It never hurts! Just had a filling on a crumbling front tooth, which he did straight away. It looks great now. I can even forgive him for being a Walsall fan!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Turkey Darby Dehal & Associates for about 8 years. My dentist is Dr Sandesh Samrai and his assistant is Tracy and they are an excellent team. I am always put at ease by them and they always check if you have had any issues. If ever they feel they need to do work on my teeth, it is always explained thoroughly and they generally offer a couple of options. When they do the work, they are always really caring and ensure I am comfortable at all times. Any time I have had a problem with my teeth they have always got me in as an emergency and have been excellent. From the moment you walk through the door the reception team treat you really well and ensure you are properly booked in and ready for your appointment and following appointments they arrange payment and book future appointments and are always pleasant and helpful. I am an NHS patient and I can’t recommend this practice enough and they also do private work, which I am sure is to the same high standard

Following tooth pain I received an almost immediate appointment, Shelly my dentist was informative and caring, kind and made sure I felt no discomfort and using her lunchtime to to do the procedure along with Faye, who was also very caring. Fantastic experience: I am very nervous and anxious about visiting the dentist, always been scared to go and this has put me off visiting previous dentist for a number of years. I've only been with this dental practice for a few months but in that time I've needed a wisdom extraction. The receptionists, dentists and dental nurses that I've come into contact with have been brilliant and really calmed me. I have to say a big thank you to Dr Samrai and Tracey for being calm and patient with me. I was extremely nervous and scared but I was ressured during this extraction. Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been patients at this practice for over forty years and we have always received excellent service. We are currently being treated by Dr Sandesh Samrai and his assistant Tracy Jones. They are both very professional, efficient and kind and we cannot speak too highly of the treatment we are receiving. In addition the receptionists are always very helpful and pleasant and we would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

Negative experience: i had been attending this dentist since the mid 90s,, it was the best dentist in town,, all of the founding people are gone and now the experience was so appalling, I feel a moral obligation to warn others. Let’s start with the woman herself: she walks around like she’s some kind of dental deity, The arrogance was overwhelming. She didn’t greet me, didn’t introduce herself, and acted like I should be grateful just to be in her presence. I came in with a simple checkup, and she treated me like I was wasting her precious time. nandra/bandra i cant remember the name,, but this place has gone from the very best to the very worst. this is the poster child for how NOT to run a dental practice. Incompetent, unprofessional, and borderline negligent. If you value your teeth, your time, and your sanity — run far, far away from this place.

Fantastic experience: I have been using this practice for 25years and the service and staff are exceptional. Never had a problem in all that time.Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I have had the worst service experience at this practice, particularly with the reception manager, who lacks basic customer service skills. I have had the same filling fall out three times, with the most recent one lasting only four months. When I called the practice to express my concerns and dissatisfaction, the receptionist informed me that I could not book another appointment due to previously cancelled or missed appointments. I explained that my prior cancellations were due to a family emergency and I called at the time to explain this, yet I was met with complete dismissiveness and rudeness. Not only did the receptionist raise her voice at me, but she also stated that I was no longer a patient at the practice and abruptly ended the call. There was absolutely no willingness to assist, nor any duty of care shown. My filling is under warranty, meaning I should be entitled to a replacement or refund. However, I was unable to even mention this, as the receptionist repeatedly spoke over me in an aggressive manner. This level of service is unacceptable. I expect a resolution to this matter as well as appropriate action to address the unprofessional conduct I experienced.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for 55 years and I would not want to go anywhere else. Having recently changed to a new dentist after all my dental years with the one and only Mr Titley who I thought so much of, I could not be in better hands. She is so thoroughly good and so is my new hygienist. The cleanliness of the practice and friendliness of the reception staff make it always a joy visiting.

We recently tried a new dentist, for no reason other than we had moved house and felt a closer dentist would be helpful, but the service was comparatively appalling, so we are back where we belong now. Our dentist here is kind and patient, and absolutely wonderful at engaging with my children. We will continue to be long-standing customers!

Fantastic experience: First of all I would like to say I have an irrational phobia of dentist visits. The dentist I visited was called Jag. She immediately put me at ease with a calm professional approach. She explained everything well with patience and advised me without pressure. Polite and courteous and able to clearly explain any potential problems. I Had a filling done and did not feel any discomfort from the needle . Nothing was too much trouble for Jag even with a troublesome customer like Me ! She is truly a credit to the practice and this was possibly the best experience I have ever had of a dental visit . Fantastic experience: My dentist appears to have closed down without any notice, so I called this practice when my son was having pain in his tooth, I'm so glad I did being 16 they got him in & he had a really good experience. The dentist was very informative explaining everything in detail as he went along putting us at ease, the staff all seem lovely & the girls on reception very helpful & friendly which immediately puts you at ease

The receptionists are all polite and helpful and the male Dentist I see is down to earth and very thorough. Fantastic experience: I was signed on as a new NHS patient in late June and had my first appointment quickly arrive for the second week in July. All registration and personal detail forms were easily completed online. I received a warm, friendly, attentive greeting from the receptionist staff on my first appointment. The practice gives a very professional appearance and is spotlessly clean. I was seen by Dr Nandhra and received the most thorough, professional examination I had had for years. My full confidence was immediately restored following recent disappointments at a previous practice. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I have visited this practice for over 40 years and have always had excellent care. I do not like going to the dentist and am quite nervous but I feel relaxed and confident that my treatment will be pain free. Saw a new hygienist on my recent visit who was thorough and very gentle and I now have the whitest smile! Receptionists are all very pleasant and if I have an emergency they will always try to find an appointment with your regular dentist. Cannot speak highly enough of everyone involved.

Negative experience: Attended an appointment at this alleged 'practice' as a new NHS patient. In there I believe lays the problem. After informing them by telephone that I would be maybe ten minutes late for my pre booked appointment due to traffic congestion, and, upon arriving in those stated late minutes, I was behind another patient at reception for well over five minutes. Upon finally conversing with the receptionist, she treated me with disdane, and I was already then ready to walk out, when I was told to go upstairs to the waiting area. There I was asked into one of the practice rooms and the procedure of asking about my oral health by the dentist began. After responding, she then endeavoured to lambast me for being late? I cut her short and told her that I had earlier phoned the practice to notify them of a probable late arrival. I was by now totally dissatisfied with the way I had been mistreated overall and told her in no uncertain circumstances what I thought!! I then got up and left. Never have I been mistreated like this before and I believe it is because they really don't want NHS patients. Awful practice misrun by awful people. If I could give minus zero stars I would without any hesitation whatsoever.

Fantastic experience: Top practice. I called in the morning with tooth ache, I wasn’t even a patient and they saw me within 1 hour. Peter Darby is the most professional dentist I have ever met. No nonsense, informative and very caring. Managed to put my smile back on my face. So happy to have found this Dental Practice… everyone there is so utterly professional, I left a very happy boy

All staff are so friendly caring and helpful, the place is spotless clean. My dentist really put me at ease she honestly is the best, talked me through everything she was going to do and did the dental work at the highest level she is absolutely amazing.
