The entire team is warm, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients’ comfort and confidence. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and beautifully designed it instantly puts you at ease. The staff took the time to explain every step of my treatment clearly, and I never once felt rushed or anxious. Their attention to detail and gentle approach made a huge difference. I left not only with a brighter smile but also with a much better understanding of how to care for it long-term. It’s rare to find a dental practice that combines top-notch clinical expertise with such a friendly, caring atmosphere. Fantastic experience: Very calm atmosphere. The dentist and hygienist tell you what they are going to do before they do it and ask if that's ok with you. Everything is explained before it happens. No pushy sales but lots of information given.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience seeing Dr Raza and Rosie. Had to have a few things done over a couple of weeks, but it was all as smooth and painless as it could have been. My partner, who hates the dentist, also seemingly now has no fear after seeing Dr Raza, so it's been a huge success. Especially after quite a negative experience previously at another clinic. A massive shout out to all the team, but also Zarah, who has been helpful and friendly throughout, even with me prattling on constantly whenever I see them.

Fantastic experience: I have been a customer of Floss and Smile for a number of years and I have nothing but positive experiences with everyone who I have seen during this time. Every dentist, hygienist and dental nurse have been friendly, professional, helpful and reassuring. The practice itself is always clean, modern and well presented. You are given a warm and friendly welcome by the reception team and made to feel right at home. Being greeted with a genuine smile makes all the difference to a customer’s experience and Zarah and Carolyn always make you feel instantly welcome. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to those who are anxious or afraid of visiting a dentist as they are very accommodating to those patients and you will be in safe and compassionate hands.

Fantastic experience: Very Satisfied My husband and I visited Floss and Smile yesterday, and we just wanted to say how incredibly happy we were with the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, Zaraah at reception made us feel completely at home. She was so warm and welcoming, chatting with us while we waited and helping us feel at ease — especially with two young children (our two-and-a-half-year-old and our 10-month-old!). What could have been a stressful wait was actually quite pleasant, and that’s entirely down to her lovely personality and kindness. Dr Alpa was also absolutely fantastic. She took the time to clearly explain why certain treatments were necessary, and we really appreciated her thoughtful and honest approach. It was clear that the team genuinely had our best interests at heart, which meant a lot to us. Overall, we were very, very satisfied with the visit and felt genuinely well looked after. Fantastic experience: I had attended this practice in a professional capacity as a photographer for Haleon, and that was enough to convince me to try it out - and I was not disappointed. My hygiene appointment was by far the best I have ever had. Invir was exceptional. He took his time, he was informative, highly skilled and the results exceeded my expectations. As a black coffee and red wine fiend, he had his work cut out too. Most importantly, he did it all without causing me any severe pain or discomfort. Where have you been all my life? Worth every penny.

Negative experience: I checked my teeth here and listened to the doctor's advice. I made up for 3 teeth. After filling, two teeth were still very painful. At the time I met, I was asked to remove the dental nerves. I listened to the doctor's advice, but after that, I still had pain for a month in a row. In the second appointment with the doctor, they were 35 years later than expected. Minutes, and just prescribed amoxycillin for me to eat. The most terrible thing is that the receptionist wanted to drive me away so that the next guest could see a doctor. My whole medical process lasted only 20 minutes, and my teeth are still in severe pain. If you need a dentist, I won't recommend it here. The whole process is terrible.

Due to past bad experiences I was terrified of going to the dentist, and my teeth had suffered because of this. My dentist was amazing, didn’t judge me, didn’t make me feel bad, just listened and helped me. I’m so grateful for my treatment here and my care has been exceptional. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Fantastic experience: I decided to go to Floss and Smile to prepare for my wedding in 2022, I had a small gap in my front teeth which they fixed and also did the whitening with them! They were amazing! I now go to them once a year for routine check-up and hygienist as they are completely worth it, great service and my teeth are great!

Fantastic experience: I was quite nervous about the dentist , I won’t get into all the reasons why, but I decided to go here as they advertised as being sympathetic towards nervous patients and I’m glad I did ! Everybody from reception , the nurses and the doctor / dentist were so so lovely. Really patient , showed / explained everything , up front on pricing. Let me see the stages of work and before /after. I have never had a filling and I was a bit fearful of the drill / anaesthetic needle but I didn’t feel either to be honest! After a while I could relax and there is music on to help and a TV in the ceiling too. I was even greeted at the door by name. Fantastic experience: I've been attending this practice for a while now. I can honestly say that I've experienced better care here than I have before. Staff are kind, knowledgeable and friendly. The dentists spend time really looking for issues and explain in easy to understand terms what's going on and the best course of action. Prices aren't ridiculous as some may believe though will be more than NHS treatments. I think if you can afford a little extra, you get far more value so it balances out and takes some of the strain off the NHS for those that can't so it's a bonus. Really pleased to have found such a good local dentist.

Fantastic experience: Floss and smile have been of great help accommodating me with an ongoing tooth problem which resulted in root canal. I’m a fairly nervous patient but these guys make you feel at ease and even have a t.v on the ceiling for you to watch whilst having your treatment done.

Carolyn on Reception is so welcoming and makes you feel at ease. I saw Dr Syed he was amazing, he put me at ease but more importantly he explained everything in such brilliant detail and was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I have found my forever dentist and no longer will feel nervous about going. Also they av a TV on ceiling which is brill idea! So if anyone reading these reviews looking for new dentist I wish I could give it more than 5 stars brilliant.
