Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice. My experience was brilliant from beginning to end! Very friendly and efficient staff. I would particularly like to praise Dr Kishore Shanbhag - he is a very experienced able skilled implant surgeon - I would highly recommend his expertise.

Fantastic experience: I first attended when I work brought me to the area in 1995. I'm with Denplan. I've never once contemplated moving to another practice as, although there was a slight dip in service around the turn of the millennium, I rate the provision now as consistently excellent. I'm surprised by some of the few negative reviews posted as these are wholly at odds with my own experience. I have invariably been courteously received and professionally treated.

Fantastic experience: Been a Client of this practice since it began and am very happy with the excellent treatment I receive. I can confidently recommend the practice, the reception staff are very efficient and greet you with a smile. My hygienist is very thorough and takes great pride in her work. I always see Jo for any dentistry that I require, from check ups through to any technical work, like fillings or root canal’s. Thankfully, not needed much work since being looked after by Jo and her team. Many thanks.

Fantastic experience: I went to AP Smilecare because I was offered an emergency dental appointment here after the practice I usually attend decided to deregister me without informing me! The service I received here was absolutely fabulous. The receptionists were welcoming, the dental assistant polite and friendly and the dental surgeon, himself, was brilliant. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and took the time out for me to express my concerns. Very professional and confident in what he was doing. I only wish they were taking on new patients. Highly recommend.

I felt cared for and got a lot of information regarding my dental health and how I could improve it. Much better hygienist treatment and experience as this is something I dread, I will no longer dread it.

Negative experience: Attended this dentist on Thursday for a simple emergency filling literally 24 hours later the filling fell out unfortunately they had just closed for the weekend so have been unable to eat or drink properly for 3 days.

Fantastic experience: Friday night problem with broken tooth. Saturday morning 9am rang the emergency helpline. Surgery closed on Saturdays. But had their Denplan. By 10.10am the dental surgeon and receptionist had opened the surgery and my problem resolved by 10.45. That’s what I can brilliant service. Thank you AP Smilecare for saving my weekend.

Friendly staff and informative giving all info needed to set up a plan and what would be best without trying to get maximum money from you. My son is also at this dentist and never had any problems.

Fantastic experience: After my registered dentist failed to pick up on, treat and care for my painful tooth which i've had for 18 months, I was forced to look elsewhere for an emergency appointment. I'm so glad I came across A P Smilecare. The dentist was so quick to pinpoint and treat my infected wisdom tooth (something my actual dentist failed to pick up on!). He explained everything in detail and extracted the tooth. The initial checkup, xray and tooth extraction took less than half an hour and I didn't even realise he extracted my tooth! Since then I have had no issues whatsoever with my tooth, and my healing process has been trouble free. I've had teeth extracted in the past but always had pain, bleeding and swelling accompanying it however, with this extraction i've had no pain, swelling or bleeding at all. The aftercare was given to me in the form of a information sheet and extra packs in case of bleeding. The dentist also took extra care to ring up a few days later to check in on how I was getting on. All in all, the best experience I have ever had at a dentist and I couldn't recommend them enough! Will be registering here once they are accepting NHS patients!
