Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth removed at this clinic and I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience. The place was very quiet, calm, and perfectly clean. The dentist who removed my tooth was the most gentle and soothing dentist I have ever met. It was honestly the best tooth extraction I’ve ever had.

Negative experience: Was told my referral for an extraction had been cancelled due to ‘not attending’ an appointment, but I cancelled way before the appointment date. Spoke to a girl named Faye over the phone who was rude and told me to go elsewhere. In the end she put the phone down on me whilst I was in the middle of speaking. Would not recommend

Fantastic experience: I have always been told horrible stories about wisdom teeth removal and was really anxious for my appointment. The staff at Burton Smiles made me feel really relaxed and comfortable and I couldn’t believe how quickly my appointment was carried out. All the staff are so lovely & I’d recommend this clinic to anybody. I had to travel quite a bit out of my way to get to Burton for this appointment but it was absolutely worth it.

Fantastic experience: My dentist referred me to burton smiles as I needed a wisdom tooth out and I needed to have sedation, on arrival last Tues everyone was friendly, the dentist explained everything and the two ladies assisting were so nice , making me feel at ease, so nice to go to a practice wheir they make you welcome thankyou

Fantastic experience: Went for first time for a hygienist appointment and had a great experience: Jay did a great job in cleaning the teeth and gums, also gave good advice on the health of teeth to prevent further problems and he makes sure the person feels comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place; it’s very clean, professional and affordable service.

Fantastic experience: Jay was amazing, had 2 teeth out and was petrified was referred as general anaesthetic but didn’t even need it with jay, 4 injections and boom 2 teeth out, in and out within 5 minutes, made my nerves instantly go away!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service. Faye took my original call re my elderly mother requiring an emergency dentist. Very friendly, helpful and thoroughly efficient making her an emergency slot. Dentist brilliant at appointment and very fair and honest pricing. As my mums care home staff took her to the actual appointment, Faye also rang to say all done/OK etc. Thank You for such fantastic service. Very rare nowadays.

Negative experience: Initial impression of this place was really good they were all polite and thorough in examinations, the place looks really nice, they did a fancy xray of my teeth and explained I would be having a scaling & root planing treatment on 2 separate occasions 8 weeks apart to treat gum disease, after this I would be ok. I had the first treatment which was absolutely excruciating, I was not given any anaesthetic even though I was told I would be given some, I expected to be given some kind of pain relief especially if I'm paying for private treatment, I even asked for it on multiple occasions but the dentist reassured me I wouldn't need it so I just sat there and took the pain. The treatment helped a little at first as the surface was all clean but my gums continued to recede after as the gum disease was affecting me below my gum line and causing discomfort, I told the dentist I was concerned and was told I have to wait until my gums are healed to proceed with second treatment. Which was fine, I waited, then for the second treatment I was just given a scale & polish and fobbed off as all looked fine on the surface. I paid hundreds for 2 root planing treatments which were recommended by the dentist but was only given 1 and told my teeth were fine regardless of me expressing my concerns and discomfort. Fast forward a couple of months I am now suffering again with gum recession and pain even though I am following a very strict dental hygiene routine and have made dietary changes. Appalling treatment with zero aftercare or concern for patients, they just want to take your money. I never leave bad reviews, but this treatment was so bad it was cruel.

Fantastic experience: Prianka has done a great job making my dentures, I am really pleased with them. She is the best dentist I have had for years, the team are really efficient too. I would highly recommend this dentist. Thank you for bringing my smile back to life.

Negative experience: Awful service . I go to a private dentist but was referred here for NHS tooth extraction . I had to reschedule my appointment once due to work commitments and was told if I rescheduled it again I would have to be referred again . I then called today to ask for a email confirmation of my appointment (bearing in mind that was the 3rd time I had called asking for this ) . I got a text confirming my appointment to then get a text less than 1hr later saying they had cancelled it . I had booked time off work for this and so had a family member. No real reason for why it had been cancelled just that they “can’t tell me “. Utter load of rubbish and seems like if you aren’t a paying customer then they don’t want to know . Safe to say I’m being referred elsewhere .

Fantastic experience: I have had a double tooth extraction done today by Dr Prianka Hansrani and she was absolutely amazing. After a terrible experience at my main dentist I came here to try and get the extraction done again and she had me in and out within 15 minutes! This woman put music on for me as I had forgotten my AirPods. She had spoke to me throughout the entire procedure about food, work and music and I did not see that needle once! She was so so good and made sure I was okay and comfortable. Her colleague with her was absolutely amazing as well, talking with me also and making sure I was ready and okay before and after. They were so amazing and for someone with a huge anxiety about this and actually being calm and happy during this procedure is so good. I am so grateful for these two women. It has been a long road trying to get these two teeth out and they did it in under 15 minutes. I am so grateful! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: For a person who has a fear of dentist, I found the staff were incredibly comforting, reassuring, The dentist him self was lovely. I'm very pleased with my composite bonding. I'm also very happy with my smile.

Fantastic experience: Second visit to Burton Smiles, both times for wisdom tooth extractions. Each time I have been well looked after at the practice, the practice is spotlessly clean and sanitary. The staff make you feel at ease during your visit. And although a wisdom tooth extraction is an unpleasant experience, Jay keeps calm and keeps talking to inform you of the process and reassures you the whole time. My mouth feels so much better after the extractions, I'm sure ill be returning soon to have the other two removed.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by my dentist for a tooth extraction and I was incredibly nervous. Jay and his assistant put me at ease and explained the process as well as giving me options. I felt in control and aware of what was going to happen. I did not see the needle or the equipment used to extract the tooth, this was hidden to keep me calm. I was talked all the way through and the assistant was comforting me throughout. I put on my form I was nervous and this was mentioned as soon as I walked in so I was aware that they knew how I felt. We laughted and had a joke and I instantly trusted a dentist for the first time. I felt no pain (apart from the needle obviously) I had a good experience and if I ever have to have another tooth out, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I cannot recommend highly enough. Absolutley amazing and very quick. I walked out only after a few minutes, my husband was in the waiting room and thought I was just numbed and doing a runner!! Thank you to you all.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic customer service with the best advice given at my consultation where i opted for composite bonding. My appointment was a little under two weeks later, where again the customer service was brilliant. Jay explained the procedure and kept me updated throughout my 2 hour appointment. Fantastic experience: Had my wisdom tooth removed here yesterday and honestly has the most pleasant experience! From arriving at reception to the end of the procedure, everyone was so friendly and lovely which made me feel at ease straight away! I had the lovely Priyanka who made me feel so calm straight away, she did recommend headphones to bring with you so wanted to put this out there for anyone as I can imagine this would help massively! I was in and out with 10-15 mins! 10/10 service and no need to feel so nervous!

Fantastic experience: I had to have a tooth out after it snapped at my own dentist, I received an appointment within 3 weeks which I felt was really quick, the receptionist was really friendly as was the dentists who put me at ease and made the whole experience so much easier. The remainder of the tooth was extracted in no more than 5 minutes, I want to say a massive thanks to all involved.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth removed and had a really good experience! The receptionist was really warm and friendly, and put me at ease. Priyanki and the dental nurse were so lovely, they explained what would happen and gave me really good tips to distract myself. I really didn’t experience pain at all - it was quick and easy! The team explained my after care really thoroughly and made sure I was ok before I left. If you’re nervous, you could bring headphones with you, but it was all so quick. I was in an out in less than half an hour (including an X-ray beforehand) so it couldn’t have been easier :)

Negative experience: The patient care was awful. I've never had a panic attack but I believe I had one here after I was referred for a tooth extraction. I was in the room for a total of 9 mins where they tried to take out a wisdom tooth. Couldn't do it but it was the lack of empathy and care which I couldn't understand. I wasn't paying for the service and felt they just wanted me out. I asked about after care and they just kept referring to a leaflet they gave me. I had to walk out shaking and wandered around Burton until I felt able to drive, awful experience!

Fantastic experience: Had to have a tooth extraction today, I normally have sedation but £400 is alot I was referred to this dental place as I'm very emotional and very scared.All I can say is Thankyou! It was quick how he got my tooth out considering there was hardly any tooth there. He was lovely and so was his assistant actually even the receptionist was understanding too. So thankyou

Fantastic experience: So impressed by my experience at this practice. Suffered a broken tooth with 10 days to go until a holiday abroad and they went the extra mile to fit me in. I was treated by Dr Jayendra Patel, who is possibly the best dentist I’ve ever had - coming from someone who’s father taught dentistry and hand picked our dentists as kids that’s high praise indeed. No pain, quick and kind, what more do you want because let’s face it, no one likes getting a filling! Could not recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Had both wisdom teeth removed on lower jaw and a further molar infront of one also removed, the experience from greeting to consultation for sedation to the actually extraction was second to none, the receptionists are welcoming and friendly, the anesthetist was so gently while inserting the cannula and reassuring every step of the way, and the dentist removed all wisdom teeth with minimal trauma, wish the practice was closer to where I live, many thanks burton smiles

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment to remove a tooth broken off at the gum line and was referred by my usual clinic. I was treated by Jayendra Patel and considering how petrified I was and in tears due to a very bad experience with another dentist previously, he handled it amazingly. He put my mind at ease as best he could and was incredible with the treatment. It was over and done with so quickly! Very clean and professional clinic and all of the staff there are lovely and welcoming! Thank you for being so kind to me, and apologies I was so hysterical! Fantastic experience: Recently referred to Smiles from my local Tamworth dentist to have a front tooth removed. The dentist and all the staff are very patient and advised me with options for having a false tooth fitted and done without delay. Great friendly service and no fuss follow up with some adjustments to the prosthetic tooth. Very much recommended.

I had two wisdom teeth out at two separate sittings and it was my first ever experience of a tooth extraction and during the whole experience I didn’t feel a thing after I was very carefully and gently numbed. Negative experience: Looks like a nice clean place which is good, nice people. But pulling my tooth out without getting it numb was horrific.literally the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist. I told him repeated but he didn't want to wait any longer. I wanted to reply but there isn't an option. Obviously this isn't my birth name. U will know who I was as I'm sure this didn't happen twice this week. But I'm not saying it didn't.

Fantastic experience: I'm absolutely blown away by the exceptional service I received. Suffering from gum pains, I was quite concerned after my research suggested a serious issue. However, upon booking an appointment, Jay immediately reassured me, guiding me through the process with expert care. His great explanation of the treatment plan and necessary steps put me at ease. Following my dental hygiene treatment, I felt rejuvenated and confident in my smile once again.

Fantastic experience: Having neglected my dental health for a number of years I was apprehensive about my visits to the Dentist. Following 6 weeks of treatment including a full assessment, X-rays, scale and polish, tooth extraction and a composite bonding filling I cannot recommend the team at Burton Smiles highly enough. I felt my assessment and treatment were all administered with the greatest of care and thought for my wellbeing at the centre of everything, there was excellent communication about the treatment plan and appointment scheduling, I was even able to pop back for an ad-hoc check up at short notice. Fantastic experience: For the first time ever I think I was glad to go to to dentist's. They could not have been anymore helpful and professional about everything. I got a full set of dentures top and bottom and are very very pleased with them. It was the best thing I could have done, Burton Smiles have really helped me smile again ( cheesy or what) ha ha ha ha ha but seriously you should speak to them before you go anywhere else. Fantastic experience: Had a wisdom tooth out today after my dentist referred me. Honestly can't believe how amazing they were here. Like most people I was very nervous but the staff and jay the dentist were amazing. 3 injections for the numbing, which even they weren't that bad at all. The tooth was out in the matter of seconds. The practise itself is very beautiful too. Looking into changing my dentist to here because I was so impressed.
