Fantastic experience: As being relatively new patient, I had decided to try and improve my teeth appearance. As been told by another dentist it would be quite a task... So speaking to Bilkees she has been helpful and encouraging without pushing me into something I wasn’t comfortable with.She has started to improve the look of my teeth, also I am now using their Boutique whitening product which I am very pleased with! We still have a little way to go but I am so pleased with the opportunity she has given me.... So thank you Bilkees. Fantastic experience: I had been with another dental practice in Tonbridge for years, but since moving to Gentle Dental have found them to be far more welcoming and happy to do anything requested. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Good dentists. I went to them after two NHS dentists cancelled my appointments at a whim and then told me I was no longer on their registers. Gentle Dental are quite straight about everything - they are ‘private’ and don’t pretend to be NHS like the Crowborough and Hastings ones I was with, and probably cost the same.

Fantastic experience: I had a really positive experience at Tonbridge Gentle Dental! They were able to see me very quickly (I put in an equiry on Sunday and was offered appointments as early as Monday afternoon). Staff are really friendly and understanding. I have a lot of anxiety around dentist visits but the dentist I saw was thorough, understanding, empathetic and kind.

Fantastic experience: The staff are all so friendly and helpful. My dentist, Shahnaz, is so patient and understanding of my anxiety issues and told me what she doing every step of the way. I haven’t liked going to the dentist since I had a bad experience many years ago but, with Shahnaz, I will definitely try to keep on top of regular appointments now.

She clearly explains any issues, offers honest advice especially if you're on a low budget and shares helpful dental hygiene tips. I don’t usually write reviews, but she genuinely deserves it. She’s skilled, compassionate, and makes patients feel comfortable and cared for. Both the receptionist and dental nurse were fantastic. The receptionist was friendly and helpful with scheduling, while the nurse was calm and reassuring during the visit. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The whole team is outstanding.

Fantastic experience: Aged 76 I was not looking for dental miracles. But, in all honesty, I believe that phrase could fairly describe my assessment of TGD's dental skills. My dentist was highly-skilled. I felt no discomfort let alone pain. I was also reassured by the co-operation between the dentist and her assistant. It was most impressive to behold the sheer teamwork on display. Full marks! Wholeheartedly recommended.

Fantastic experience: The lady at reception has always been very warm, kind and helpful. My dentist was fully attentive and most important to me is that she was kind and helpful to her assistant, throughout my appointment. The thorough clean down of the chair and other equipment at the end of my appointment gave me great confidence in the full attention that the practice gives to hygiene.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and helpful they explain everything theyare doing made me feel very relaxed . They were brilliant 10/10.
Fantastic experience: I lost a filling but was unable to get an appointment in Devon where I now live. I drove 6 hours and had my filling replaced, as there was a cancellation I was also able to have X-rays a checkup and a second leaky filling replaced. Everything was clearly explained through the whole process, I prefer not to have an injection, & only felt slight discomfort. Gentle Dental is an apt name! Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I went for the first check up for the baby, which was written in the report no one read, the doctor was kind of shocked that I took my 1 year old for a check up, at some point the baby started crying and the doctor didn't want to continue saying she is ok etc I think we were in the cabinet for 3 minutes. Paid for nothing really. Not for children anyway as they say, not one toy, not one smile, nothing. They were like robots with the baby, of course she cried. I don't recommend!
