Fantastic experience: An excellent dentist. I have huge anxiety about having dental work and she won me over quickly. She’s so good and a great sense of humour too (which is important with me!)

Fantastic experience: My dentist was very helpful today. He explained some findings that the hygienist noted this summer, and gave me wise advice on the best way to manage them. I needed an xray this time, which I always struggle with due to my gag reflex. Both the dentist and dental nurse were extremely understanding and gave me time, advice how to cope and it was successful! I have been a patient at this practice for many years, as I find their care professional and also compassionate.

Positive experience: 5 star for Kumar, the best dentist. Rachel, Maria and my hygienist Sharon you all are fantastic people. This new system at the surgery is pathetic. Whoever came up with this idea? Please get rid it’s a waste of patients time.

Positive experience: Unfortunately this the second time my appointment has been cancelled. I known circumstances are out of your control but if we cancel last minute we would be charged. Time taken to get to the practice etc. all very inconvenient.

Negative experience: Second time my appointment has been cancelled if we cancelled on the day we’d get charged so why is it any different to them? Will be looking going elsewhere for my dental appointments Update 6th August - appointment was rebooked for 14:45 today however at 09:12 dentist calls he’s for a meeting that’s 3 appointments with 2 different excuses absolutely ridiculous complaint have now been raised absolute shambles

Fantastic experience: I was able to get an appointment at relatively short notice for a painful broken tooth. It was temporarily repaired and further treatment was recommended. Excellent service as usual.

Negative experience: My experience was absent of rekavent information. I was handed a 4 tooth denture and told the metal hook goes over my tooth. It clicked into place, uncomfortable and painful. The dentist said it will take 2 to 3 weeks to get used to it. I asked how to get it out but he just sad 'it hooks over your tooth'. I left with a denture in my hand, no bag or box or holder and no instruction on how to clean it or store it. I rang them after go ogling this information. The receptionist asked the dentist before ringing me back. I've now been told to wash it with soap and water and buy a denture box from amazon. I will check this conduct with another dentist. The denture is now sitting on my front room table. Google said it needs the right box to keep it's shape and a bath so it doesn't dry out I'm not sure what to think.

Fantastic experience: Mr qureshi is a splendid dentist and has been my dentist for 29 years when I came to Christchurch when my late husband became vicar of Christchirch in 1996. He has looked after our teeth with great care. He has also been a generous benefactor of our church today he was as usual the right person to deal with my problem. I am prepared for him to treat me because I trust him implicitly. However I am shocked by the cost of my treatment. I am80 years old recently widowed and am prepared to pay for this treatment but am amazed.at the amount of money I am expected to spend. Your reception staff were kind and sympathetic, as ever . The reception staff were friendly and helpful. As I was handing the form in, the dentist, Kumar Bathia, said he’d see me straight away! He was so approachable and explained everything in the appointment so clearly, one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist in a long time. I highly recommend this dentists!

Positive experience: I have been at the dental suite for years. I got switched from my original dentist. My hygienist is very good and my plan has been changed to suit my needs. My last visit the actual dentist took about 2 minutes. Like all of these services that go private. The hours don’t suit a full time employee so you have to book months ahead to get in.

Fantastic experience: Top marks for The Dental Suite as always. Kumar is a phenomenal dentist who has a natural ease that is reassuring for even very anxious patients like. The receptionists and nurses are always helpful and polite, and a variety of NHS and private treatments can be found in this modern surgery.

After ringing all the dentists listed on the NHS website, for many months, in search of a dentist that was taking new NHS patients, I finally found The Dental Suite. The reviews were very positive & I registered with them & waited to be contacted for an available appointment. The receptionist's were so friendly & easy conversation was had as I was early. My appointment today was with Kamaljeet Singh & in comparison to my previous dentist , she was a breath of fresh air. She was friendly, happy to talk & listen to me & seemed to genuinely care. She was very professional & advised me of what she could do, explaining everything fully. I felt relaxed & very comfortable during my appointment all thanks to Kamaljeet. I am filled with confidence that the treatment & care I will get from The Dental Suite team will far exceed treatment I've previously had . Great experience & highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Very fortunate to have been looked after by the Dental Suite for 20 years. Practice is efficient and well run; dentist (Kumar) is thorough and caring (super kind with my elderly Mum) and never performed treatment unless essential.

Fantastic experience: My Maryland bridge fell out. I was able to make an appointment the next day. The dentist took his time and did an excellent job cleaning my tooth and bridge before refixing it. Highly recommended.
