Fantastic experience: O my goodness! This must be one of the kindest understand dentists myself and husband have ever been to. To say "Thank-you" to the Reception staff Dental nurses and Dentists just doesn't seem enough . Never change your kindness to patients. Your Dental Practice is perfect!

Fantastic experience: My dentist Anthony Evans is the most caring and patient person.Over the past 6 weeks I have been to see him 3 times initially to discuss the options available for a broken tooth and then to perform the necessary work. I had total confidence in him and knew he would come up with a solution to save my tooth. I have to say he didn’t disappoint me and saved my tooth. He is always very reassuring and fully informs you of the work required.He is very patient and listens to and addresses any concerns you may have. Fantastic experience: Rang with an issue, got me the same day, wasn’t my normal dentist guy but the gentleman that saw me was very helpful and reassuring as I mentioned I was a nervous dentist visitor. Sorted the issue Extremely helpful all round service

Negative experience: Awful dental service! They worked three times on the same tooth but never got it right. Each time I paid them £75. Then, they talked me into paying for my two front crowns on payment plans because the services would be much better than NHS. Lastly, I missed two appointments. So, they said I was no longer welcomed. First missed appointment, I was in hospital having emergency surgery. I phoned them while in hospital. Second missed appointment, the appointment they gave me to reschedule in the hospital was not the same time. The time was 4 hours different. However, I should have taken note so it was me missing appointment two. I never missed one payment on the bridge work yet I was made to feel second class. The staff secretary was very rude and spoke down to me. I'm glad I found another service! I also took my husband with me.

Positive experience: Appointment was for 10 am and was only a few minutes late, Dr Nsamba was friendly and efficient as usual. I had a small problem with my gum which he dealt with there and then even though I was only there for a check up.

Fantastic experience: I have been terrified of dentists after a bad experience as a child. I read about this practice being good with nervous patients and thought I'd give it a try. The receptionist Elena has been absolutely lovely and I saw Leah a couple of times who was really patient with me but as she is a locum and I needed to be seen regularly she recommended I see Yusef. Today I saw him for the 2nd time and I had 2 teeth out. He was amazing, very kind and to be honest I didn't feel a thing. Nicole was his dental nurse and was an angel holding my hand throughout. I hope i can continue now and finally get my teeth sorted. Thank you

It’s clean and the dental hygienist and dental surgeons are incredible at what they do , I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment or being seen. All my treatments have been professionally carried out too by Tony , the best dentist I’ve ever seen he’s patient , kind he even helps the less able patients back in to the reception area. Fantastic experience: Come here with my 6 year old who's been attending this practice since being very young and Dr Nsamba has always been very friendly with us which has made my daughter like going to her appointments. The receptionist on our most recent visit was also particularly helpful when asked if I could register my 6 month old and if I could request myself to be added to the NHS waiting list, therefore I cannot fault our visit on this occasion.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, efficient service

Negative experience: Terrible service and lack of compassion. I missed an appointment due to my daughter being born (totally my fault and due to circumstances of her bring born the day before my appointment). I rebooked the appointment for the following Monday. Over the weekend, I became ill. 9am Monday morning I called to cancel. Told I was to be removed from the surgery list as I had missed two appointments back to back and didn't give 24 hours notice. The practice is closed over the weekend and 24 hours notice is impossible due to this. The woman on reception was rude, unhelpful and unfriendly.

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth removed earlier today and Dr Nsamba and Sophie looked after me brilliantly. They ensured that the whole process was painless.

Fantastic experience: We have always felt in good hands and they always book us all in together as a family of four and my mother in law. Dr Nsamba is always really good with our young daughters and they have no fear of the dentist. I have got further with sorting my teeth than I have in four previous dental practices and Dr Nsamba has always talked through treatment showing images and x-rays on the screen and given lots of advice. All the other staff have been approachable and friendly too.

Fantastic experience: I needed a new dentist and called around and a lovely lady returned my call from Clay Cross Dental , we arranged for my checkup , and the next week I arrived to a lovely reception, very friendly staff and most importantly, I felt comfortable. I then had my checkup with the dentist Leah and nurse Molly , absolutely lovely ladies, I felt relaxed , and we made plans for a new filling and a scale and polish. I had my filling yesterday with Leah and nurse Sam , again brilliant service , lovely staff , I can't thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: Me and my daughter always see Tony Evans , he is so lovely and we enjoy going to see him, it’s like seeing a friend but he remains professional, he always makes us laugh, puts us at ease and is very good at his job. He offers great advice, is very accommodating and fantastic at what he does, it’s always a pleasure. My daughter wasn’t always excited to visit dentists due to previous experiences with other practitioners but he has always been caring and offered tips, tricks, advice and given her praise when she has been doing something well. The reception staff are lovely and know our details and preferences regarding seeing Tony and are accommodating to fit us around work and school. I feel like a valued customer even though I am an NHS patient. Thank you to Clay Cross Dental, definitely recommend Tony especially with children and adults

Fantastic experience: I have been cared by Dentist Maida since moving to Clay Cross 3 years ago. She is professional and always friendly. She gave guidance on my teeth brushing and explained clearly about my X-ray inspection. The assistant always performed excellently under her supervision.
