Fantastic experience: I’ve been receiving treatment at Islington Smiles for the past six months, including a root canal, crowns, and an overlay, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care and professionalism I’ve experienced throughout. Dr. Milan and Dr. Aindreas O’Driscoll are exceptional skilled, thorough, and genuinely attentive, taking the time to explain each step and ensure I felt comfortable and informed. The lovely dental nurse Maryiam has been so kind and reassuring during every visit, and Senait, the ever-smiling receptionist, always goes above and beyond to make patients feel welcomed and relaxed from the moment they arrive. It’s such a pleasure to find a dental practice that truly listens and cares for their patients. Excellent service, outstanding treatment, and a team that genuinely makes a difference I can’t recommend Islington Smiles highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loving my visits to Islington Smiles. Senait at reception is very friendly she had me relaxed the second I walked in. Raquel, the nurse, was a total gem and kept the vibes calm and reassuring the whole way through. And Dr. Marwa? She’s on another level. She’s so present, patient, and genuinely tuned in to what you need. She really listens, explains everything clearly, and never rushes you. You can feel how much she cares about getting things right. She recommends the best treatment for you, walks you through every step, and doesn’t miss a thing in her work. She makes the whole process feel safe, clear, and very enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: This place is just the best. Whatever service you’re after, it’s the people that make it worth it! Senait is very warm and welcoming on arrival, answering and helping with all my questions and queries. and then not much more can be said about Dr Marisa. She just knows her stuff and keeps it real- wouldn’t recommend anyone else to take me on this journey to achieve my desired smile!

Fantastic experience: My first visit as an anxious person when it comes to dentists and hygienists, this was the most pleasant experience I have had. Senait from the reception was SO friendly and making me feel ar ease with her sense of humour, Rochina and Raquel were very good at explaining what they were doing before, during and after the cleaning treatment. I will be back in two weeks.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Rosie Winterburn at Islington Smiles more highly, she is quite honestly incredible! I went to her for Invisalign treatment for very crossed, crooked teeth and then composite bonding. I was convinced she would say she couldn't help, but she is so skilled, she gave me so much confidence at the initial consultation (very thorough) throughout the treatment and lots of encouragement (over nearly 2 years). It's an excellent practise generally - I also, now go there for hygiene appointments. The prices for Invisalign were really competitive (I shopped around looking for Diamond providers), and having had the length and amount of treatment I've had, really good value for money given the access to such skilled practitioners. You won't regret going here you will be in safe, skilled hands. I am delighted with the results!

The place is spotless — you can tell hygiene is a big priority here. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole visit just felt easy and relaxed. I was treated for a slight underbite by the practices orthodontist, Dr Sedef, who was fantastic in every aspect from start to finish. Fantastic experience: Currently undergoing Invisalign treatment here and very happy with the process so far. The reception team (Violet and Biliksu) are super responsive both over the phone and email. The treatment is overseen by Dr Marisa and Eva who clearly know what they’re doing! Any concerns I’ve had are addressed quickly and I’ve never needed to wait long for an appointment. My teeth are already looking so much better, and all thanks to the team here.

Fantastic experience: I decided to start Invisalign at Islington Smiles and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Fantastic experience: I recently completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Milan Shah, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole journey took about 8 months and went very smoothly. Dr. Shah was excellent throughout – he really listened to my requests and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. After finishing Invisalign, I also had my teeth bonded, which has given me a beautiful, natural smile that I’m so happy with. A big thank you as well to Maryiam, his assistant, who was always friendly and supportive during my visits. Overall, I’m very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Dr. Milan Shah and his team to anyone considering Invisalign or cosmetic dental work.

Fantastic experience: As a regular client here, I absolutely love the practice and the people who run it from the top down. Attention to detail, and client care always. Leaving this review partly for this but also due to seeing a sterling example of customer service and professionalism for us all. Violet in reception handling a miscommunication with an irate client calmly, directly, flexibly for the client whilst also shielding the involvement of managers and senior practitioners who were very busy with a backlog of clients. 5 stars thoroughly deserved. Fantastic experience: The girls at reception are amazing, incredibly attentive and are on hand to help you with any queries you may have especially Bilikisu - I had Invisalign and she has always been extremely kind and encouraging making sure to communicate my needs to the orthodontists.

Positive experience: Edit: I was asked leave review below while I was waiting for my appointment, as are other customers which is a bit awkward. I agree with what I said originally but I have had some issues. - Most staff only seem to be in the clinic one day a week which makes appointments and communication very difficult. - I was told to email with pictures or videos if I had problems, I have done this multiple times, had no response to the issues and in my next appointment it is clear that the images were never reviewed. - There does not seem to be any communication between the different team members so everything is quite disjointed. For example, 1 year into treatment I was told that I am supposed to see a hygienist every 3 months while I have Invisalign. - Overview and timelines are unclear; my Invisalign packets said 1 of 27 so I assumed that was the total course. Obviously there is room for adaptation but apparently there is always a first set of aligners and then a refining set of aligners. Everyone is extremely friendly and personable but appointments are quick and its very difficult to get a clear overview. I feel this it is worth mentioning because I have seen people at reception getting upset about the same issues that I have had. Original review: I’ve been coming here for about a year for my Invisalign treatment. The team that I have interacted with: Bilikisu, Dr Marisa, and Eva, are all so friendly and have gone the extra mile to adapt my treatment around my wedding date!

Positive experience: Good practice, friendly receptionist Bilikisu and my check up with Dr Sadaf was really thorough. I did have difficulties with 2 appointments being rescheduled on the day of and I was unable to get an emergency appointment when I had a tooth infection so had to go elsewhere.

They make the process as un-intimidating as possible and are concerned with your comfort. Violet in reception is friendly and helpful.

I ended up choosing Islington Smiles because of Dr. Marisa - she just made it feel right. She's clearly experienced and gave me confidence in the treatment. Every appointment so far has been smooth. I had one small issue where an elastic attachment came off, but they got me in quickly and sorted it with no hassle. Treatment's going really well and I’m happy with how things are progressing. Fantastic experience: Would 100% recommend Islington Smiles to anyone. I’m three months into my Invisalign treatment with Dr Marisa and everything has been very seamless. Bilikisu and all the staff are so lovely and incredibly helpful and it’s been a great experience so far.

Fantastic experience: The service at Islington Smiles is excellent - I highly recommend visiting the practice if you are considering Invisalign, as the staff are accommodating and attentive. I had Invisalign and composite bonding done by Dr Rianna and Dr Marisa - both fantastic at what they do. I’m over the moon with the results :) The reception staff are also super helpful - particularly Bilikisu, who always kept me up to date with appointments and retainer deliveries.

The hygienist always takes great care to ensure everything is perfect. Recently, I decided to have a filling done with Dr. Simran, and I couldn’t be more impressed. She’s fantastic, as is her team, including Nurse Sundus and Bilikisu. Islington Smiles has become my go-to for all my dental needs, and I highly recommend them. The clinic is also spotless and well-maintained, which is something I truly appreciate.
