Fantastic experience: I attended Limewood Dental Care Flint on Tuesday to collect denture , unfortunately it wasn't available. As I am going on hols next week,the Dental nurse Vicky and the Dentist Gabbi went totally out of their way to help insure the problem was sorted. I would like to thank them very much. Also when collecting denture on Friday, reception staff very helpful. Limewood Dental Care Flint should be very proud of all their staff.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my check-up and hygiene appointment with Charlie Ding at Limewood Dental and the whole experience was excellent. Charlie is incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The practice itself is warm, welcoming, and has a calm atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff are friendly, attentive and genuinely care about their patients. For the first time, going to the dentist actually felt like a pleasure. I can highly recommend Charlie and the team at Limewood Dental.

Fantastic experience: After having a check up with Charlie I was left wondering why doesn't every other dentist I've seen previously behave or share the same information as Charlie. I wish I'd met Charlie earlier in my life however my children will also benefit from my experience. It's perfectly clear Charlie's purpose is to help his patients avoid any issues later on in life. Charlie does this by explaining in great detail how to care for your teeth and why each action is so important. I can not thank Charlie enough for his excellent service which truly left me lost for words. I am very much looking forward to many more healthier smiles with the best help possible. I don't know what more to say other than I don't think you'll find a more caring dentist.

Fantastic experience: The care I received at this dentist is second to none. I had a stubborn root that needed extracting which I was dreading. Massi did the procedure with care and skill, causing little discomfort. He was amazing. I can’t thank the Limewood dental team enough. Thanks Massi !!

Negative experience: My wife contacted this dental practice due to severe tooth pain. After spending 30 minutes on the phone and being asked to send a photo of her smile, she finally managed to secure an appointment. She paid £75 for a 15-minute consultation, during which she was informed that her wisdom tooth needed to be extracted. However, the dentist refused to perform the procedure, claiming it was too complicated and risky, as the tooth might fracture during extraction. She was then referred to another clinic that could supposedly handle the extraction — for an astonishing £499. We decided to seek a second opinion from another dentist in Bagillt, who found this assessment ridiculous. He extracted the tooth immediately, painlessly, and within 30 minutes, for £160.

Fantastic experience: Charlie took on my husband as a patient who’s medication had left him with only a few rotten teeth his confidence was rock bottom and he was getting abscess after abscess Charlie removed his remaining dentures and replaced them with false top and bottom dentures. Charlie’s advice and work throughout his treatment was outstanding the results after Charlie finished was beyond our expectations, we are grateful to limewood for taking him on as a patient and will be forevever thankful for the fantastic new dentures Charlie has done. The care throughout the treatment was second to none. From receptionists to dental nurses to dentist they all took amazing care of my husband making sure he was well cared for in every aspect. My husband confidence is through the roof and to see him smile again means the world! We would definitely recommend Limewood dental to anyone! WELL DONE TEAM LIMEWOOD

There was such a warm, positive atmosphere — everywhere I turned, there was a smiling team member greeting patients and going about their day with such joy and professionalism. The Reception area was spotless, bright, and inviting, setting the tone for the rest of the visit. The surgery suite itself was modern and equipped with impressive technology, which immediately gave me confidence that I was in capable hands. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly focused on patient care. Charlie, the Dentist, took the time to get to know my dental history, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I understood all my options. He struck the perfect balance between professionalism and approachability, which really helped put me at ease. Overall, it was a truly positive and pleasant experience — unlike any dental practice I’ve visited before. Highly recommended!

I never enjoy going to the dentist but she was very calming and professional throughout. really took time to understand my problem. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Lucy's for a number of years and she is without a doubt the best dentist I have ever had. She takes the time to explain things and never makes you feel rushed. I also see Erin for hygiene appointments every 3 months and I can honestly say I enjoy going to her, she always does a wonderful job. I would happily travel a long distance to continue to be their patient as they are both so brilliant at what they do.

Fantastic experience: As someone who has always been petrified of the dentist, I recently started experiencing issues when I came across Limewood dental and immediately registered with them. I had my initial appointment with Lucy Minhas who was extremely patient and compassionate with me as my anxiety was evident. I have today had a hygienist appointment with Neil and again he was very kind, compassionate and patient with me. Lovely staff and lovely welcoming friendly environment putting me at ease. Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment due to my front tooth snapping and causing pain. After phoning and speaking to Sue (the receptionist), she managed to get me in ASAP. The dentist I seen (Pav) was lovely, very reassuring and talked me through all the steps he was making knowing I am a very nervous patient. The dental nurse that was with Pav (Freya) was lovely and very understanding. Highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr Gabriella and her team have done amazing work on my teeth, her and the team, and the ladies in reception are warm and welcoming, a much different and better experience I have had at limewood compared to other dentists I have been to. I had two filling, a root canal and a crown fitted and I didn't feel any pain at all I would definitely recommend this dentist it was worth every penny

Gabi my dentist had such a steady hand I didn't feel the injection then spent 40 minutes with no discomfort, no pain I even hummed along to the music Her dental nurse Georgia was also great. Amazing experience! Another trip to see Massi. Well what can i say . Very clever man who takes such pride and is very passionate about his work. Perfectionist. From the moment you walk into the practice, it’s clear that every detail has been thought through — the standards are immaculate across the board. The facilities are outstanding, the staff are warm and welcoming, and Charlie is truly a master of his craft. He carried out my treatment with precision and care, ensuring minimal discomfort and taking the time to explain each step, which really helped put my mind at ease. Despite undergoing the most serious dental treatment I’ve ever needed, I’ve never felt so comfortable at the dentist. I travel over an hour to be treated here — and that alone speaks volumes.

Fantastic experience: I am an NHS patient at Limewood and I noticed a swallow gum today with a little discomfort. I stopped by Limewood on my way home to see if reception could organise an appointment as I wanted it assessed before I go on holiday. Anita on reception had a cancellation meaning I was seen immediately by Gabi the Dentist and Georgia the nurse. all options were discussed and although the tooth will have to be removed I feel I was provided all options and associated risks and costs of not taking any action. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Limewood Dentist with Charlie. I was able to get a hygienist appointment the very next day which was great, no waiting around, which was brilliant. The practice is easy to find, has great parking, and offers manageable monthly payments, which really helps. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is genuinely lovely. While having my teeth cleaned, I could even watch relaxing TV on the wall, it made the whole experience feel calm and comfortable. Highly recommend!

I was made to feel welcome and Hannah helped me into the chair and took my walking sticks from me. Fantastic experience: If I could give 1000 stars I would. After 25 years of bad dental experiences, Dr Massi & Kaci reversed all my fear of dentists in 30 minutes. I never thought being talked through an extraction could be so calming, but Dr Massi has a way of making you feel so comfortable! As soon as I got in my car, I cried - from pure relief of never having to go through a traumatic dental experience again. Fantastic experience: Had a lovely appointment there this afternoon with our daughter, Bella-Maria Hughes. This was Bella’s first dentist trip and every staff member we met were absolutely incredible with her. From Sue the receptionist who made Bella feel soooo welcome and at ease, to the dental nurse Tish who showed us to our room and last but not least the dentist Gabi who was very polite, professional and informative in regards to Bella’s next appointment. Fantastic experience: I have been petrified of going to the dentist since I was told as a teenager that I have periodontal disease and would lose my teeth early. I have attended a dental appointment only twice since I was a teenager due to this fear. I went into Limewood on Monday this week to make an appointment as I could feel a change in my teeth. From the moment I spoke I was put at ease by the reception staff on that day (Sue and Harvey). Making the appointment was easy, I signed up to a plan and left reassured. My appointment day came and I was met at reception by Sue and Anita who were absolute stars. My check up was with Gabi and dental nurse Vicky who immediately put me at ease. The room was calm, I wasn’t rushed, Gabi explained everything clearly and I was happy that I knew what the plan was for next steps. I then had a hygienist appointment with Erin and dental nurse Ells who were equally as calm and reassuring as all the staff I had encountered at Linwood so far. Again I left happy that I knew what the plan was with my teeth moving forward. No teeth loss for me and no more fear of going to the dentist! Thank you team Limewood!

Fantastic experience: Visited Limewood Dental Care today for a check up, haven’t been to the dentist for years but really looked forward to this appointment heard nothing but positivity about this dental practice! Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient. I went for a check up, but was advised l had an infection in my tooth and gum, that they were very concerned about it, and it needed to come out straight away. The dentist Khaleda, and the dental nurse Hannah, did their absolute best to calm me down while removing the tooth and putting in stitches. They were both so kind and caring.

Today was a referral from their partner practice was seen immediately and given a very professional thorough examination and various treatments explained fully including costs! I have just had some root canal treatment, which I was quite anxious about having. I was well informed throughout the treatment, every detail being explained to me. She never gives me a sense of urgency and feeling like she is trying to get me out the door for her next patient. That’s a great skill to have. She has offered advice and tips that I am seeing the benefits of already and advice that I have not been given or explained to the level of detail she has demonstrated. Fantastic experience: Rang up 2 days ago (not a current patient) as I had a snapped tooth. They offered me an emergency appointment the followling day which I couldn't make but managed to fit me in day after. I'm an extremely anxious patient where even calling a dentist sends me into having a panic attack due to bad experience elsewhere. The ladies (who are stewards for the football) they were so friendly, made me feel at ease especially knowing my fears. Made us feel at home. The dentist pav and his assistant was outstanding. I knew I was needing an extraction and I was panicking both dentist and nurse were calm, attentive and supporting. Now registered as a patient thankyou all for looking after me

Fantastic experience: I went to limewood dental care to have some cosmetic treatments by Dr Lucy Minhas. After having children I felt like a flamingo that had lost all their colour so wanted something to make me look fresher, help me with my rosacea, but to give me a very subtle finish. I had polynucleotides in my eye and cheek area and some Botox in my forehead. I am thrilled with the results, the polynucleotide takes some time to take effect and my face keeps getting better! No more rosacea! The he experience of Limewood was great - it feels very luxurious for a dental practice!

Fantastic experience: First visit was complaint due to misunderstanding which was resolved extremely quickly, second visit i was politely told off for poor gum health and third visit i had my t shirt inside out! They must think they got a right one!! Top notch service at all times, Charlie thoroughly explained where i was going wrong with gum care and Erin did an amazing job on first hygiene visit. Signed up for the top monthly package. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. Just need someone to show me how to dress next

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Limewood Dental Care enough specifically giving a shout out to Dr Lucy Minhas who has completely transformed my smile. I walked into my first appointment with Lucy as a self conscious individual due to being unhappy with my smile and in just over 18months I am beaming with the results! From the start of my treatment right up to the finished results, nothing was ever too much trouble and I was kept well informed throughout the whole process. The team on reception were really accommodating too due to me needed specific appointment times. They always found a way to fit me in at requested time. Thanks again to you all!

Fantastic experience: After our local dentist went private - they arranged for my wife and I to attend their sister practice Limewood in Flint. From the very first meeting at reception to actually seeing the dentist - the whole experience was friendly with a very calming atmosphere. Would recommend

Negative experience: My experience with this company was far from five-star. In November 2023, I booked an appointment for November 2024 for an 11-year-old. I paid a deposit of £65, even though services for a person of this age should be free under the NHS. Last week, I attended the appointment, and everything went smoothly until it came to the final payment – that’s when the problems began. After leaving the examination room, I was handed a bill for £88. At the reception, I reminded the staff member that I had already paid a £65 deposit. However, the final bill provided by the dentist made no mention of the deposit; it only showed the total amount of £88. Naturally, I assumed I only owed £23. Another issue arose when I recalled that the reminder card I’d received in 2023, when the appointment was booked, had £45 written on it, which already seemed suspicious to me. There was a staff member (whose name I didn’t catch) who promised that if I could provide a bank statement showing the £65 deposit, the difference would be refunded. She advised me to email a picture of the statement, which I did on the same day, 21st November 2024. The deposit had been paid using my wife’s debit card, and after checking the statement, I confirmed that £65 had indeed been paid. I promptly took a photo and emailed it as agreed. By 26th November, I had received no response, so I decided to visit in person to resolve the issue. When I arrived early in the morning, I was shocked to find that they claimed everything on their side was correct and that no refund was due, even after I questioned the staff member who had witnessed the incident on 21st November. To make matters worse, this £65 deposit had effectively been held by them for an entire year without any acknowledgement or interest – which is completely unacceptable. And let’s not forget, this was for an 11-year-old, for whom all of this should have been free under the NHS.

Fantastic experience: I have been having trouble sorting out a referal that my daughters old dental practice had made for her, Sue on reception was a life saver and made sure I had the information the old practice would not help me with and when more xrays were needed for the referal had my daughter in as soon as possible. Everybody I dealt with were lovely friendly and extremely helpful. Especially Sue. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: What can I say . My first visit to this practice due to not having an NHS dentist in the practice in Rhyl . Managed to get sn appointment with only around a 3 week wait . My first appointment was 23/10/2024 to see Pav and his Dental Nurse sorry unsure of her name . First class service from both and Pav explained in simple terms what had been done and what needs to be done . I then re booked an appointment for a filling and met two of the most pleasant and helpful admin staff Chris and Sue who did there best to get me another appointment without having to wait many weeks . An appointment was made for the 31/10/2024. Within 5 minutes of leaving the practice I had a phone call to say that a space had come available for the 24/10/24. Attended this appointment to see another dentist and dental nurse sorry unable to remember the names but again both brilliant and clesr communication . An appointment had already been booked for me for 12 months time by Sam one of the other receptionists who again was brilliant as was the male who also served me . What can I say I have had bad experiences with my last dentist but on firdt impressions with this practice all is good and I will be staying with them. Who ever the owner is I would just like to say on first impressions what a brilliant individuals you have working at your practice who seem to put patients first and are always ready to answer questions and help and a thank you needs to be passed on espescially to the admin staff as I can imagine they get some unpleasant individuals being the first port if contact .

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this practice for years, albeit under different names. The experience I've had since its change to Limewood has been brilliant, the dentists and nurses have all been super friendly and have answered all my questions. Thanks to Steph and Meg for doing such a great job.
