Fantastic experience: Best dentist I have ever been too! Dr Jas, Dr Basrai, Natasha & Lily are all extremely hardworking, warm and professional people. They have completely fixed my smile to how I wanted, they’re extremely patient and gentle. I will forever be returning back to this dental practice. It’s a 45 minute drive for me to get to them for an appointment I would honestly drive for longer.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my Smile White aligner treatment and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish the process was absolutely seamless. Dave and his team were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and at ease every step of the way. Their attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. I have been coming here for over 14 years and during this time I have had the zoom teeth whitening, home teeth whitening, dentistry services and Botox. Fantastic experience: Dave and his team have always been really helpful. If I ever feel nervous those nerves go away rapidly. I've had invisalign, hygiene checks and a wisdom tooth removed. Everyone who looks after me is always incredibly good at listening to concerns and makes sure that you're well looked after. Fantastic experience: If you’re unsure or nervous about going to the dentist I think you need to try here. I have hated the dentist for years and always feel rushed, service has been awful but stuck it out as felt a private dentist would just be too expensive. Was instantly put at ease by Jas who did a superb job fixing my chipped tooth and had a thorough clean and for the first time in my life it wasn’t painful or uncomfortable. Was worth every penny. Edited: I did notice some reviews about not getting through on the phone. I called didn’t get an initial answer spoke to an AI call handler. Left a message, Dave called me back later in the afternoon booked me in. I know sometimes things can seem urgent as a customer but equally accepting that you aren’t the only person who needs help at that moment in time can go a long way. Staff was superb and they give you all of their attention when you are there, you can’t ask for more.

Fantastic experience: Last year I had some appointments at another dentist and was not happy with their customer care and treatment. I have in the last couple of months had 2 appointments with Jasmin and I can truly say she is a credit to her profession. She took her time to explain things to me and made me feel so at ease ( as I'm very anxious with dentists). I'm actually looking forward to my appointment this week. From the moment that I first walked into the practice I liked the relaxed atmosphere , clean environment and friendly approach. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

Negative experience: Very rude been asking for a phone call called back got told that someone will bring me again and no one has, bad service.

Fantastic experience: I had my invisalign treatment here and Dave and the team were so lovely and friendly as well as professional and made sure I was happy at every stage of my invisalign journey. When I wanted further tweaks even if it was very minor they made sure they did all they could to correct it. I definitely recommend them not only for Invisalign but also general Dental services. Fantastic experience: I have looked into Turkey , Harley street and by far made the best decision to go with chafford hundred dental. Dr Basrai ( Dave ) and his team advised on straightening my teeth before any work was done. I used invisalign and I now have straight teeth and composite bonding on top 10 . Couldn’t be happier with the advice and results ! Peace of mind as I know I have a guarantee if anything happens. Payed off monthly too at no extra cost. I recently had some composite bonding done the other day and I’m so happy with the results! He managed to get rid of a gap I’ve had in my teeth for as long as I can remember and I can’t thank him enough as I can smile now with much more confidence. I feel like a new woman! Negative experience: Came to book an appointment, explained the issue and said we need orthodontist. Oh yes, he said, i will see you. Paid for a visit and found out they are not orthodontist and i need to pay again to see one in another clinic. What a joke.

Everyone there is really friendly and it has really a family-esque vibe. They really look after you from the moment you step in the practice. Had my Invisalign's done here, and the process was very seamless. Dave explained everything really well, not left with any questions after. They always make sure your fully comfortable with everything. The practice is super nice, dentist seats are really comfortable and there is TV overhead for when they are working on your teeth. Leanna- dental nurse was my first point of contact she was just incredible she made my whole treatment plan so easy to understand and covered everything. I didn’t have any questions for her! I also met the amazing hygienist Jenna, she’s fantastic I couldn’t even tell she the works she carried out that’s how smooth and careful she was! Fantastic experience: I visited Jaina , the hygienist at Chafford Hundred dental care today and I have to say she is welcoming, professional and understanding of any concerns you may have and reassuring during the cleaning procedure itself. I sometimes find it difficult to lean back in the chair due to Spondylosis but, along with the dental nurse Mandy, she was very understanding and accommodating. Thank you. She offered invaluable advice regarding plaque/ tartar build up and how best to tackle it in between cleans. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
