Fantastic experience: James and the team were absolutely fantastic when my 2 year old twins came in for their first real dentist appointment. From the moment the twins walked in, they were greeted with smiling faces and everyone made such an effort with them. They enjoyed it so much that they want to brush their teeth more and we now play dentist!

Fantastic experience: Over Christmas I had the misfortune of cracking my tooth where I previously had a filling. Due to this I reached out to Wye Dental who were accommodating and saw me quickly. My tooth was assessed by James and nursed by Michaela. After an X-ray my options were discussed. I left with a temporary fixing and the following week I went back for my treatment. On the day of my treatment, James was very informative at each stage of my onlay, which was nice to get an understanding of the process. I was nursed by Michaela who was friendly and I felt at ease and comfortable within their care. My onlay looks great and I am very happy with the treatment. Whilst I am no fan of the dentist by any means, the experience was positive from the professional service given. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I joined Wye Dental Surgery just over a year ago. I had a front tooth implant after years of the tooth slowly dying, becoming badly discoloured and eventually leading to an inevitable extraction. My dentist James has been amazing throughout the process, so patient and calm, explaining the procedure at each stage. I really dislike going to the dentist but James really put me at ease and made the whole process more bearable for someone who really can’t stand the drilling! The implant result was better than I could ever have imagined. I have got my confident smile back after years of smiling with my mouth closed and being self conscious of the horrible discolouration (I work with children - they are brutally honest!!). It was worth every penny. I now have my routine check-ups at Wye Dental Surgery as they are much more thorough than my NHS dentist and availability for appointments is so much better. All the staff are lovely and very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Wye Dental Surgery.

The dentist was very thorough and caring and the receptionist even called me a taxi because my mouth was numb and I couldn't talk well. Fantastic experience: I first joined Wye dental surgery to have my teeth straightened and whitened but, in the process, found my top incisor was fractured due to a root canal I'd had many years before. The advice and treatment I received throughout the process of getting my tooth repaired and the root canal redone, and having a crown fitted to look EXACTLY like the other tooth was phenomenal. I can't recommend Wye dental surgery enough. James and Aliz are friendly, patient and understanding and will make you feel at ease whatever treatment you have done. A very professional, yet friendly service.

My daughter with ASD needed a filling and was very scared i even had to physically move het into the room. Jess and Alix both were instrumental in calming her down. They explained everything in advance. Made it very clear that they would stop whenever she would raise her hand. Used counting so my daughter knew exactly how long each step would last. She was also happy to repair a chipped tooth to save me making a return visit. This she did with the help of Aliz, her competent dental nurse. They make a great professional team! In fact my overall experience at this surgery, from Jayne’s warm welcome on reception, to my treatment by Jess, was first class.
