Positive experience: 'Emergency' appointment to investigate toothache arranged within a few days. Problem diagnosed quickly by Varsha using X-rays. Prescribed antibiotics, which hopefully will clear up the infection. Generally efficient and friendly service all round.

Fantastic experience: So glad I found this dentist (which was recommended to me). Have been coming here for about a year or so now and am always made to feel welcome as soon as I walk through the door. The receptionist's are always so warm and friendly and ready to greet me. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Kiran is a fantastic dentist, he always makes me feel at ease and is kind and gentle and explains everything thoroughly. Initially I joined this dentist for a broken tooth to be extracted...Kiran said this wasn't needed as it wasn't causing any problems. I was amazed as another dentist had quoted a very high deposit and fee to have this extraction which I clearly didn't even need without even seeing me! So as you can guess I was very impressed from my first visit here! I had my first Hygienist appointment with Rutuja yesterday she was amazing. Again I felt so at ease, she really was lovely and I felt very safe in her capable hands. Thank you. I highly recommend The Dental Surgery!

We would like to kindly explain that the charges for NHS check-up appointments are set nationally by NHS England and are not determined by our practice. Please be assured that if your X-rays are still valid within the 2-year period, we will not need to take them again, which means your check-up will usually take less time. If you would prefer your NHS routine check-ups to be scheduled yearly instead of every 6 months, our reception team will be more than happy to arrange this for you. We completely understand that costs can sometimes be a concern, and while we are unable to change NHS charges, we will always do our very best to support and accommodate your care within these guidelines.
Fantastic experience: I am very nervous about dentists and over the years I have avoided them as much as possible which resulted in many problems. Since attending Brook Road I have felt a lot more at ease and have managed to cope with having much needed dental work and regular check ups. I would highly recommend The Dental Surgery

Fantastic experience: What a lovely dentist. Kiran took time to listen and understand my health issue and history; age was gentle and reassuring and gave me a helpful and frank appraisal of my teeth - unlike other dentists didn't try to talk me into procedures that I didn’t currently need. Reception and support staff were all friendly and all round a much better experience than I was expecting!

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience at this surgery. The staff are always friendly and helpful. My dentist Dr. Kiran Tulse is kind and gentle which for nervous patients like me is a plus. Never tried to up sell or suggest work that is not required unlike my previous dentist in the town who cost me a fortune for work that I discovered when I joined this surgery was not necessary. Would highly recommend Dr. Kiran Tulse if you are looking for a new dentist. Not sure if they do NHS but private costs are reasonable and they do have a plan for other work.

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent dental practice. Provider of good, highly professional personal care by very kind people who are polite and supportive.
