Fantastic experience: I recently had some treatment at Firwood Dental Practice and was very nervous about the procedure. Natalie was extremely professional and reassuring and put me at ease prior to the treatment, which went very well and was pain free. The aftercare for patients is excellent, I was contacted the next day to check on my progress and asked to contact the surgery should I have any problems. All of the staff at the surgery are helpful, friendly and very approachable. An excellent practice all round!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend this practice enough -if, like me, you have a fear of the dentist then this is the place for you. The premises are clean and modern and all staff are respectful. The dentists I have seen are Natalie and Eva and both of them are superb, they put you at ease, tell you what to expect, explain everything in detail and are always making sure you are OK. Had some dental work early this week I wasn't looking forward to but it couldn't have gone smoother - Natalie was brilliant. She takes away any apprehension so easily. The whole session was explained and didn't feel rushed or it's just another patient. Exactly how it should be. 10/10 all the way - there's no way I'd want to go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday was my 1st visit to a dentist for a very long time and I was feeling very apprehensive before my appointment with Natalie. However, Natalie and the team eased my fears considerably during the consultation and explained each procedure in great detail, which helped tremendously. I required the extraction of a broken tooth there and then which was completed quickly and painlessly. I honestly did not realise it had been removed as I did not feel a thing. I have several more procedures that are required and Natalie drew up a treatment plan, including costs, which I found to be very useful. She also explained the different options I had moving forward with my future treatment. All in all I could not fault the treatment I received. Thank you so much.

Positive experience: I have been coming to the dental practice for years when it was Mr Pong. I do really like Natalie and the staff at the surgery. They are very professional and the work done is always excellent. However I was a little disappointed that I had a 10 minute wait for my appointment.

Fantastic experience: After kissing the Bonnet of a car decade's ago with an open faced helmet on my front top and bottom teeth took the brunt!! I had been to many different dentists over the years, some good but most not that great. It got to the point where I wouldn't smile in public and I know I had to do something. I took the plunge and signed up to Firwood Dental Practice which happily is only a short walk away! I received a lovely welcome from all the staff! (and honestly...they truly are amazing!!) I was assigned to principal dentist Natalie. I gave Natalie the full story and hesitantly smiled. The reply was OK.... we have a few options!! Now twelve months later Natalie has completely transformed what was a horrible ugly Grin into an amazing for the world to see beautiful confident smile!! Which I am so proud to show off!! I honestly cannot recommend the whole team highly enough, and yes,.... A tooth Fairy truly does exist!! If you don't believe me, just go see for yourself!!

Fantastic experience: Really happy every time I visit this dentist. I'm registered here as well as my twins who are just 3 years old. They are very comfortable, Natalie makes them feel totally at ease and appointments are an absolute breeze! We've been for regular check ups and ad hoc appointments for two chipped teeth. Scheduling is always very accommodating which I really appreciate.

Fantastic experience: Having sensitive teeth, a scale and polish is normally a white knuckle ride for me, hence me trying Air Polishing. Everything was explained at the start, any questions answered, no pain whatsoever, my teeth feel and look much better. Would definitely recommend.

My husband had several complex medical issues which had impacted on his teeth and dental care but Natalie genuinely cared and went out of her way to help him and make sure that he was comfortable and able to receive a high standard of dental care despite the difficulties these presented during treatment. The care I have personally received has always been excellent. Natalie carefully considers what treatment plan she feels is best whatever the situation and clearly explains the options so I have always been able to make an informed choice. During treatment she regularly checks that I am doing ok, especially if treatment takes a long time. If you are looking for a dental practice that provides quality dental care in a warm, friendly and caring atmosphere, Firwood Dental Practice is the place to go. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Having an uneasiness regarding dental treatment due to a jaw problem, I can't praise Natalie enough for her patience and reassurance during my recent treatments for a partial crown and large filling. Couldn't even feel the injections either. Each step of the process she explains what's being done. She and her dental assistants are both pleasant and professional. Fantastic experience: This is the dental practice I take my daughter too. She's only 3, and displayed a lot of fear around the dentist when she was younger. The dentist recommended we upped the frequency of visits to get her used to the surrounding which did the trick. I find both dentists I have dealt with to be great with children, very professional and personable and little dental related gifts/ goody bags for the little ones every time. I just wish they had NHS slots for adults as I much prefer this dentist to my own.

Fantastic experience: Great team of people at Firwood dental practice, all members are polite and professional. Recently on a routine visit on doing my health check Natalie noticed the glands in my neck were enlarged and advised me to visit my doctor. My doctor gave me a thorough check over and found a murmur on my heart, further tests found problems that are now being treated.It's so important to get a regular check up and treatment for any dental work and in my case the check up found other problems.

Just recently I had an issue with my tooth I called & Natalie was away on holiday for the week. I was concerned that i was also going away in a couple of days & was very stressed at being away with the pain etc. They staff sorted me an appointment the same day at an alternative practice who looked after me. Firwood then followed up in the afternoon to ensure I was okay & booked me an appointment for my return from Holiday. Natalie then checked how I was & did further investigations. Fantastic experience: I lived in Chadderton for many years and I vi sited Firwood Dental Practice. I have moved since but I have to say I still go to Firwood because I have the most considerate, lovely, prettiest Dentist in the whole of Lancashire and perhaps in the whole of the UK. They are so pleasant that you have no need to worry they put you at your ease as quickly as possible. I recommend this Dental Practice to everyone in the vicinity.

Fantastic experience: This is a review on my mum’s experience as she doesn’t use a google account, I cannot speak highly enough about this dentist practice, I was in agony in the evening I called at 8am and Natalie came in early to treat me and check my tooth. I was in so much pain and Natalie treated me there and then.
