Fantastic experience: Honestly the most wonderful dental experience of any kind that I have had. Dr Kyi and everyone else here have been so kind, professional, knowledgable, understanding and attentive. My Invisalign treatment was really effective and has improved my quality of life tremendously. I couldn’t have wished for a better outcome! While my Invisalign treatment has finished, going forward I will still travel from the other side of London to get my biannual hygienist clean (Kamila is great) due to having such a consistently excellent experience here. Fantastic experience: What an amazing team! I recently broke my veneer and was referred to their Hammersmith Clinic by my partner. I went in thinking I would just get a quick fix to my issue, but instead I got the most caring dental check-up I've ever had. Aside from a welcoming team throughout, Dr. Sepi was an amazing dentist who gave me multiple treatment options to choose from, along with many recommendation for prolonged dental hygiene. Similar to the hygienist Kamila, who gave me many pieces of advice and beautifully clean teeth. Will definitely be going back there for any dental issues.

Top service - from the lovely receptionist to the splendid dentist and her assistant who did a thorough check up with scans and a walk through on the steps to take to improve dental appearance and health. They scanned my entire mouth to show me an (360 scan in colour) image of my mouth and where the cavities were. My new dentist and my family’s too.

He’s not your average patient as he has a cleft lip and palate – and to be honest other orthodontists turned him down. Fantastic experience: I chose WestLondon Orthodontist because of the number of good reviews online. The booking for the first appointment is digital friendly as the schedule and payment can all be done online. The excellent online review rating is authentic. As I visited the clinic, the experience was nice and the team explained the treatment clearly. I got an invisalign brace treatment and the whole treatment last for around a year. The overall process was pretty smooth. Together with the braces, I got a gadget to take photos of my teeth and so the team can closely review my progress remotely and gave me feedback every 2 weeks. With the regular monitoring, I only need to visit the clinic for checkup every 3 months. Such arrangement is awesome and saves me the travel time with minimal disruption to my day job. Now, I can smile with confidence. WestLondon Orthodontist is highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Aged 39 my 10 year old explained to me that my teeth weren't straight at all... Yet in my head I had always had a perfect smile! It transpires that your smile changes over time... Who knew!? I visit London twice a year and Dr Kyi was able to set me up with Invisalign and loaned me a special box and app that allowed me to use my phone to send her 3D images of my teeth. Every couple of weeks, whilst abroad, I sent a new scan and her team was able to guide me according my progress. So easy. Dr Kyi and her team was super welcoming and accommodated the fact that I was so rarely in London so easily. I can't imagine what a better experience could even look like... It was perfect.

I was looking to get my teeth straightened as since having traintracks as a teenager, they had moved quite significantly and were becoming crowded. Looking at myself on Teams calls everyday didn't help! I approached a few different practices for a consultation, and decided on West London Orthodontist after an initial call where Dr Chaw-Su Kyi reassured me with her professional manner, and honest assessment of what my treatment would take in terms of time, and getting the outcome of a long-lasting and stable result. I ended up with Invisalign for around 14 months, which I got used to very quickly and found very unobtrusive. No-one could tell! I had a great experience with all of the colleagues at the practice. They were accommodating with appointments, with options across both the Hammersmith and Harley Street locations, and delightful to deal with. I always felt in very good hands with Dr Kyi and her team who explained the treatment thoroughly at each stage. I would 100% recommend West London Orthodontist.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Kyi! I got Invisalign with her and I'm really happy with the results. She explained everything very clearly and I had full confidence in her work. The treatment took just over a year and I was given top and bottom fixed retainers, which I'm very happy with! I found cheaper places for Invisalign but I was more than happy paying a little extra for someone who I really trusted. Fantastic experience: Review for Dr. Harbottle- Following a nasty crack, which saw me lose more than half of my rear molar- several other dentists told me I would need a very expensive crown or have the tooth removed. After seeing Dr. Mark Harbottle, he confirmed that not only could he save the tooth- but opted for an inlay instead which is still in place today, 18 months on. He was very kind, very gentle and explained everything in detail. I knew I was in good hands. Would not hesitate to recommend Dr Harbottle to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Excellent orthodontist! So glad we found her for our son. Now 16 he has just had the braces removed and is thrilled with the results. Dr Kyi is a perfectionist. I'm not sure what usually happens but here you pay upfront for the treatment. It is a lot but there are NO further charges or hidden costs. That means unlimited appointments for years and Dr Kyi won't stop until she is perfectly happy with the results. In that sense it is wonderful value for money. Good teeth is one gift we can give our children that will affect their confidence for the rest of their lives.

Fantastic experience: This has been one of the best orthodontics experience I’ve had. The atmosphere is lovely and the receptionist is so nice! My orthodontists were so responsive and caring. They always ask me about my day and how my classes are going. They really show they care. They have a great eye for orthodontics and gave me a really easy fix for my teeth. The retainer at the back of my teeth popped out accidentally a year ago and since then my teeth have moved and become a little crooked. They helped me with a super easy fix that only took a couple of weeks and boosted my confidence! I cannot recommend this office enough!
