Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with your new periodontist yesterday, 23rd, Shekha. My appointment only lasted 15 mins and I do feel that £130 is a little excessive. I appreciate it is a private appointment, but my previous appointments with Sabina were far more thorough, she explained in more detail how my teeth were improving. I am however pleased that she is happy for me to see Lauren and Kiru, and I trust them to make sure I am doing all I can to improve my dental care. I am really happy with your dental practice and the progress I have made over the last year.

I had an inspection of the site, an X-ray and prescription for the infection, all within my amazing, gentle and respectful appointment! Honestly, I couldn’t recommend this dentist more (especially as a nervous patient)!!

My sons and I have been coming to Byways for several years, and the dentists, hygienists and receptionists are always lovely and very helpful. The premises are clean, inviting and welcoming and there is always a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Amita, our dentist, is a lovely person, very helpful and does a great job looking after our teeth. Kiru, our hygienist, is always very friendly and thoughtful, mindful of my sensitive gums when cleaning my teeth, and offers me helpful tips for keeping them looking their best. I am always so pleased that we have Byways so near by; my sons and I never dread going to the dentist

Fantastic experience: I came across the Hygienist, Jenna, at this practice earlier in the year and she has been extremely thorough and professional in her approach to the problems I was having with my teeth. I have just visited again - my fourth appointment - and will be ensuring that she is my go-to hygienist in the future, although I am now on a 'maintenance' programme. She has a friendly and relaxing manner and I have full confidence in her.

Fantastic experience: I started my Invisalign treatment with Amita in December 2020 and it lasted for around 15 months. I was extremely well looked after throughout and no discomfort at any time during it. I’m absolutely thrilled with the results and wish I’d done it years ago. I’m 69 but it’s has made me look younger or so I’m told. All I know is I’m happy to smile far more than I used to! Thanks so much guys!

Fantastic experience: I telephoned Byways a few minutes after 8:00 this morning with a significant dental problem. I was offered an appointment at 12:15 - which was good but things got better as a cancellation meant the receptionist was able to call me back 10, or so, minutes later and bring the appointment forward to 09:30. A nice example of proactive customer service. Once there the treatment could not, as ever, be criticised. By 10:00 the problem was fixed.

Fantastic experience: Byways Dental surgery is by far the best dental surgery I've been with in the UK. The professionalism and care provided by everyone at Byways starts with the friendly and helpful reception staff, alongside the thorough precision of the excellent hygienist and extends to the expert eye of the dentists. I come away with a better understanding of self care dental practices, reassurance about any treatments that have been done and are scheduled to happen, and a better understanding of my own lifestyle choices that mat impact my dental health. This past year, I've also signed up to an annual payment plan, under the advice of my dentist and hygienist, and am now saving some money while not having to compromise on the quality of care. The quaint village location also offers a sense of calm and ease. The practice is spotless and beautifully presented, making every visit pleasant and welcoming. The staff are always ready to help ammend appointments over the phone when other life events necessitate changes. Their attention to detail is what sets them apart. I feel very safe and well looked after at Byways Dental and would highly recommend it as a long term patient of the surgery.

Fantastic experience: Great service from Lauren and her team, on a routine check it was advised my temporarily filled broken tooth, for many years, really needed attention. To be honest I had been putting this off for fear of losing the tooth. This fear was unfounded and after a couple of sessions I have a new crown. Everything feels and looks much better. I have found Lauren to be an excellent dentist who I can trust and have confidence in.

Positive experience: Good service overall but two issues. 1. ‘New’ cleaning apparatus offered by hygienist not working 2. Payment in advance is outrageous for those CUSTOMERS who have always been on time and never cancelled. Using a health service as ‘bargaining’ leverage is not good PR.

Fantastic experience: It took me some time to find Dr Amita and the team, but since then I haven’t looked back. From the start of my Invisalign journey, I knew that I was in the best hands with Dr Amita. Throughout my treatment I was always well informed of every stage, procedure and my progress by having monthly face-to-face checkups. And of course the results speak for themselves. I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else with my Invisalign treatment but Dr Amita!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic practice. From start to finish. I had a bad infected tooth over the bank holiday weekend and huge efforts were made to fit me in for an emergency examination. The pocedure a few days later was painless and pleasant. Pavan the dentist was amazing thank you again to yourself and your assistant. Receptionists are lovely too very friendly and informative.

Fantastic experience: Like many I am a very nervous patient when it comes to the dentist. This time I also had to have a tooth pulled out and when I found out about my treatment plan there was only one place I would go and that is Byways even though it takes 3 hours for me to get there. Pavan, Amita and the staff at the clinic are very patient and reassuring. Sabina who had the unfortunate luck of having me as a patient was also very patient and talked me through every bit of the procedure. Thank you to everyone at Byways for making the whole experience a lot better than I thought it would be :)
