Fantastic experience: Outstanding customer service as usual! I can’t praise this practice highly enough for their brilliant customer care. In particular, I’d like to commend Eileen at the “front of house” post. Eileen has a wonderful way with her clients and goes the extra mile to make things work for them. She juggled around my appointment today with another client, to help me out with an emergency with my cat. It’s people like Eileen who put the care back into customer service. Excellent and very nice and professional service - during my first visit Dr M Parekh performed detailed examination and explained everything clearly and with patience. UPD from June 2025: I believe that this is one of the best clinic I’ve ever attended. My whole family are the patients of this practice for almost a year now, and we are very happy with the quality of services and atmosphere in clinic in general. The team is nice and friendly. Dr Murtuza Parekh is the best. Eileen (receptionist) always kindly reminds me when time for next check up or hygienist visit comes - this is greatly appreciated! The hygienist Roohi Awan is very professional and caring. Recently, I also had a surgical extraction of a wisdom tooth (was done by Dr Wasi Haider) - quick, smooth and painless. Fantastic experience: Had my first visit here recently for an examination and X-rays, and I was really impressed. The place is clean and very welcoming, which instantly made me feel more relaxed. The receptionist is super lovely, very helpful and sweet, and really makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Fantastic experience: Truly cannot fault Lebanon Park in any way! I’m a very anxious patient and everyone at the surgery is excellent at what they do. From Eileen the wonderfully friendly receptionist, to Dr Murtuza the highly compassionate and professional principal dentist and all of the support team inbetween. Special mention to Dr Wasi who surgically removed my wisdom tooth today in about 5 minutes with absolutely zero pain (even the injections!) I’m so grateful to him for his understanding and care. I won’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased with my treatment. I am now happy to smile in photos. Even in conversation I now realise how much I was aware of my teeth, which had changed as I got older. Fantastic experience: Dr Murtuza Parekh is an artist in dentistry dental surgery.Let me explain: I had a wisdom tooth I put on hold its extraction for a long while. I also had a very stubborn and hard to extract molar as it turned out The doctor said I could get them out the same say. I was like ....I believe I won't survive :a wisdom tooth extraction and a hard to extract molar...2 back to back extractions ?? I mean no break in between...My husband convinced me to go ahead as he knows and fully trusts the doctor. Guess what ? I got back home by bus no need to take a taxi and on my way back home stopped by to do some quick shopping . No down the line complications, infections and after a couple of days gradually back to normal diet . The post extraction pain had nothing to do with the horror stories I heard and expected and was bearable. If this is not dentistry art then... what is it ?

Fantastic experience: What a FANTASTIC experience! We have moved the whole family over to this practice, and can definitely recommend them for younger children also. So incredibly friendly - from the initial booking process with the efficient Reception team, all the way through to the Hygienist, Dentist and Dental Assistant. Needless to say, my 5yo daughter now loves the dentist and cant wait for her next appointment. (Might be slightly biased after receiving two cookies and a Frozen sticker on the way out, but overcoming her ‘Finding Nemo’ dentist fears - I’ll take the win!)

I managed to get a last minute cancellation later that day with Dr Parekh had the full new patient check up. I am a very nervous patient, but he put me at ease. Very courteous, professional service. I could not get a Hygienist appointment that week and I was about to go on a trip, so as an exception, Dr Parekh kindly did this for me as well. I highly recommend this practice.
