Negative experience: Worst dental clinic, I had an appointment this week and got stuck in traffic, I had a lot of toothache and they wouldn't let me in. They don't care that the patient is in pain .I called them before I told them I was stuck in traffic.I don’t know what to say ,the worst doctors the worst clinic

His colleagues too are efficient and competent and desk staff are flexible and accommodating.

He has a great bedside manner, good sense of humor and talks you through everything he is doing . He is so thorough, I have every confidence in him. Negative experience: Avoid them if you can.Discrimination NHS patients. They give prescription for antibiotics, told me that they will phone me next week to fix tooth. 2 weeks after in pain fiance phone them with a complaint that they didn't phone and it's starts again, receptionist start rising voice and finally shouting to my woman. I dress up and get there. I ask receptionist why she shouting over the phone to my woman, and drop the phone. She starts again so all of them jump on me finally even that doctor who negligate me. He said he never told me that he will fix the tooth. I start asking for names to make a complaint, they refuse. I make complain thru email, that receptionist responding to them in rude manner. After that she even use my adress pass to police few weeks later only to send them to me to tell me to not come back. I didn't back already becouse I found different super good dentist in area :D but she pass my adress becouse I pass next to a dentist (im living there) They was avoiding for weeks send me my med records. after they negligate fiance. They put her TOO BIG TOOTH. She also is with same dentist as me and they want her med records and fix what they screw up. So after 2 ignored requests one request from my girl, one from new dentists and one more from her they send her medical records with a notes of mental state of me. Just simply shared notes about 3th person in her medical records. And look what they did. She is suffer cos biting own tongue constantly. Avoid, cos now we both where discrimated (cos NHS) negligated two persons. And bullying for a year! On monday we gonna speak to Solicitors and make complain to health department etc.

Negative experience: I was happy finally one dentist firm agreed to register me and apex Feltham confirmed with My phycologist she call from St George hospital and talk with them..and she emailed me to go this dentist firm I already spoke to them they have space and they Gona register you...I went second day receptionist in left hand side Asian background very rude angry attitude..she give me form and I talk about who send me and for what I am here she didn't said me we are full of no space..if they full how I get forms and I fill form and bring my prescription list and I got answer we complete Ur registration today later and we call you for appointment...after 2 weeks I contact them today and same lady answer phone first of all she not recognised me..she answered no you not registered I remind her and told her personally I come.i fill forms and you received..than she said ho we don't have space we are full...the problem is that I want NHS treatment not private because I can't afford... because first day same question private or NHS and when I told my psychiatrist confirmed you have space and she sends me...she accept me that time because other patients sitting there..and today becomes full because I am not rich and can't afford private treatment...so they become full now...from first day she not happy with her rude attitude... private patients right good review because they are welcome and treated good they paying...but for NHS no value no humanity..wish I have money..and they respectfully welcome me too...first I am human being but money talks..very bad

Negative experience: I visited this dental clinic with Dr. Hiba, and I do not recommend her at all. She performed a filling for me, which, according to her observation of the tooth and the X-ray, was deep but not touching the nerve. However, she ended up placing the filling directly over the nerve, which has caused me constant pain ever since. The drilling process was extremely harsh and rough, almost as if she was punching my tooth, and it felt very unprofessional. You can’t trust this dentist

Fantastic experience: Sivaranjani is a new dentist at this practice I found her very kind gentle and considerate and would recommend her to anyone who is feeling a bit nervous. The reception staff and nurses are also very nice .

I had my first appointment with Sonali Puranas today and she is truly amazing at her job. She was incredibly patient with me and talked me through every step. I highly recommend her to anyone. Fantastic experience: I cannot speak too highly of the work carried out by Dr Shervin Kamyab. The lower molar implants were carried out with infinite care and painstaking skill which also included using drilled out bone to re-implant as strengthening to the jaw - amazing. The end result has revolutionised my eating and life is back to normal. The standard of workmanship is very high and anyone contemplating the procedure should NOT go abroad for a cheap job which will only produce long term bad results in a short term.

Negative experience: Very rude and manager even more ruder I phoned just few mins before my appointment as I was up all night couldn’t sleep fever hot and coke restless legs jaw ache headache and now gone to chest tried explaining but according to there policy coz missed two appointments can’t make another one , I’m sure the rules are three appointments but I didn’t miss it if ring before my appointment to try rearrange for later today or rearrange but they answered two mins before my appointment and now all this very unprofessional and don’t let you explain the issues and I’ve got mental health and need help going places but just got emergency appointments my gp and I’m complaining higher up to board for This do not go to this dentist

Fantastic experience: This is a fanatic dentist. DR Q Hussain was fantastic at explaining things, giving me reassurances and helping to formulate a plan of action to get my dental health back on track. The administration staff are always very helpful and polite. The surgery is clean and very well presented. There is controlled parking right outside.

Fantastic experience: I was really worried about coming to the dentist for appointments after not going to one in a long time due to a really bad experience with my last dentist. I had an emergency appointment with Dr Sona T Mahtab who was very informative to help me with my current situation. I registered to Apex Dental that day and have been very pleased with the treatment I have received since to help me with my toothaches. The staff are all very friendly, polite and welcoming and Dr Sona walked me through the treatments I’ve had so far and really helped to settle my nerves from my last dentist to help me feel less anxious for the treatment I have had and will be having soon. I couldn’t be happier with my experiences here!

Fantastic experience: I was very apprehensive to do any cosmetic treatment. However, after meeting Dr Hussain I was very confident that this is the dentist I want to look after my teeth. A very nice man who took time to discuss all the options with me. We finally agreed on orthodontic treatment and I am ecstatic with the outcome. It has greatly improved my confidence and self-esteem, I can not stop smiling. A special shout-out to his nurse Devi, who is always smiling and happy to help.

Fantastic experience: l had a dental issue. I went to apex dental because my own dentist referred me there in 2019.They did a fantastic job for me . Now went for a dental check up.The dentist mr Hussain diagnosed an infection and recommended a root canal procedure to remove the infection.My people this guy did a pain free job for me .it's over three weeks now no pain. The administration team do a great job in reminding you of when your next appointment is scheduled via email, text and telephone. Special shout out to Devi, the nurse that looks after me whilst the dentist (Qasim) does his thing. He is very calm and clear about the approach he would like to take and explains the pros and cons of each plan with costs transparent at the outset. There is no pressure and you are given time to consider the options presented. Highly recommend this dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: I am an incredibly nervous patient and suffered extensively with teeth problems as a child. Reluctantly I had to seek a dentist as I cracked a back tooth and needed to get it fixed. I had a consultation with X-rays and a second visit for a hygiene clean and 3 fillings. I won't deny I was scared but the Dentist was so kind, patient, attentive and took time to explain everything and what was going to happen. I was still scared all the way through but he was absolutely brilliant and I will be going back for regular chek ups. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for any type of visit but especially for nervous patients. Thank you.

Negative experience: Stared seeing the new dentist 1year ago all going well had an appointment booked in for treatment but had to cancel fur to my mum passing I eventually booked in again for treatment but due to my health and anxiety since losing my mum I didn't make it so his now refused to see me he all stated a root cannel would cost me £1500 then the second time said £800 3rd time it would be free

Fantastic experience: Got seen on time every time. I don’t like the dentist but who does? On this occasion I had a front crown replaced, well explained painless experience. To be honest I would have happily kept the temporary crown, it was great. All finished now and really chuffed with the new crown. Well done Qasim, top job

I was seen and treated by Dr Qasim Hussain. He was very clear with his explanation of treatments and options. He answered all my questions and addressed all concerns with ease. Dr Hussain was very gentle and caring during the procedure. I would recommend him to anyone who requires dental treatment, he has made the whole process so much easier and I feel my dental fear has reduced substantially from this experience.

Fantastic experience: I have had 3 treatments with Apex in the past 5/6 months. Thus far, I have been welcomed with a smile, my appointments have been punctual, efficient & informative. I have received two fillings & a crown in this time. Each visit was as to be expected, efficient, educational & free from any unusual follow-up concerns. Infact, I enjoyed a thick sirloin steak the same evening of my crown fitting. Brave move. Few weeks later, still no issues. Thank you to Ali & the team.

Negative experience: Had an appointment at this place some time ago. Did not rate the dentist highly at all. He was obnoxious and rude at my mother including some comments about her physical appearance. Also making inappropriate comments about going to Hungary for cheaper implants. Disgraceful and unprofessional behaviour right from the get go. Since I received this response, I have emailed but had no reply for a number of weeks. Even if no records were kept of the appointment from some time ago, I'm still calling out the rude behaviour. I'm a professional myself and for a dentist to assume we couldn't afford the necessary treatment therefore it warrants him the right to speak to the patient like rubbish is disgraceful. I ask those who wrote high ranking reviews: did you already pay for your treatments? Because that's probably the only reason why the dentist seemed polite and friendly
