I was shown such understanding, support and compassion. They also went out of their way to ensure I received the best treatment to suit my specific needs. Also my new crown looks amazing. Fantastic experience: I always have a pleasant visit when I take my children. The dentists are all so friendly and polite, the dental nurse especially always remembers my children and makes them feel so comfortable and at ease, thank you.

Fantastic experience: I had crowns that needed doing for years and I was too scared, but when I eventually went, Dr. Paris was so gentle and skilled that I felt no pain at all and her work is beautiful!

Fantastic experience: I must say I was extremely satisfied with my appointment with Nzinga. She made me feel so at ease throughout! I went in for a check up and she made sure she went above and beyond for me, explaining everything thoroughly to ensure I understand. She also demonstrated how to properly use interdental brushes as I was using the wrong size and also explained the issue with this which was useful. All round, very impressed - it’s nice to know that when you go in for a service, you don’t have to worry about the bare minimum being done, but can be confident that you will be well looked after!

Fantastic experience: Registering over the phone was easy and an appointment was available quickly. I received a great service, both a routine check up and some required treatments which were explained to me and completed in the same appointment. The surgery was also neat, clean, and comfortable.

Negative experience: I had a series of free appointments at this private clinic with Dr. Mojgan Azari. The first visit was a routine check-up. During the second, she started drilling but then said she needed to order a “special filling,” which delayed the treatment. By the third appointment, the procedure was finally carried out—without basic tools like cheek holders—and the outcome was far from acceptable. She managed to put the filling from the second try. The filling fell out shortly after the visit on the same day, and it had felt too high from the start. Also the Dr. said that I have done my best and I am not sure how long this will hold. I was also told that only one tooth can be treated every two months under NHS entitlement, but I haven’t found any official information confirming this. Had I paid for this treatment, I would seriously consider legal action. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this clinic or the Dr. “To whoever replied to my review: Don’t pretend you want to ‘make things right’ when I’ve already called and was told the earliest emergency appointment is in September. That’s not a resolution—that’s a joke. If you really cared about patients, you’d back your words with action. Stop wasting people’s time with canned responses.”

Fantastic experience: Had such a great experience with Nzinga and her nurse, made me feel comfortable and at ease. No pain felt, very thorough clean and check completed. I will surely be returning to them again in the near future and recommending them to others.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care and service given to my elderly mum! The dentist and all staff were kind, patient and carefully explained all options during this emergency appointment. Then at my mum’s request, the dentist also added a routine work for my mum. Highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I first saw Dr Mojgan Azari six years ago feeling very nervous about going to the dentist. She did some excellent work and I have since gone for further work. She puts me at ease, is extremely professional and does very good dental work. It’s really made a very positive impact to my life and I thank the dentist and her great staff for their work.

Negative experience: Nzinga Aidoo-Bell. do my Son 7 years old , she makes him hurt and crying a few times , during that time, she very rule and inpatient with my son and her colleagues as well . and she asking me why anytime my son coming with different doctors dentist at that’s clinic . I will never come back .

Negative experience: I'm saddened to say the hygienist spend 12 minutes on cleaning my teeth no flossing hardly any detail descaling only using the water jet. This was the first time she was attending to me. I hope they take this feedback seriously. I feel disappointed and ripped off. I used to see the main de test who I was happy with.

Fantastic experience: I had an accident with my permanent retainer, the bonds fell off, after eating a pistachio. Greedy me! I contacted Hillview Dental Centre and they managed to book me in for an appointment on the same day. I saw a lovely orthodontist, who managed to fix my retainer and bonded the wire back to its place. I’m really grateful for the excellent service I’ve received today and that my issue was resolved. I would definitely recommend this surgery. Thank you!

Negative experience: I used to come here a few years ago and although I am no longer a customer here, I thought I would share my experience. On my first few visits over the years of my dentist was wonderful. And, maybe sometime just before or after covid she had left. So, I had a new regular dentist with a horrible attitude. Each time it felt rushed and she just didn't care. I came to get a filling done, and I had to be numbed as the hole was quite big. She injected me multiple times as I could still feel, eventually I said it was fine and went through the procedure feeling almost everything because she just kept injecting me in the wrong areas and I didn't want anymore. Without asking what filling I wanted she just went ahead with the procedure. Numb on the wrong side of my face, I didn't say anything and assumed she would put composite as the filling she has aas a white colour. I looked in the mirror and it was this horrible bright white filling, carelessly pressed into the hole without shaping or anything. Because of the crater left behind food kept getting stuck there and I could feel the type of pain you'd get when a tooth breaks. Because of covid I couldn't get an appointment. Eventually, my enamal around the filling cracked off, just leaving the back half my tooth and the ugly white filling. After this I searched for a new dentist and didn't even bother to go back or complained up until now As the years have gone by I hope that things have gotten better here. Although, I should have reported this lady to HillView earlier, being a young adult and experiencing this for the first time I didn't have the guts to say anything. Whoever is reading this, remember, that this did happen a few years ago and hopefully things have changed.
