Fantastic experience: If only I hadnt been so scared of the dentist, all those years ago ! Anyway, better late , than never , to keep to my Regular check ups with Dentist and hygeniest. All the staff are very friendly and informative which puts me at ease , I no longer dread going, not my favourite place , I must admit , but so worth it for the health reasons.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Nuvo for dental care. The troublesome tooth was either going to need a filling or it would be extracted. It did need to be extracted. It was a complex extraction process and Arun did an amazing job of this. Recovery was much smoother than I had imagined and I was prescribed antibiotics to prevent any infection. I could not have been any more impressed with my treatment which was extremely professional.

Fantastic experience: Excellent work on my teeth. Injection discomfort minimal. When i have needed an emergency appointment i have been able to get them same day. I find the text reminders of appointments very helpful. Very conveniently located for me!

Fantastic experience: Dr Colin Silcox has been absolutely wonderful in treating my 94 year old mother. He has shown compassion and professionalism in supporting her with the loss of her teeth. His meticulous follow up treatment has been excellent and she now has a good set of top dentures. I can highly recommend his servies and am most thankful to the dental nurses and administive staff for the excellent service and support they give my mother.

Fantastic experience: This practice has been out dentist for many years and we have never been disappointed. We are reminded of our dental appointments nearer to the date and time, and on an occasion when urgent treatment was required due to severe pain, treatment was offered the same day. During routine appointments, we are treated promptly, kept informed of any treatment needs, and all staff in reception are always polite, In my early adult life, a visit to the dentist was an ordeal, but with this dentist, things are routine , reassuring and pain free.

Fantastic experience: If you are scared of the dentist like me who would cry at the thought of having anything done believe me this is the best dentist you could go to i had to have a teeth out yes I cried but Mr Colin Silcox was fantastic he talked to me all the way and put me at ease which is hard to do, I won't say I will be looking forward to my next appointment but I think I could get a lot better with him so I won't be so scared.

The staff are all very professional, friendly, helpful and reassuring. My particular Dentist,Colin, is excellent. Since Nuvo took over the practice the service hasn't changed, although there has been a lot of modernisation which appears to have improved the service even more. Very happy to recommend Nuvo Dental.

Fantastic experience: I was in a lot of pain with a wisdom tooth, I called in to book an emergency appointment. I was dealt with quickly. I was a little grouchy due to the pain and gave the receptionist a hard time. She was nothing but lovely and very professional, if it had of been the other way around, I probably would probably have hung up the phone. So full credit to her and thank you for your patience. The tooth extraction was rapid and absolutely pain free. I cannot express what lovely staff are here. Brilliant dentist and I cannot recommend enough to be fair.

Fantastic experience: As someone who, when a child has very bad and painful experiences with dentists the memories haunt. Mr Colin Silcox has always been sympathetic and understanding. Now I have no fear of visiting the dentist. Mr Silcox and his nurse are very professional, friendly and efficient, as are the lovely ladies on reception. If only it was on the NHS :-).

Fantastic experience: I had to find a new dentist, which I wasn't happy about, but it's actually worked to my advantage: I am beyond impressed with Nuvo Dental in Dawlish. Nobody particularly likes going to the dentist (no offence meant!), but my experience there almost made it like a social outing, well, not quite, but you get my drift. Fantastic experience: My first treatment with the hygienist at Nuvo was good. She was respectful of my tooth sensitivity and moved carefully in order not to cause discomfort. Her advice was sound for future dental care and I have invested in an electric toothbrush! No looking back. Thank you. After breaking a tooth with a very old filling holding it together, I was lucky to get an emergency appointment. The dental surgeon, Saif, who I was appointed to, was superb. He took me carefully through a number of aternative solutions explaining with great clarity the possible options. His work on my tooth was incredibly skilful and he showed constant consideration for my comfort and well- being. This was one of the best dental experiences I have had. All of the staff were as pleasant and professional as always. 29/05/2024

Positive experience: I recently had a cracked filling - on requesting an appointment with my dentist l was told there would be a wait of 2 months but could see an emergency dentist that day. I opted for the appointment that day and mt filling was repaired. Unfortunately 5 days later it broke again so l requested another appointment and was offered one in a couple of days time with a third dentist. He was really good and repaired the filling with great care. I can not fault the care l received and how l was treated by the reception staf. l am only giving 4 stars as it was not possible to get an appointment with my named dentist within a reasonable time frame and obviously l would have preferred not to have needed two trips to repair my broken filling.

Fantastic experience: I attended for a regular NHS dental checkup. I was seen on time and made to feel welcome. My checkup was thorough and on this occassion included an xray that was inspected whilst i was there. A small filling crack was identified and a follow up appointent was made and emailed to me. I am very satisfied with this service.
