Fantastic experience: Thank you Antrim House , I came here and first saw the principal dentist, Garima, she was excellent at making me feel at ease and then made me an appointment to see the cosmetic dentist I think was Ruksana, she was very warm and welcoming and understanding, and completely made me feel comfortable, from prep work to the final fit of veneers, the experience was fantastic, they definitely go above and beyond here, Thank you so much Ruksana for giving me my smile back.

Fantastic experience: I've just left an appointment at antrim house dental practice, I am such a nervous patient and I said a lovely dentist called karishma , she was the best dentist i have ever seen in my 54 years , she was so calming and took care to talk me through the treatment , she was absolutely fantastic ahe was that amazing I'm swapped my previous dentist to see karishma, The lady on reception Nita was so professional when I made this request, My overall experience today at antrim house was amazing and I cannot honestly tell you jow calm I was when I left Well done Karishma and Nita . Fantastic experience: Called the practice today to be booked in urgently. Was given a same day appointment and was in and out. Seen on time with my problem solved same day. Top service!

Negative experience: Absolute joke this place is do not go there just money grabbing asked for help with wisdom tooth and they turned round and said just live with it I told the NHS at new cross hospital and they told me to change dentist asap .. and that's what I'm doing.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment with Karishma, and the experience was truly exceptional. She is a remarkably dedicated professional whose gentle, caring manner immediately put me at ease. Her knowledge and professionalism were evident throughout the visit, and her warm, respectful approach was greatly appreciated. Karishma was also excellent with my son, as was the hygienist/dental nurse. My son has additional needs, and although I did not mention that this was only his second visit to a dentist due to anxiety, she treated him with patience and understanding. After being with my previous dental surgery for nearly 20 years, I am delighted that I decided to make the change. While I do not personally experience dental anxiety, this appointment demonstrated the calibre of care Karishma provides. She is an exceptional dentist and a credit to her profession. Thank you both for your kindness, professionalism, and warm presence. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: What a difference a good dentist makes .. As some one that is petrified of dentists due to school dentists in late 1950s early 60s .I would normally turn round at the dentists door or would need to be prescribed valium to get me inside just for a check up .due to which my teeth are now in a bad state . I attended Antrim house in August 25 and was treated by Aashiq Dandiker what a difference I felt at ease straight away from the confidence that he gives you .. and felt at ease with having fillings If you get the chance ASK FOR Aashiq Dandiker. But all the staff are excellent and professional ,polite and put you at ease .

Fantastic experience: What amazing treatment I’ve received from the ladies at Antrim House Dental Practice. I needed urgent treatment and Garima the principal dentist facilitated this with compassion and professionalism. I felt totally confident in her assessment of the treatment I would need. She eased any fears I had and I felt confident to meet the other members of her team. The following day I returned to be treated by Suffiyan the hygienist. He too was incredibly kind and gentle and professional in his treatment. After a couple of days break I was back for three fillings with Ruksana. Again I was treated with professionalism and compassion. She talked me through each step and gave breaks as needed, I’m looking forward to going back to have cosmetic work in the future. My final visit was later in the day with oral surgeon Meenakshi. Again total professionalism and kindness. I couldn’t believe how quickly she removed my teeth. Again she talked me through every step of the procedure. Everyone at Antrim house was incredibly kind I’m a nervous patient and they supported me every step of the way. Huge shout out to all of the dental nurses who were involved in my treatment and to the practice manager and Nikita and the other ladies on reception. I highly recommend Antrim House Dental Practice. But I was met with friendly, welcoming faces at reception and when having the work done, the girls Karishma and Sobika were honestly amazing! Fantastic experience: Visited the Dentist on Wednesday 4/09/2024 an emergency appointment which was quick . I was seen by ASH and I can honestly say I had a back tooth out and I never felt a thing . When finished I said WOW your Brilliant to ASH i cannot recommend this man enough . I didn’t even know my tooth had been removed . No pain what so ever from injections or extraction . Highly Recommended . I have visited the dentist quite often this year . The reception staff are very polite and helpful The practice very clean . I am a very happy customer . Thank you very much . Positive experience: Very friendly reception staff and I received fabulous service from Abby. I had RCT.... to remove an old RCT and six weeks later, to complete the RCT. Thoughout both hour long procedures Abby explained what was going to happen, if I was comfortable and reassured me constantly. It's not a nice procedure but Abby made the whole thing bearable. Abby has restored my confidence in visiting the dentist again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Antrim House practice.

Fantastic experience: I had a telephone consultation with mustafa last week, unfortunately I had called a bit late but his advice was to call 111 and try to get emergency dental treatment, he also told me he would call me back the following Monday to see how I got on. I took his advice called 111 got emergency dental advice from another local dentist, however I was reluctant to have my tooth extracted as was last one on top and wanted to try tonsave it, although yhe advice from emergency dentist was to extract. I got through the weekend and as promised mustafa called me back and made me an appointment which I was very pleased, my tooth somehow become OK and stopped hurting so I cancelled the appointment on ge Tuesday, on Wednesday evening during my evening meal I bit ion some thing hard and cracked the tooth and the pain immediately came back. I called antrim house and was lucky to reach mustafa who again made me an appointment at the earliest convenience to myself. It was the Friday of the same week and j was able to go and have the tooth extracted the same morning. This allowed a day for healing and I was able to return to work without missing any days. The service was impeccably and I would highly rate this dentist service to anyone looking for a local dental practice to enter into.

Fantastic experience: Visited the practice today and they really pulled the service out the. I was seen by a new to me dentist S.Patel what can I say he's a true credit to the practise great manor and full of knowledge and really caring. Great turn around for this practise.

Negative experience: This practice has gone down hill as there seems to be a revolving door of dentists leaving. I have had five different Dentists from my last six appointments l, meaning you get no consistency in your treatment and differing opinions on ongoing treatment plans, which is very confusing.

Positive experience: If you have a severe form of dental phobia and anxiety like me, come to Antrem house dentist. They helped me overcome my anxiety and fear that I got from a bad experience in my childhood and kept for many years. Thanks Dr Asia, Dr Gareema, Dr Mustafa and all the lovely staff. Everybody who works here is so friendly and reassuring. They always make me feel welcomed and make every visit a positive experience for me. I can't recommend this dental service enough.

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter for her appointment. At the reception, I was greeted with receptionist and practice manager Kiran. They were very helpful guiding me what to do and where to wait etc.The Dental hygienist Sofian had both empathetic and professional touch. He gave is us the full explanation of the issues and ongoing plan of action. He was very easy to talk to. Overall, it was a good experience.

Fantastic experience: Arrived at the surgery desperately seeking help for my daughter as our usual dentist had closed unexpectedly. I was greeted by efficient and friendly reception staff who promptly registered my daughter and arranged for a same day appointment as my daughter hadn’t eaten or drank for 2 days. My daughter has severe anxiety due to a traumatic accident last year but within 10 minutes the dentist had reassured her enough to get her in the chair and remove the problematic tooth. I was so grateful to Dr Sinha for the wonderful service. Many thanks

Positive experience: My dentist Joythi has left so I had to see another dentist. I found this dentist was quite negative and didn't listen to what I was telling her. I felt undervalued and disappointed when I left the surgery. I have emailed the Practice Manager as I am hearing impaired, no reply as yet. Still no reply to my email.
