During this time, I have always received excellent treatment from the dentists I have been a patient with. My dentist Adam Mulji is very friendly and approachable. He always has answers for the many questions I have about my treatment and explains options. He makes me feel at ease in his care. Negative experience: It is completely unacceptable that the dentist would mandate an expensive hygiene clean as a compulsory prerequisite treatment .English is not our first language . I do not if that is the reason she try to extort money out of our pocket . My husband required a routine filling this year .However , the dentist (I do not want mention her name)required to book hygiene clean and treatment with her . we did not mind to pay for hygiene clean , as we all need that one or two year. To our greater frustration , this mandatory cleaning was profoundly inadequate .The dentist performed it in a mere 4 minutes , charging £75 for what was essentially a cursory effort . This stands in stark contrast to the thorough , 20-minutes cleaning by actual hygienist , which we would have gladly booked separately if we felt it was necessary. I complained to the receptionist and requested to change dentists, I was given empty assurances, I was told I would be called back if another dentist became available, but that call never came. This practice seems to operate with the arrogant assumption that patients have no alternatives, especially within the NHS system. They demonstrate a blatant disregard for patient satisfaction and show profound disrespect by simply ignoring legitimate requests

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment at the practice today and my daughter’s first dentist appointment ever. What an incredible experience! The 2 lovely ladies made the whole thing so special for my daughter. They were kind, warm and on top form with the humour! She’s asked if we can go back again tomorrow! Fantastic experience: Having lost a piece of my tooth, no pain but a concern that it may fall apart, I was booked on to a non emergency appointment a week later where I was assured that the tooth was stable and could be repaired. This will be reviewed at my check up in August where we will make our final decision. Thank you.
