Fantastic experience: I've been attending this practice for over 30 years with different owners. I've always had great service however I rarely have anything done, just a check up. Had my annual checkup today with Amit who is most pleasant. Again nothing needed, thankfully. I like the timely reminders which are very useful.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting dental practise. My partner booked an appointment over a year ago and when he turns up they tell him it’s cancelled. No courtesy to call or send a message prior to him arriving for his scheduled appointment. Staff are not polite. Definitely avoid!! Would give 0 stars.

Fantastic experience: Recently had checkup for me and my 2 daughters had a handy reminder text message day before ,on arrival staff very friendly and helpful also daughter had bad toothache weeks before and was fitted in to be seen the following day on a emergency appointment a very positve experiece on both visits thank you all keep doing what your doing

Negative experience: Almost impossible to get an appointment if you are a NHS customer. Very poor service and communication. They never ring you back after you leave a message. No stars other than the bare minimum I'm afraid.

Positive experience: The receptionist was absolutely fantastic. Even though visibly very busy, she greeted me with a kind word and a smile, took my details and offered assistance to fill out paperwork if required. I wish all NHS receptionists could be as pleasant as this. Sadly this was the high point of the visit as the dentist may as well have been on her phone. She did not welcome me or introduced herself. A 5 minute check up and that was that.

Fantastic experience: Great service at Trallwn Dental Surgery today , went in for emergency appointment and was accommodated within 10 minutes by the receptionist . The dentist saw me and dealt with the issue within an hour . Very happy after a lot of pain and concern with my tooth.

Positive experience: Was shocked to receive appointment from them and I was treated fairly but different from the other people who were my dentist I then had to pay for check up but X-ray used to be included in the price which was £12-14 I did not ask for X-ray but was told it was routine so I was not happy when charged £20 even though my check up was free being over 60 I should be happy that I got a dentist I have been going to this practice for over 20 years The dentist I saw was nichola and very gentle

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience at my children’s check up today. We saw a new dentist Mr Gupta. He was incredibly thorough & so lovely. He really put my child, who is autistic at ease. Resulting in the least stressful dentist visit we’ve ever had.

Negative experience: Not happy with the lack of NHS service by this practice. Although asked to call practice at 8:30am for any emergency appointments, no guarantee and will only let you know IF you have one rather than let you know that you can't , though they ask you to call them to a triage system each morning and You have to wait all day to only find at the close of play that you aren't successful. Not great when you have severe throbbing pain in your tooth and bleeding - have tried over the counter pain relief , warm salty mouth washes and are immunosuppressed . They instruct you to call 111 or go to A/ E but 111 tell the patients that the practice has a duty of care to see you. So they call them and ask them to see you. No duty here at the practice it seems only dismissive practice. Encourage copious appointments to eventually get round to having an extraction. They said they can only look at the swelling ?? But nothing else ! ( also have a swelling on the gum above the other temporary filling that popped out earlier.) Had this done in January at an out of hours dentist as no chance of an appointment with Trallwn surgery. What about the pain ? I had a Pleomorphic Adenoma removed from this area previously so I thought they could have at least checked all was ok , alongside throbbing pain from the missing filling area. I understand the pressure that NHS dentists are placed under with underfunding , however as a clinician myself I will never understand what I felt was dismissive practice as soon as I entered the room . Feel very let down by the lack of patient care .

Positive experience: It’s my first appointment in three years when called the practice to see if I was still registered there they said yes but I had to wait two months for an appointment for a check up they called me back to tell that some availability so booked an appointment had my appointment I was there for five minutes told me that one of my fillings had come out and did I want it refilled I said yes so was told make an appointment at the desk which I did and now I’ve got another two months for the filling to be done I thought the bill was quite hefty for an nhs patient
