Fantastic experience: Very kind and polite, not invasive to someone who is petrified of dentist. Not critical on hygiene methods, more an advisory method to make you feel at ease and gives you a dental plan to help you going forward. For me its how long I can keep my teeth. But going forward its a bone graft and implants in 5 years or so if im lucky. This lady is actually very compassionate and helpful for my future treatments . Hats off to her !!!! The inevitable will happen for my false teeth but I can honestly say I have full confidence in this lady to do me an honour in my smile later in life. Thankyou. Both my wife and I are so grateful to be able to see Fayaaz regularly. The support team, receptionists and dental nurses are also the nicest, kindest people you will ever find at a dental surgery. Definitely 5 STAR SERVICE.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice is absolutely amazing I’ve previously been with two other dentist elsewhere, And can say I’ve never come across such an accommodating and friendly place nothing is too much for the staff that work there and appointments are allways flexible. I’m awaiting for a wisdom tooth to be removed and was in a lot of pain rung this morning thinking I would have to wait a week to two like most other places but nope the lovely reception gave me a same day appointment and added we wouldn’t leave you in pain. They are just a fantastic practice and should be recognised for the above and beyond treatment they provide

Fantastic experience: I got my teeth pulled and let me state something here that I loved Upon arrival the environment was very neat and tidy If it’s your first time you can pay for quick consultation very pricey if you don’t want to go under the NHS They will keep reminding you about your appointment which I love so much if you always busy the reminders help a lot ,very kids friendly I didn’t have were to keep my baby as a single mom and they where so kind enough to help me,I have had bad experience in the past not with Herongate and they were able to listen to me and understand me; they made pulling of the tooth and after care check ups were amazing,there staff are the best,they are kind with words,no rudeness at all and very polite, i will totally recommend them.

Negative experience: Fearful, frightening & unbelievably painful experience! I had work done last April & it’s been painful ever since. Both appointments were extremely painful. I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience at a dentist before. The syringe used was barbaric, causing extreme pain. They tried to make me wear some vicious contraption - believe it may have been a ‘mouthgard’ it was a scary experience! I complained from day one about the poor standards of work & my continuing pain & still nothing has been done. I wouldn’t ever want to set foot in this awful place again. My costs in getting a second opinion have not been met by this practice. Exactly the same letter is sent by various members of staff. Why? The dentist who saw me was more interested in selling their tooth whitening plan! (Special offer from £600 discounted to £400!!!.). There’s absolutely no patient care or welfare here. The ‘Complaints Procedure’ is a farce!. A part time practice purely engineered for financial gain.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many dentists in my lifetime but HDS was by far the best service and experience I have ever had. In particular, Louise Wooder was professional, thorough and wonderful. I have never had my teeth cleaned like that in my life and saw immediate results. It is worth mentioning that I am afraid of going to the dentist but Louise made me feel so calm and I actually enjoyed the experience which is a first. Fantastic Dental Surgery and highly reccomend.

Fantastic experience: After a couple of years avoiding going to the dentist due to being extremely nervous, I had a problem with my tooth and decided to make an appointment here, I did explain that I was extremely nervous and they told me not to worry. From the moment I walked in they made me feel so at ease and comfortable I attended my third appointment with them today and I wasn’t nervous at all. Fantastic experience: Having now been a patient of Arti, brilliantly assisted by Rosa, for about 10 months now, I cannot praise enough. Taking time to explain her work, why she’s doing something or why she’s not is so reassuring. Having just completed composite bonding for a few teeth, when your friends are asking who your dentist is and could they be fitted in, proves just how great she is. Being given the mirror today for my last bond, the colour match was so near, I forgot what tooth was being done. Thoroughly impressed with the new regime at Herongate all round. Absolutely detest dentist visits but feel so at ease here, makes life so much better.

Fantastic experience: Louise the new dental hygienist is a breath of fresh air, friendly, professional and excellent at her job. I was somewhat anxious after what I can only describe as less positive experiences at HDS, however Louise has restored my faith.

Positive experience: Everything went well, staffs were cool, but slightly on the high side. Almost £500 for a tooth removal.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice for some time now. They are a very professional caring team. My Dentist Arty is a warm caring person with a charming personality. She actually makes going to the dentist a good experience. There is parking which is also very useful.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant dental surgery. I have been terrified of going to the dentist after a bad experience. But after having to go for several appointments here I’m not so worried any more. Sinth is fantastic!! Talked me through everything and didn't make me feel silly for being worried. Put me at ease every time (even if I didn’t look it!). All the dental nurses were lovely and friendly. The receptionist always greeted me with a smile and by name as i walked in. I honestly wouldn’t want to go anywhere else now. Clean, easy to find with parking and lovely staff.

Positive experience: Great service and pain free tooth removal with a quick appointment given! But only four stars given due to finding out on Facebook they was offering £25 new patient check with x ray and was charged the normal £60 plus £200 for tooth removal and not notified of the offer at all!
