The dental practice is friendly and professional. They keep up to date with modern dental practices and equipment and provide a full range of service. The dental surgery is always perfectly clean and the dentist is very patient and skilled. The dentist and hygienist both ensure that you are comfortable and at ease, and happy with the work done. Negative experience: Avoid at all costs! Really unprofessional. No care for your teeth simply there to sell you packages even if you do not need it. Visited 4 times and although appointment booked they are always late and will waste your time. 1st visit waited 55 mins 2nd visit waited 30mins 3rd visit waited 1hr 20mins 4th visit waited 45mins These are times I had to wait after my appointment time before they saw me. Why give an appointment time if you can't stick to it!!! Waste of time and they no regard for your time. Will not even update you to tell you they're running late. No value for your time. If I knew how they conduct themselves I would never have visited. It'd be quicker to get a bus and train ride to somewhere else and get back home because that's how long they will take! Staff are super unprofessional too and a lady laughed at my teeth because she thought they were bad. No clear communication in dental plan and I tried to leave midway but I was contractually stuck! Need new staff!!!!!!!

She was so kind, professional, and thoughtful — I felt completely at ease. And a special mention to the reception team, especially Fiona — they were all so welcoming and lovely, making the entire experience warm from start to finish. If you’re thinking about Invisalign, I honestly couldn’t recommend Ilford Dental Centre and Muntaha enough. You’ll feel looked after every step of the way. I can’t wait to start!

Positive experience: Visited Ilford Dental Centre over 8 months for Invisalign and despite spending £2.4k in total, the standard of service was poor throughout. The woman conducting my initial Invisalign assesment was rude, and overwhelmed me with information/badgering me to pay before I had even decided if I wanted to go ahead with it. She didn't clearly communicate what was included in the plans so throughout the treatment, no one was sure on what I had/hadn't paid for it what was included. I recommend asking for an email breakdown of what's included in your package, keep track of what you've paid for, and hold them accountable when they suggest otherwise. Every single appointment I had, the dentist was always running late 15-30mins. And as you can only make appointments Mon-Fri during working hours - there was no respect for the fact I was having appointments during my working day, so they needed to be on time. The dentist didn't clearly explain the process or what treatment I was having - he put aligner tracks on my teeth without my knowledge, only when I sat up and looked in the mirror and questioned what they were for, did he explain it helps your teeth move faster. When I needed scans done for the aligners, you get sent to a back office, where you're reclined on an office chair into the lap of an assistant who conducts the scan. Not professional at all! I would urge anyone to go elsewhere for Invisalign. Yes my teeth are straight but the whole experience was uncomfortable and poorly organised.

Fantastic experience: I had started my experience with the Dental centre through the Invisalign Open Day, and I can easily it was one of the best decisions I made. All pre and post treatment consultations were done with Muntaha who was very helpful in explaining the treatment and organising plans that are best suited to your situation. At every appointment with Dr Wulstan or with hygienist they would make you feel very comfortable and would guide you through everything they were doing so that you were comfortable…. The TV above the dentist chair also helps with this a lot! Organising appointments was also very straight forward with receptions being easily reachable through the phone and assisting with booking appointment around my relatively busy schedule. Over a great and helpful practice, would definitely recommend!
