Fantastic experience: I went to City Dental Practice on Tuesday for a checkup Connor who I met for the first time was very pleasant and polite and looked after me.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my husband were extremely happy with the way Dr Gavin Goh handled our 4 year old son’s dental treatment. He created a professional environment whilst talking us through the procedure throughly. Treating younger patients can be difficult, but I was so pleased with the filling and how well my son was taken care of through the treatment and afterwards. Aftercare was discussed well. We look forward to seeing Dr Goh again. Also thank you to the wonderful dental nurse Ruth for your kindness and patience.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the dentist since childhood due to neglect. I built up the courage to go to City Dental Practice. Ashna was FANTASTIC! She cleaned my teeth due to lack of treatment for gum disease and, although the experience wasn't delightful, this was due to having never had my teeth cleaned before. Ashna was brilliant and my teeth have no more plaque! I'm so excited because I thought my teeth were done for. Reception team are lovely and I'm so utterly grateful for having joined this dental practice ❤️ I look forward to returning in 3 months time for a check up!

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient to City Dental Practice in Nottingham and I can only praise them for the great work they do! I found them via a Google search due to needing an urgent dentist, to which City Dental were more than happy to help. I managed to get an appointment in 2 days of which went very well and have had two follow-up appointments since. The staff in the practice are all really nice, friendly, polite and welcoming. I never once felt an inconvenience or a request being too much for them. Every receptionist you speak to is very friendly and happy to help with enquires or questions you have. I needed a little extra work which required a couple of appointments, however the receptionists breakdown the costs, offered me a monthly plan to which I was glad to accept and wanted to be sure I understood what I needed and then booked appointments that worked best for me. Even with an unexpected cancellation due to catching COVID, they wished me well and happily rearranged my appointment. You receive an email and phone call to remind and confirm your appointment which I have never had with a dentist before (Very professional!) and when I arrived for my appointments, both had little or no waiting time. All of my appointments were overseen by Miss Phakey, one of the Dentists in the practice. I can say with assurance that she is the best dentist I have ever had! She is very friendly, polite, understanding, non-judgemental and patient. She explained the work I needed doing, broke down the work into multiple appointments to make it easier and throughout each appointment said I can stop/take a break whenever I needed too. I cannot remember the name of her two colleagues however I wanted to mention them too, as they are very friendly, polite and helpful too. I believe the practice does have several Dentists and I am sure they are great too, however I just want to share my thanks and appreciation to Miss Phakey for doing a brilliant job! I very grateful and feel happy knowing I have a permanent Dental practice where I know they will do a great job! I cannot recommend them enough!!

Fantastic experience: My little one was suffering from toothache and so have the dentist a call, not expecting much as he had a routine appointment in a few days anyway, so thought we would just have to wait it out. They tried to get him in the same day of the call and was so apologetic when they couldn’t, but got him in first thing the following morning. They kept him calm by explaining everything they were going to do before doing. They then were amazing when we were running late for the follow up appointment due to traffic and again rearranged this for the following day, with again excellent service throughout. All of the staff at this practice are outstanding, pleasant and helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

Highly recommend them. Mr Shah is brilliant and good at making you relax. The have the patients interest at heart and make decisions in conversation with the patient explaining the reasons. The practice has changed over the years and has been upgraded in the last 2 years. I highly recommend them to you. I have the practice plan which makes charges more manageable. I was initially an NHS patient but decided to go private a few years ago to keep Mr Shah who is brilliant.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Conor Snape today for a broken tooth, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his care. He took the time to explain two treatment options and, rather than pushing the most expensive route, recommended the one that best protected my wellbeing — especially given the risk of ongoing pain due to the tooth’s proximity to the nerve. He quickly put me at ease, was gentle, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout. I left feeling reassured and confident in the plan forward. Highly recommend Dr Snape for anyone seeking a dentist who truly puts their patients first.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this surgery for about 20 years and have always received excellent dental treatment for fillings, crowns and latterly, a root canal! I'm a very nervous patient but Mr Shah is a very kind, gentle and reassuring dentist. On the rare occasion I've had to see a different dentist, I've also received excellent treatment and care. The reception team are also very helpful and efficient.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with my dental hygienist, Jaya, during my recent visit. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The cleaning was incredibly thorough but also completely painless, i.e. no discomfort and no bleeding at all, which was a pleasant surprise. Jaya was gentle, professional, and clearly experienced. They also took the time to explain what they were doing and gave great tips for keeping my teeth healthy at home. My teeth feel amazing! Highly recommend for a smooth, stress-free dental cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Can't fault this practice. Always on time and never keep you waiting , but if you're running late it's not an issue for them. Reception staff are lovely and I love the reminder phone call a couple of days before. Connor is amazing. Not judgemental. Was really patient and understanding as he learned about my previous health issues causing me gum problems. Offered me a solution on the NHS which I took temporarily but then upgraded to private treatment which was very reasonable in price. Have been dealing with Tim and Zoe who are just AWESOME!! they both make you feel so comfortable, like they have known you for years, take away any misgivings and fears. Feel like they could be my best mates lol. They are very professional as are all the staff. Saw a dentist (can't remember her name, very petite pretty Asian lady) just before Christmas as had a growth on my gum that was continually bleeding. She fast tracked me to qmc to make sure it wasn't cancer. It wasn't but I was seen within 2 weeks due to her prompt action. My only regret with the place is that I did not find them years ago! Been with them 15 months now. By the way, I'm absolutely petrified of dentists but I find I actually look forward to going for my check ups and work done because they simply are the best. Oh and the hygienist lady is flipping great too! Would highly recommend!
