Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental practice. I was given an emergency appointment. Reception staff were very friendly. The dentist was fantastic, very patient and reassuring, everything was explained to me throughout my appointment

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK AT HOLLYBUSH CLINIC. I was 7 minutes late for my hygienist appointment and the reception staff said that my appointment was cancelled because I was over 5 minutes late. I explained my circumstances but they refused me from seeing the hygienist and took my deposit of £46 which I made a few months ago to secure the appointment. I've never felt so unwelcome. I have made a written complaint hoping to get a refund. I've been made to wait before on many occasions before the dentist was free to see me and I've never complained about that. I also wanted to point out that the reception staff at Hollybush dental clinic are very cold, rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Not just on this occasion, but many times, the reception staff have been rude. I've always discounted it as Dr Joseph has been so good to me, however, this time, enough is enough. Due to this poor behaviour and terrible customer service, I've had to change my dental clinic which is a shame as Dr Joseph is such a good and friendly hygienist whom I've been having good service from for almost 10 years. The reception staff lack basic courtesy and professionalism. I will not be returning to this clinic and do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a positive and respectful experience. Extremely disappointed.

Fantastic experience: My lovely dentist and her dental assistant at Hollybush Dental Clinic are always efficient, welcoming, confident, competent and yesterday went out of their way to fit me in for a return procedure that same day following my check up where a large cavity, which left even another week, was likely to necessitate an extraction. I feel extremely grateful and always comfortable in their skilled hands snd really appreciate their demeanour and upholding of the stairway scribed wall quote which talks of Colloseum's passion for dentistry and its mission to ensure its patients' enjoy a positive experience on their visits. Fantastic experience: Fully trained Dentists and not Dental Therapists, there is a massive difference. I was misdiagnosed by my previous clinic only then to find out he is a Therapist! Hollybush from my initial call showed empathy. Hollybush premises are wheelchair compatible. Hollybush do not rush, they explain your options in treatments clearly. My Dentist is Dr Joseph, a polite, friendly person whom you'll feel confident engaging with. Hollybush recognize that I have phobias which they're very empathetic about. I'm moving to GG and I'm willing to travel to them in my wheelchair bypassing multiple other Dentists! Thank you Team Hollybush.

Fantastic experience: I was contacted to inform me that there was a cancellation so l could move my dental appointment to an earlier date and l was ecstatic about it as l was in excruciating pain. My extraction was well done and l have healed

Negative experience: I have been to this dentist 3 times and seen 3 different people, the first person was lovely and explained everything clearly and calmly so I could understand then when I go back for treatment a different dentist does a filling in a tooth that was meant to have a root canal and advised me to call back if it hurts. After a month calling with no answer and no response to voicemails I spend morning calling multiple times until I get to speak to reception at last. I get offered an appointment the next morning, This visit was terrible I saw Dr k Patel she was extremely rude, I advised her I couldnt understand what she said as she went too fast so she rolled her eyes and repeated it faster and louder at which point I told her to stop shouting at me. Throughout the whole appointment with her I felt rushed and like an inconvenience I have made the surgery aware of my disability and was wearing my sunflower lanyard.
