As far as I can remember that is the first tooth I’ve had removed in adult hood . Having had an infection which caused an abscess a few weeks ago I was happy for the tooth to come out . But was a bit apprehensive. Bob soon put all my anxieties to one side . The tooth was removed and came out in one piece . So all was good . Thankyou

Positive experience: Had to wait several days for an appointment for severe toothache which was initially disappointing but Bob checked thoroughly and was able to agree with my suspicions that the trouble was likely due to side effects of a new medication. He agreed to provide feedback to my GP practice and report the suspected side effect to the NHS. Thank you Bob and the team.

Fantastic experience: 2I felt Dee Deehappy about the treatment and dentist and dental nurse were really reassuring. I was not sure what to expect but came out feeling I had been well taken care of. 30.9.24. Today was a plea from me for an appt. to deal with a broken tooth, fortunately there had been a cancellation and everything was cheerfully dealt with. Thank you Bob, Faye and a smiling and helpful receptionist. 31st July, 2025. I have been quite ill and have had to cancel a couple of checkups. I went to Genex at Tickhill today and everyone was kind and thoughtful and extremely caring of me, all the staff were wonderful. Thanks so much. Carol xx

Fantastic experience: Since moving into the local area, I had to change my dentist due to distance and travel. After attempting to join multiple dentists and getting told there were no spaces I was starting to feel a little deflated until a hidden gem (Genix healthcare) popped up. Genix healthcare, not only had the space to get me in but they were really accomadating to my individual needs. The receptionist (beth) was really kind, friendly, welcoming and helpful which was what I needed after the stressful time of, both not finding a dentist and also making sure that once i found a suitable dentist that they were adequate. It was clear that as soon as I walked through the door for the first time that this dentist was exactly what people were saying. Kind, friendly reception staff and dentists. My dentist (bob) and his assistant (faye) have always done a fabulous job with my teeth and I cannot pick any sort of fault with any of the work that has been done. I would strongly recommend genix healthcare as a dentist for anybody looking for the same kind of treatment that i have mentioned above. Fantastic experience: Brilliant! I broke a filling on Tuesday afternoon, phoned up and got an appointment for 9.40 on Wednesday morning. Went and was seen almost immediately. Temporary filling fitted and expected to be OK till my 6 monthly check in May. What more could I ask?
